Sarıyer’in en eski köylerinden biri olan Zekeriyaköy, topografik olarak Kilyos’un arkasındaki vadi içinde kalır.
Köyün adı bazı eski kaynaklarda Kiraz Köy olarak geçer. Bunun nedeni de sultani, dalbastı ve dragaani gibi
çok değişik kiraz türlerine sahip olmasıdır. Zekeriyaköy’ün tam olarak ne zaman kurulduğu bilinmemekle
beraber geçmişinin 18. yüzyıl’a kadar uzandığı bilinmektedir.

1980’lere kadar 2 katlı ve bahçeli 70 kadar evden oluşan bir köy ve bir mesire yeri görünümündeyken,
özellikle 1987’den itibaren köklü bir değişim sürecine girdi. Zekeriyaköy’ün çehresi 1990’lardan itibaren
hızla değişmeye başlarken, özellikle bölgenin depremden en az etkilenecek alanlardan biri olduğu
anlaşıldıktan sonra önemli bir çekim merkezi haline geldi. Şehir merkezine yakın ama sakin bir ortam
tercih eden seçkin insanların tercih ettiği bir alana dönüşmüştür.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
1. HEATING
• Villas will be heated and the hot water will be provided through the
separate natural gas combi boiler system for each villa.
2. COOLING
• All villas will be delivered ready for installation with installed
air-conditioner infrastructure and drainage system for the
living rooms and bedrooms.
3. WATER
• A central water reservoir and water booster system serving the entire site will
be built. The water consumption of each villa will be calculated separately with
the water meters to be installed at the entrances of flats.
• The central water reservoir will also provide the fire and irrigation water
reserves.
FIRE PROTECTION
•The fire detection, emergency announcement, and spring system will
be installed in all indoor car parks.
•Besides, the villas will be equipped with heat and smoke detectors to
be monitored from the security point.
•Fire reserve water depot and fire pump facility will be installed.
•Fire hydrant system will be installed around the site.

are legally binding.
The furniture drawings on the attached flat plan are for presentation
purpose only, and the delivery is not based on such drawings. The
