malzemedir. Kolayca kesilebilmesi, flekil verilebilmesi
ve hafif olmas› gibi avantajlara sahiptir. Elektronik
ürünler için antistatik özellikli ürünler de üretilmektedir.
Full purposes polyethylene foam sheets are ideal for

sistemlerinde; klima kanallar›n›n iç ve d›fl yal›t›m›nda;
su ve s›v› so¤utma sistemlerinde, büyük ve extra çapl›
borularda, tank, vana ve flanfllarda kullan›l›r. λ = 0,036
W/mK (10 ºC), λ = 0,040 W/mK (40 ºC) DIN 52613
yo¤unlu¤u 25-38 kg/m3'tür. Mükemmel izolasyon
de¤erlerine sahiptir. Alev tafl›maz, kendini söndürür
(B1 DIN 4102) 100 mm et kal›nl›¤›na kadar lamine
levhalar siparifl üzerine üretilmektedir.

Temperature range is - 80°C up to 95°C and its range of
applications are split and central air-conditioning systems;
internal and external lining of air-treatment systems; water
and liquid cooling systems, pipes with large and extra large
diameters, tanks, valves and flanges. λ=0,036 W/mK (at
10°C) , λ=0,038 W/mK (at 40 °C) DIN 52613 density 25-38
kg/m3. It has excellent insulation values, self-extinguishing
(B1 DIN 4102). Laminated sheets up to 100 mm wall
thicknesses can be produced upon request.

Dalgal› olmayan yap›s› ile döfleme betonundaki
düzensizlikleri ve pürüzleri giderir. Üzerine at›lan flap
kuruduktan sonra kesinlikle çatlamaz.
Döfleme üzerine 10'ar cm bindirme ve bohçalama
yöntemiyle serbest olarak serilir. Üzerine 5 cm yüzer flap
at›l›r. Bünyesine su kabul etmez, bas›nca dayan›kl›d›r.
Et kal›nl›¤› 5 mm oldu¤u için kotu yükseltmez. Hal›
alt›na direk uygulan›r. Hal›n›n ömrünü uzat›r. Betondan
gelen so¤u¤u keser. (talep üzerine 8 mm et kal›nl›¤›nda
ürün de flap alt›nda kullan›l›r)
‹ste¤e göre at›lan flap üzerine parke,seramik, mermer,
marley, hal› gibi kaplamalar yap›l›r
Ters çat› sisteminde izole edilecek düz çat›larda CPE,
PVC gibi tek kat kullan›lan membranlar›n alt›na beton
pürüzlerinden koruma örtüsü olarak uygulan›r.
Yeni dökülen betona yap›flmaz ve beton pürüzünü
ald›ktan sonra ayn› rulo inflaat süresince çeflitli defalar
kullan›l›r.
10 mm et kal›nl›kta, 50 m uzunlukta ve 1m eninde
polietilen köpük yeni dökülen beton yüzeyler üzerine
örtü olarak kullan›l›r. K›fl›n betonun kimyasal reaksiyon
sonucu ç›kan ›s›s›n› içinde tutarak kayb›n› önler ve
daha h›zl› kür sa¤lar.
Yaz›n ise dökülen betonun su kayb›n› azaltarak
istenmeyen çatlaklar›n oluflumunu önler.
Buhar geçirimsizdir (μ ≥ 3500) ve bünyesine su almaz.

50 m, width 1 m is used as cover over fresh poured concrete
surfaces. By keeping heat caused by chemical reaction of
the concrete in winter it stops heat losses and fulfils faster
cure.
In summer, reducing water losses of the poured concrete
it prevents from setting up unrequired cracks

Kendinden yap›flkanl› bir kaplama malzemesi oldu¤undan
hem boru hem de kanal tank gibi yüzeylere rahatl›kla
uygulanabilir.Tam s›zd›rmazl›k sa¤lar, d›fl etkenlere ve
iklim flartlar›na UV ›fl›nlar›na dayan›kl›d›r. Su buhar›
difüzyon direnç faktörü yüksektir. ‹flçilik ve montaj
süresinden % 70 tasarruf sa¤lar. Farkl› kal›nl›klarda 2, 3,
5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 15, 20 ve 30mm olarak imal edilmektedir.
Uygulamalar / Applications
Laminated to polyethylene insulation sheets one side with a
0,1 mm layer of coarse grain structed, aluminium foil, metalized
film, PE film can be applied one side or both sides. Upon
request self adhesive can be applied to one side.
It can be applied easily to the surfaces of pipe, duct and tank
due to its self adhesive cover material. It has leak proof,
durability against external factors and climate conditions. It
has resistance to UV radiation. It has high vapour resistance
coefficient. It saves 70% in labour and installing time. It is
available for the thickness of 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 30 mm.
