Tarım makinaları sektöründe 1925 yılından beri faaliyet gösteren Turan Tarım Makinaları Sanayi
ve Ticaret. A.Ş.’ nin misyonu her geçen zaman içerisinde gelişen teknolojik imkanları sonuna kadar
kullanarak müşterilerimize; kullanımı kolay, ekonomik ve maksimum verimliliği sağlayan ürünler sunmaktır.
1967 yılından sonra Turan Tarım Makinaları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. teknik araştırma ve geliştirme
( AR - GE ) çalışmalrı neticesinde dünya standartlarında Türkiye arazi şartlarına uygun tarım makinaları
üretti. Her türlü modern tezgahlarda yapılan üretimimiz; Türk Mühendislerin nezaretinde 7.000 m²
lik açık, 3,500 m² lik kapalı alanlarda, 50 kalifiyeli işçi ile yapılmaktadır. 40 yılı aşkın süredir tarım
makinalarımızın Türkiye arazi şartlarında daha randımanlı bir şekilde performans sergilemesi için çalışmalar
sürekli devam etmiş olup, bugünkü son şekline gelmiştir.
Malzeme temin ettiğimiz kuruluşlar Ereğli Demir Çelik Fabrikaları T. A. Ş. ve ÇEMTAŞ’ tır. Bu firmalar özel
olarak imal ettirdiğimiz malzemeler, kendi tesislerimizde ısıl işlem ve sulama sistemi ile sertleştirmeye tabi
tutulmaktadır. Bu sayede toprak ile temas eden tüm parçalar toprak sıyırıcı özellikte olup, kırılma, bükülme
ve aşınmaya karşı dayanıklıdır.
İmalat sürecinin her aşamasının bütünüyle kontrolünü sağlamak suretiyle en üst düzeyde müşteri tatminini
sağlamak, ayrıca maliyeti düşürmek, çevrenin korunmasına dikkat etmek Turan Tarım Makinaları
Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.’ nin ana politikasıdır.

INDUSTRY AND TRADE A.C.
Turan Agricultural Machines Industry and Trade Inc. have been working in the agricultural machines
sector since 1925 and our mission has always been to provide our customers with products that are economical
and easy to use by using the developing technologies to its fullest extent.
After the year 1967 Turan Agricultural Machines Industry and Trade started manufacturing world class
agricultural machinery specifically designed for the land conditions in Turkey by using the latest developments
in the Technical Research and Development (R&D). The manufacturing process is done in top quality standards
and supervised by Turkish Engineers in a 7.000 square meter open area and 3.500 square meter closed area
with 50 qualified workers. For 40 years, we have worked on our agricultural machines to make them more
suitable and perform better on the land conditions in Turkey and it has taken this form today.
The companies we acquired our materials are Ereğli Iron & Steel Plant Inc. and ÇEMTAŞ. These specially
manufactured materials go through our heat process and water systems in our facilities to make them durable.
Due to this the parts that come in contact with the soil have soil stripping feature and are resistant to braking,
bending and corrosion.
The main policy of Turan Agricultural Machines Industry and Trade is to have absolute control over
the manufacturing of their machinery to fulfill absolute satisfactory for our customers, with lowering costs and
making sure our environment is protected.

Türkiye’de ilk, dünya ülkelerinde ilk olarak dört küre üzerinde zorlanma anında 360 derece her yöne
çalışmak üzere üretilmiştir. Her soka yerleştirilmiş özel helezon yay sayesinde her türlü engelden rahatça kurtulur, traktörü
yormaz ve yakıttan tasarruf sağlar. Otomatik mekanizması dünyada tek olarak uygulanan özel ısıl işlem ile daha dayanıklı
hale getirilmiştir. Kulaklara verilen açı değişikliği ile toprağın kulaklar üzerinde kayması, iki sok arasından daha rahat geçmesi
ve altını üstüne çevirerek anızın ve otların toprağa gömülmesi sağlandı. İş genişliği 10 inçten 16 inçe kadar mekanik bir kol
veya opsiyonel olarak seçeceğiniz piston ile kolaylıkla ayarlanabilir. Pulluğun sonundaki f lanş kullanılarak ilave yapılabilir.
Amortisör yayı tansiyon sertlik ayarı mevcuttur. Her sokun istikamet ve soyalık ayarı vardır.
A first in Turkey and the world, it was designed and manufactured to work in 360 degrees when there is any
kind strain. Due to the special spring coils placed into all the socks it can be freed from any obstacle, it doesn’t strain the
tractor and it is fuel efficient. Its automatic mechanism is made durable with the heating process technique used only by us. The
angle changes made to the moldboard enables the soil to slide by the moldboards and helps it pass by between them and turns
the soil over thus getting the weed buried in the soil. The width of the plough can easily be changed from 10 inches to 16 inches
by a hydraulic arm or optionally with pistons. More can be added using the strap on the end of the plough. There is tension
control on the spring shock absorber. Each sock has a directional adjustment and soya adjustment.

Ürünlerimiz 2-3-4-5 ve 6 soklu profil gövdede yarı otomatik tipte 8-14 inç normal 15-20 inç derin nadas sürme
pulluğu olarak imal edilmektedir. Döner kulaklı pulluklarımızda pulluğa gelen darbeyi dağıtmak, gövdeyi
kuvvetlendirmek için takviye Z saşeler konulmuştur. Pulluk aynı çizgiden geri dönüş yapar. Böylelikle tarlanın
tesviyesi bozulmaz, aynı zamanda yakıttan ve zamandan tasarruf sağlanır. Her soka yerleştirilmiş ÖZEL YAYLI
KURTULMA MEKANİZMASI sayesinde tarlada her türlü takılmadan rahatça kurtularak pulluğun zarar görmesi
engellenmiştir. Otomatik yaylarının, tansiyon sertlik ayarı mevcuttur.
Our products that are manufactured in 3-5-7 and 9 socketed profile body are semi-automatic type and the normal
8-14 inch, 15-20 inch deep are used for fallowing. Z chassis have been added to our reversible moldboard
plough to strengthen the core and to even out the pressure on the plough. The plough turns back on the same line.
Thus the leveling of the land isn’t disrupted and at the same time save on time and fuel. Because of the special
spring shock absorber releasing mechanism in every sock it easily can free its self from any obstacle and prevent
it from being damaged. The automatic springs have tension and hardness settings.

Ürünlerimiz 2-3-4-5 ve 6 soklu asma çatı yarı otomatik tipte, 8-14 inç normal 15-20 inç derin nadas sürme pulluğu olarak
imal edilmiştir. Pulluğa gelen darbeyi dağıtmak, gövdeyi kuvvetlendirmek için takviye Z şaseler konmuştur. Kayalı, taşlı,
bitkisel köklerle kapalı arazilerde rahatlıkla çalışabilir özelliktedir. Her soka yerleştirilmiş özel yaylı kurulma mekanizması
sayesinde tarlada her türlü takılmadan kolayca kurtularak zarar görmesi engellenmiştir. Otomatik yay tansiyon sertlik
ayarı mevcuttur. Pulluklarımızın traktöre bağlantı sistemi uluslararası standartlarda olup her marka traktöre takılabilir.
Pulluklara sok ilave ile 2-3-4-5 ve 6 soklu hale getirilebilir. Pulluk çatı aksamı özel malzemeden yapılmış olup, toprakla
temas eden yüzeyler ısıl işlem sistemi sertleştirilmiştir. Toprak tutmaz ve sıyırıcıdır. Traktörü yormaz, zaman ve yakıttan
tasarruf sağlar.
Our products that are manufactured with 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 socketed semi-automatic suspended roof with 8-14 inch
normal and 15-20 inch deep are used for fallowing. Z chassis have been added to our plough to strengthen the core and
to even out the pressure on the plough. It can easily run on land filed with rocks, stones and roots. Because of the special
spring releasing mechanism in every sock it easily can free its self from any obstacle and prevent it from being damaged.
The automatic springs have tension and hardness settings. The ploughs connection system is the international standard
thus any tractor can use it. The sock on the plough can be made into 2-3-4-5 and 6 socketed ploughs. The component of
the roof is made out of special materials the parts that come in contact with the soil are put through the heating process to
made durable. Soil doesn’t stick and slides off. This doesn’t put strain on the tractor and is time and fuel efficient.

Profil gövde deve boynu pulluklarımızda, pulluğa
gelen darbeyi dağıtmak için takviye Z şaseler
konulmuştur. Taşı, bitkisel kökleri fazla olmayan
uygun arazi koşullarında çalışabilir. Bilekler ( kılıç ok ) özel malzemeden imal edilmiştir. Engellere karşı
bileğin esnemesi sayesinde pulluğun zarar görmesi
engellenmiş olur.

dense lands. The handles are made with specially.
Because the handles can stretch it keeps it from
getting damaged.

Ürünlerimiz 2-3-4-5 ve 6 soklu deve boynu profil gövde döner kulaklı pulluk 7-10 inç alçak, 11-14 inç normal ve 1520 inç derin nadas süme pulluğu olarak imal edilmektedir. Deve boynu profil gövde döner kulaklı pulluklarımzda,
pulluğa gelen darbeyi dağıtmak için takviye Z şaseler konulmuştur. Firmamızda üretmiş olduğumuz döner tip
pullukların ayar ve kullanımı çok pratiktir. Döner kulaklı pulluğun kullanımı esnasında evlek tutmaya gerek kalmaz.
Pulluk aynı çizgiden geri dönüş yapar. Böylelikle tarlanın tesviyesi bozulmaz aynı zamanda yakıttan ve zamandan
tasarruf sağlar.

üst etmeden yırtarak işleyen sıkışmış ve su geçirmez toprak alt tabakasını kıran toprak işeleme aletidir. Toprağı derin
olarak çizdiği için aynı zamanda dip kazan görevini de yerine getirmiş olur. Traktörün çeki gücünden maksimum
verim alabilmek için ayaklara en uygun batma açısı verilerek tasarlanmıştır.

Ürünlerimiz 40 diş ile başlayıp 120 dişe kadar her türlü traktörün arkasına uygun olarak üretilmektedir. Barana
dişleri çeliği döverek üretilir. Isıl işlem ile 55 - 60 rockwell arası sertleştirilmiştir. Dişlerimiz özel yataklı olup civata
bağlantılıdır. Özel yatak sayesinde kaynak işçiliği ve deformasyon yoktur. Bu sayede kolayca sökülüp takılabilme
özelliği vardır. Dişlerin arkasına dayanıklılığı artırması için özel destek yapılmıştır. Barana kanatları pistonlar
sayesinde katlanabilir özellikte olup yol konumuna rahat bir şekilde geçmektedir.
Our products are manufactured to fit perfectly behind any tractor, the size start from 40 tines up to 120 tines. The
harrow tines are made by working the steel. With the heating process it is harden to 55 to 60 Rockwell. The tines
are connected in a special way which makes it stronger and because of this there is no need for welding or there
aren’t any deformations. Thus it can easily be mounted and demounted. There are supports behind the tines to
make it stronger. The harrow flaps are easily folded with the pistons and can be used easily.
