EXECUTIVE MBA (E-MBA) PROGRAM IN MANAGEMENT
Yönetici MBA program›, deneyimli, kariyerlerinde en tepeyi hedefleyen,
mükemmellik aray›fl› içindeki yöneticilere bir y›l süreli e¤itim sunar.
Kat›l›mc›lar gerçek dünyan›n zorlu koflullar›na yarat›c› çözümler bulunmas›nda yard›mc› olacak kuramlar›n liderlik ve tak›m çal›flmas› ile dengelendi¤i yo¤un ve uygulamal› bir yöneticilik e¤itimi program› al›rlar.
Program 'ne' den çok 'nas›l' düflünülece¤i üzerinde odaklan›r. Program›n
amac› yöneticilere örgütlerini gelece¤e baflar›yla tafl›malar› için gerekli
içgörü ve stratejik düflünceyi sa¤lamakt›r. Yönetici MBA program›
kat›l›mc›lar› yerel ve küresel ba¤lamlar›n hem ayr›nt›s›, hem de
bütününde uzmanlafl›rlar. Temel dersler yaflamsal yönetim deste¤i ve
kapsam›, alan dersleri ifllevsel bilgiyi, strateji dersleri de program›n
stratejik düflünce ile bütünleflmesini sa¤layacakt›r.
TEMEL ‹LKELER
∑ Bu program "tezsiz ikinci yüksek lisans program›" olup toplam kredisi
45'dir.
∑ Program normal flartlarda üç dönemden oluflup bir akademik y›lda
tamamlan›r. Bu süre en fazla alt› döneme uzayabilir.
∑ Program›n tamamlanabilmesi için 13 zorunlu, 3 seçmeli olmak üzere
toplam 16 dersten baflar›l› olmak gerekmektedir.
∑ Kat›l›mc›lar›n farkl› disiplinlerden olduklar› gözönüne al›narak dersler
bafllamadan önce k›sa süreli, bilimsel haz›rl›k niteli¤inde bir tan›t›m
program› uygulanacakt›r.
∑ Akademik y›l›n bafl›nda ve sonunda dörder haftal›k yo¤un ders program› uygulanacakt›r. Bu uygulama s›ras›nda dersler haftan›n dört
günü (Pazartesi-Perflembe) akflamlar› saat 18:30 ile 21:45 aras›nda ve
Cumartesi günleri saat 09:00 ile 17:15 aras›nda olacakt›r. Yo¤un ders
programlar› aras›nda kalan zamanlarda ise normal program uygulanacakt›r. Normal pogram saatleri haftada iki gün (Sal› ve Perflembe)
akflamlar› saat 18:30 ile 21:45 aras›nda ve Cumartesi günleri saat
09:00 ile 17:15 aras›nda olacakt›r.
∑ Programda dersler hem yerel hem de global oluflumlar› irdeleyecek
flekilde verilecektir. E¤itim ö¤renci ile ö¤retim üyelerinin karfl›l›kl›
tart›flmalar›, ifl dünyas›ndan konuflmac›lar, grup çal›flmalar› ve di¤er
e¤itim metodlar› kullan›larak verilecektir.
∑ Program dili ‹ngilizce'dir.
∑ Bu programda bir s›n›f en fazla 35 ö¤renciden oluflacakt›r. Üniversite
Yönetim Kurulu gerek görürse ek s›n›flar aç›labilir.
∑ Kat›l›mc›lar›n program› tamamlayabilmeleri için bir dönem projesi
haz›rlamalar› gerekmektedir.
∑ Kredili dersleri ve dönem projesini baflar›yla tamamlayan ö¤rencilere
‹flletme Yüksek Lisans Diplomas› verilecektir.

Executive MBA program provides a one-year course of study for experienced, upwardly mobile managers dedicated to the pursuit of excellence.
Participants receive an intense academic and practical management
education in an in-depth program that balances leading-edge business
theory with the study of leadership and teamwork to arrive at creative
solutions to real world challenges. The program focuses on "how to
think" rather than "what to think". The aim of the program is to give executives the insight and strategic thinking necessary for driving their organizations into the future with success. Participants of the Executive MBA
Program will master both the details and the entire picture in the local
and global contexts. Foundation (core) courses will provide vital management support and breadth, area courses will provide functional
knowledge, and policy courses will integrate the program in the context
of strategic thinking.
BASIC PRINCIPLES
∑ The Executive MBA Program is an "MBA Program without thesis" with
a total of 45 credits.
∑ The Executive MBA Program will be completed in one academic year
that will be divided into three terms. This period may be extended to
six terms at most.
∑ The program requires the completion of 16 courses. Of these courses 13 are required courses and 3 are electives.
∑ Considering that students come from various disciplines, an orientation program will be offered before classes start.
∑ The program has two intensive periods of four weeks, one at the
beginning of the program and the other at the end. During these periods the classes are held on Mondays thru Thursdays between 18:30
and 21:45 and on Saturdays between 09:00 and 17: 15. Between
these periods, a regular program is followed during which the classes
are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 18:30 and 21:45 and
on Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:15.
∑ Courses integrate local and global cases, and speakers from the business world will be invited. Learning will proceed through student and
faculty discussions, experiential exercises, group studies, and other
learning methods.
∑ The language of the program is English.
∑ In this program 35 students will be enrolled in each class. Additional
classes may be opened if the University Executive Council deems it
necessary.
∑ Students will prepare a term project to complete the program.
∑ Students who complete the courses and term project successfully will
be awarded an Executive MBA diploma.
