Vane and Armature Insulation Jackets
Techjack insualtion jacket can be used in insulation of vanes and armatures which have various diameters, found on hot
and cold lines in indoor and outdoor mediums and which are produced in DIN, ANSI, API standards.
They are produced using insulation and fabric materials resistant to temperature between -20 ºC and1260 ºC depending
on the fluid and surface temperature.
They are used to minimize heat losses occurring in heating lines and to prevent condensation in cooling lines.
Techjack insulation jacket are comprised of fabric resistant to high temperature (fabric types vary depending on the surface
on which application will be made and on weather conditions), insulation material (varies depending on the temperature of
the place where application will be made), binding threads, stainless steel buckle, stainless steel wire and label.

Manner of Application of Techjack Insulation Jackets
Serial number is given and sizes measured are sent to production. If a leak is detected in the vane and armature before
montage starts, it shouldn’t be mounted before the leak is eliminated.
Techjack insulation jacket is placed so as to wrap around the vane. It is taped with adhesive touch and close fastener and
then the binding threads on both sides of the jacket are fastened.
Vane and armature should be completely covered and they should be pressured so as to they pass pipe flanges at least
100 mm in both sides. Thus, it will be ensured that air passage that may stem from sides is cut and temperature loss in
heating lines and condensation in cooling lines are prevented.

Insulation Jackets
They are designed for Techjack insulation jackets and plastic injection machines and extruders by measuring their sizes in
their places and they are manufactured from high temperature-resistant materials. Techjack insulation jackets wrap around
the oven without leaving any space around and in the width of oven owing to their modular design. Due to the fact that they
are modular, their assembly and disassembly is very simple. With Techjack insulation jacket applied over resistors in the
oven area of Extruders and Plastic injection machines.
When average temperature of oven is 200-250 ºC , it doesn’t pose any danger for the personnel. It is observed that the personnel is kept safe from risk as a result of sleeve temperature decreasing to 30-50 ºC after Techjack application. Decrease
in the performance of the personnel is observed due to average heat emitting sleeve temperature when air temperature
increases. This situation will be eliminated after Tachjach application.
Techjack Nozzle Cover / Disc
Techjack insulation jackets minimize heat loss and make sure that oven temperatures come into play less frequently and
thus their operating time extends. Thanks to Techjack nozzle cover / disc, it got easier to prevent the plastic that recoils,
which is a common problem occurring in machines, from wrapping around connection wires, thermocouples and resistor.
Bore diameter of Techjack disc can be easily adjusted according to nozzle diameter of oven. Its assembly and disassembly
is fast and simple.

Techjack reports energy consumed per product with our energy analyser (kw/h)before and after application in every plant
we will perform the application and checks visually with thermal camera if surface temperature was lowered to a value that
doesn’t pose danger for the personnel as a crosscheck of the application. Techjack insulation jackets amortise in a short
time like 4-6 as a result of electricity saving that they ensure in oven part.

Applications
Techjack insulation coatings are made using heat resistant fabrics and insulation materials with low heat transmission
coefficient. Produced in factory or which are custom-built depending on the area where the application will be made, these
products are covered outside the machine or equipment so as to prevent heat loss from surface.
In periodical maintenances, insulation coatings are dismantled so help finishing the maintenance easily. These products,
of which assembly and disassembly are very simple, prevent the machine from working rapidly and thus also prevents an
extra cost. These applications continues to provide energy saving in plants without losing their quality for long years.

Manner of Application of Techjack High Heat Insulation Coatings
These manufactured cushions are put side by side and piled one on top of another like coating a machine and they
are wrapped all around the machine and heat leakage from anywhere is prevented. A machine that is insulated in this
way becomes ready to repair thank to easy disassembly of cushions on the occasion of periodical maintenance or
repair. After required repair is done, cushions can be assembled to their places again and the machine become ready
to function in a very short time. Correctness of the application should be reported with the thermal image to be taken
after application.

Fabric Laminated Compensator
In case of upsurge in pressure and temperature values occurring in pipe lines, compensators absorb the pressure and
temperature and prevent losses with high costs in the rest of the line.
Compensator Movements
Movement to be compensated in accordance with the quality of pipe line is comprised of two main movements which are
Axial Movement and Lateral Movement separately or in combination. It can handle axial, lateral or angular, wide and large
scale thermal movements in all platforms.

- Absorbs vibration in fan inlets and outlets.
- It can meet torsional movements and staggers.
- Material fatigue does not occur in fabrics as it does in metal. Therefore, fracturing at corners and gas leakage do not occur.
- It is flexible due to fabric structure and it is easy to use.
- It is easily mounted to high places thanks to its light weight.
- Its flexible structure prevents vibration from reaching the equipment and this increases efficiency and lifetime of the equipment.
- When it is required to be renewed, it is sufficient to renew only the fabric layer; it is not necessary to change the whole compensator. Therefore, its renewal is fast and low-cost.

Fire Blanket
Fire blankets that we, as Techjack, manufacture have been produced from high temperature resistant fiberglas fabric that
does not contain asbestos for your security of life and property in accordance with TS EN 1869.
Areas of usage are places susceptible to fire:
- Plants
- Hospitals
- Lands
- Schools
- Hotels etc.
How to Use?
- Throw over flames at the beginning of fire,
- Victims of fire should cover themselves with the blanket and leave the site,
- Important documents and equipments required to be saved from fire should be covered with the blanket.
In order to make it easier to hold Techjack fire blanket, high temperature resistant fabrics were used on it and there are
pockets. Techjack fire blanket is a product that can be easily hanged where it will be used and that has instruction manual
with an original case.

Welding Curtain
You can use Techjack welding curtains in vertical or horizontal position and you can easily cover any machinery or equipment with them. You can remove Teckjack welding curtains when the operation is over, you can use them in another section

Other Materials Used
Touch and close fastener in the flanges of Techjack insulation coating and lateral binding threads are some of the auxiliary
elements that ensure the coating to be fixed on the armature. Tying up the lateral binding threads in a right way prevents
heat leakage ın hot lines and prevents condensation in cold weather. Binding threads were produced from high temperature resistant fiberglass material.
Sewing thread used in the production of Techjack insulation coating are resistant to working conditions at high temperature.
Sewing threads have an important role in the integrity of the insulation coatings Our sewing threads are made of kevlar
and fiberglass material. Connecting equipment located on fastener and binding wire are made of stainless steel material.
Fabric material used in the coating is also used in flanges located on the joining points of Techjack insulation coatings in
order to minimize heat losses and give an aesthetical appearance to the application. Vane type, date of manufacture and
information concerning the place where mounting will be made are provided on the tag.
