Directions from Northern State: Head east on Rte. 347 to Rte. 112. Make a left
onto Rte. 112 and continue straight. Pass over the Port Jefferson train tracks and
make the right at the next traffic light towards John T. Mather Memorial Hospital.
Cross over the next light & the office will be in the third building on the right across
from John T. Mather Memorial Hospital.
Directions from Western Long Island: Get to the Long Island Expressway and
follow it to exit 63. Make a left at the light onto Rte. 83 and follow it to Rte. 112.
Make a left onto Rte. 112 and continue until you pass over the Port Jefferson train
tracks. Make a right at the next traffic light. You will cross over another traffic light
& the office will be located in the third building, on the right hand side, across from
John T. Mather Memorial Hospital.
Directions from Eastern Long Island: Get to the Long Island Expressway and
follow it to exit 64. Make a right onto Rte. 112 and continue until you pass over the
Port Jefferson train tracks. Make a right at the next traffic light. You will cross over
another traffic light & and the office will be located in the third building on the right
hand side across from John T. Mather Memorial Hospital.
