Subject: Guaranty
The Company’s Board of Directors resolved to take part as a joint and several guarantor in the longlong
term loan in the total amount of EUR 50 million to be extended by a Turkey resident bank. Arriving

at
maturity in August 2017, the facility will be utilized in August 2011 in the following manner: EUR 25
million by Dyo Boya Fabrikaları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., EUR 20 million by Viking Kağıt ve Selüloz A.Ş.
and EUR 5 million by Çamlı Yem Besicilik,
Besicilik, Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., as well as by our Company in case of
necessity. The loan will be put to use towards the refinancing of Yaşar Group loans and these
transactions will not result in any increment in the total amount of loans for which our Company has
ha
furnished guaranty. The CMB’s resolution dated 09.09.2009 and numbered 28/780 has been taken
into account in the said decision of the Company.
