Tolkar Textile dryer is produced to achieve all kinds of textile drying procedures with its
large-loading capacity big drum and specially developed microprocessor. The microprocessor can
easily be directed to all kinds of drying, cooling, desizing, softening, napping of denim, gabardine,
jersey cotton fabrics, knitted fabric, etc. type textiles.
The 304 Q stainless steel drum, with standard double direction and humidity sensor guarantees the
perfect effect of drying, prevents fades and color blending. Pneumatically operated door and tilting
system makes the loading and unloading as easy as possible.
Also the cool down system works pneumatically for maximum efficiency.

Front Door
Loading door works pneumatically and vertically. The vertical
system saves places and guarantees secure working area as any
electric or air disconnection does not drop the door.
The security system on the door fits СЕ norms.
Motor and Drive System
Motor and drive system is located at the rear part of the
machine in a secure covered part. Instead of heavy
belt - pulley systems, simple reduction gear drive system
is used. With this system, the drum speed is easily adjusted
and simple service is guaranteed.
Coil System
Copper -Aluminium coils are used in order to get higher efficiency
from the steam. Two coils are placed at the top left and right part
of the machine. Stainless steel slide removable filters are also
placed on the sides of the coil to keep coil cleaner and more
effective. These filters may be removed to wash. Keeping the air
clear from all dust and lint before passing in the coils increases
the efficiency and lifetime of coils.
Control Panel
This control is developed
for special textile drying
with Tolkar's long year
experience. The state of
art control panel both
electronically and manually
operated. The operator
controls the drying time,
heat, direction, humidity and
cooling time. There is also
an optional speed adjustment
for drum.
Steam Inlet and Condense System
The machine is delivered with all pneumatic valves and condenses
already installed on. No complicated steam installation system
is required .You can easily connect the steam and condense to
your machine from central piping.
Lint Filter
A very wide lint filter is placed at the lower part of the machine
to increase air flow for efficient process. The lint filter is made up
of stainless steel to prevent damage of moist air. It is very easy to
remove the sliding filter for cleaning.
Double Fan System
Individual two fans work at the exhaust system to guarantee the
same desired air flow at every point of the drum. This system also
helps to remove the moist air rapidly to increase efficiency.
