Prof. Dr. Ali Cem Budak He graduated from the Istanbul University

Prof. Dr. Ali Cem Budak
He graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1986. He received M.A., LL.M.
and doctorate (summa cum laude) degrees from Istanbul University, University of London
and University of Bremen in 1990, 1991 and 1997.
He served as a research fellow and law
teacher in Istanbul University, University of Bremen, Koç University, and is presently
teaching undergraduate and post graduate courses in civil procedure and insolvency law at
Yeditepe University Law School.
He published articles and books in the area of civil
procedure, arbitration, insolvency, competition law and legal sociology. He is the editor of
Journal of Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and Journal for Civil Procedure and
Insolvency. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
