Ankelin boyutian; lulumlar, organizasyon, ileli~im, dikkal yekme, geribildirim, konlrol ailina alma, lekfar gozden
geyirme ve ozetieme, soru sorma, ogretim yakla~lmlannln seyimini kapsar. Ara~llrmada veriler, ara~tlrmacllar
larallndan hamlanan, be~1i likert lipi 46 sorudan olu~an , dereceleme olyegiyle loplanml~llr. Ara~llrmada elde
edilen verilerin islalisliksel analizinde, %, 't' ,"I" lesli kullanllml~tlr. BULGULAR: Ara~tlrmaya loplam 80 ki~i
kalllml~llr ( %57,5 bayan, %42,5 erkek). Ya~ ortalamasl 41'dir. Kldem yakla~lk %60'lon alII YII Ozeridir. Bran~­
lar: Fen, Sosyal, Yabanci Dil, GOzel Sanatiar-Beden egilimi, Felsele. Haftailk ders yOkO ortalama 20 saattir.
Ogrelmenler; meslegini sevmekledir (%90), ogrencilerin tam ogrenmeyi geryekle~lirebileceklerine inanmaktadlr
(%80),ogrencilere anlnda geribildirim vermekledir (%86), ogrelim yakla~lmlannln seyimi slnll iyindeki disiplin
problemlerini azallmaktadlr (%90). Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, cinsiyet, ya~,kldem,haftailk ders yOkO
degi~kenine gore ogretmenler araslnda lemel ogretim becerilerine sahip olma aylslndan bir larkililk bulunmaml~llr (p>0,05).SONUY: Ogrelmenlerin yakla~lk %90'1 lemel ogrelim becerileri sergilerken, %10 'u ozellikle
ye~illi ogrelim slratejileri, yontem ve lekniklerden haberdar degildir.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the this study was to investigation senior high school teachers of main
instruction ability become an owner state, sex, age, seniority, branch, weekly lesson timer become different
changeable. METHODOLOGY: The investigation is descriptive study. The teachers basis instruction abilities
her public survey has been developed. It includes the public survey's dimensions attitudes and an organization
communication and careful attention, feedback, shapely, summarize and do ask a question and go over
repeatedly and education approaches election. The information about ability to study was gathered through a
questionnaire, developed by researchers, which consists of 46 questions of the type five likert. Data were
analyzed using percentage, "t" and "f" test statistical techniques.RESUL TS: A total 80 person has joined (%57,7
female, %42,5 male) in this study subjects average age are 41. That she centers age 41'dir. Seniority
approximately over sixteen years (%60). Branches: Science, social, foreign language, fine arts-physical
education, philosophy. Weekly lesson load 20 average time. Teachers love your profession (%90). Teacher
believes that the students just learn (%80). Teachers, give the students immediately feed-back. Education
approaches' election reduces problematic in the class (%90). Based on this finding, among sex, age, seniority,
branch, weekly lesson timer teachers it was not found statistical difference between teachers and main
instruction ability become an owner state (P>O,05). CONCLUSION: While the teachers approximately % 90 main
education ability exhibitions, % 10 is not found education strategies and a method and about techniques
knowledge various especial/y.
