Born in Ankara / 1959, Ms. Buket Aksu is a graduate of the Faculty of
Pharmacy, Istanbul University. She has been awarded a Postgraduate
Degree in Analytical Chemistry by the Faculty of Pharmacology, Istanbul
University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in the field of
Pharmaceutical Technologies at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ege
University.

She started her career as the officer of Regulatory Affairs and R&D
Division of Nobel İlaç Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 1982, and promoted to
the position of the Manager of the stated department in 1985. After
acting as the manager at several divisions of Nobel İlaç Sanayii ve
Ticaret A.Ş., she was finally promoted to the position of the Marketing
Coordinator at the same company between 1990 and 1994.
She has been working as the Manager of the Export and Regulatory
Affairs Group of Santa Farma İlaç Sanayii A.Ş since 1994.
She attended the Training Seminars on Leadership, arranged by the
International Lions Associations, in Brussels in 2002, and in Portugal in
2003. She attended the Train the Trainer course, Train the Trainer
Course on Leadership arranged by the Federation of 118-E Lions Clubs
in 2003. She also attended the Train the Trainer Course on “Situational
Self Leadership” organized by The Ken Blanchard Companies® in San
Diego, and the Train the Trainer Course on “Situational Leadership® II”
in Istanbul in 2005. She was awarded the certificate upon completion of
the course on “Influencing and Self-Establishment Skills” in 2006, and
the Trainer Certificate of “Emotional Leadership” from the Talent Smart
Company in 2006. She has organized numerous training courses for
many foundations, universities, and non-profit organizations.
Buket continues her counseling and training career as the Senior
Specialist at the The Ken Blanchard Companies® Turkey Solutions
Partner Blanchard International Turkey – Management Development
Center.
Buket is fluent inf English and German.
