GENERAL MANAGER
Değerli İş Ortaklarımız,
Türk Makine Sektörünün önemli firmaları arasında gösterilmeye başlanan MEKA,
önümüzdeki yıl üretimde 25. yılına girecektir. Firmamız, bölgesel ihtiyaçları ve
uluslararası anlamda inşaat sektöründeki gelişme fırsatlarını çok iyi analiz ederek
özellikle son 5 yılda hızlı bir büyüme gerçekleştirmiştir.
Üretimimizin yaklaşık % 75’ini ihraç ederken; 4 kıtada İngiltere, Fransa, Bulgaristan,
Polonya, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri, Katar, Bahreyn, Fas, Libya, Cezayir, Mısır, Kazakistan, Rusya, Ukrayna dahil 40’tan fazla ülkede yüzlerce beton santrali bulunan bir
üretici konumuna ulaşmıştır.

Firmamız birçok özel proje için geliştirdiği santrallerle, marka bilinirliği konusunda
üst sıralarda yer almaktadır. Ortadoğu’nun en büyük beton santralini Katar’da
kuran, Londra Heathrow Havaalanı’nın inşasında kullanılmak üzere gereken üstün
özellikteki beton santralini üreten MEKA’nın; İstanbul’da Onur Beton adına kurduğu
tesis Avrupa Hazır Beton Birliği tarafından Çevre Ödül Programı kapsamında “en iyi
üç tesis” arasında gösterilmiştir.
Akköy II HES projesi kapsamında, Kolin İnşaat için kurulan özel tasarımlı saatte
300m³’ten fazla RCC beton üreten MEKA santrali, Gümüşhane Yaşmaklı Barajı
inşaatında kullanılmaktadır. Ayrıca Ankara’da Yiğit Hazır Beton’un beş yılı aşkın
süredir sorunsuz kullandığı beton santrali de, MEKA’nın kaliteye verdiği önemi
göstermektedir.
AR&GE çalışmalarına büyük önem veren MEKA’da 250 çalışan içerisinde 30 mühendis bulunmaktadır. Şirket olarak sektörde var olan tesislerin aynısını üretmek yerine
kendine özgü ürünler geliştirme kapasitesine sahip bu yönü uluslararası başarının
belki de en önemli noktasıdır.
Son iki yılda ilk beş yüz ihracatçı firma arasına giren MEKA, 2007 yılında da Ankara
genelinde ödediği yüksek vergi oranıyla; 2007 VERGİ ONUR ÖDÜLÜ’nü almıştır.

imajını yerleştirmeye çalışırken, müşterilerimize ürettiği beton santrallerinin diğer
beton santrallerinden farklı, hatta çok daha üstün olduğunu vaat etmekteyiz. Biz
müşterilerimize sadece bir ürün satmakla kalmayıp; onların ihtiyaçlarını belirleyip
uygun santral projelendirmesi yaparak, aynı zamanda finansal danışmanlık hizmeti
de verip, anahtar teslim beton santrali tesisi kurarak, kendilerini özel hissetmelerini
sağlamaktayız.

Dear Partners,
MEKA celebrates its 25th anniversary as one of the leaders of the Turkish Machinery Sector, we had a great development in the last 5 years by analyzing the
local needs and opportunities of the construction sector. By exporting 75% of
our products; We erected hundreds of concrete batching plants in 4 continents,
in over than 40 countries such as England, France, Poland; United Arab Emirates,
Qatar, Bahrain; Morocco, Libya, Algeria, Egypt; Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine etc...
With our special projects batching plants, we are placed on the top of the list as
a well-known trade mark. MEKA is the manufacturer of the biggest concrete
batching plant in Middle East which is located in Qatar and the superior concrete
batching plant in used for the enlargement project of Heathrow Airport in
London. Also the concrete batching plant which MEKA produced for Onur Beton
in İstanbul was awarded as one of “the first three establishments in the world” by
Europe Ready Mix Association.
In the scope of Akköy II HEPP project, MEKA’s plant, which was designed for Kolin
Construction company is able to product more than 300m³ RCC concrete per
hour, and used in the construction of Gumushane Yasmakli Dam. Moreover, the
plant installed for Yigit ReadyMix company is operating without any problem for
more than five years that proves the quality of MEKA.
MEKA is giving a big importance to R&D. Our staff consists of 250 employees
including 30 engineers. Our company creates its own projects and doesn’t pursue
any other available projects in the sector. This may be the most important part of
our international success.
MEKA, being among the first 500 exporter companies in the last two years and
obtained 2007 TAX HONOR AWARD in Ankara thanks to paid high tax rate.
Besides aiming to give the image of our production quality and the problem-free
batching plants with “professionals’ choice” slogan, we also guarantee much more
qualified concrete batching plants to our valuable clients. Our job is not only selling
concrete batching plants, but also, make our clients feel themselves as special by
developing the best project for their needs, giving financial them consultancy and
producing a turnkey plant.

ABOUT MEKA
1987 yılında Ankara'da kurulan MEKA BETON SANTRALLERİ, 30 mühendis,
250 çalışanı, Ankara Ostim’deki 5.000 m², Ankara Temelli’deki 18.000 m² ve
Eskişehir’deki 30.000 m²’lik üretim tesisleri ile Türk sanayisine hizmet vermektedir.
1998 yılından bu güne ISO 9001 Kalite Güvence Sistem Belgesine sahip olan
MEKA; CE ve GOST sertifikası, TURQUM belgesi ile sürekli kendisini geliştirmiş,
beton santrali imalat ve kurulumunda sektörünün önde gelen firmalarından
olmuştur.

Tasarım, parça imalat ve temini, üretim kalitesi, işçilik, montaj, devreye alma,
eğitim ve satış sonrası teknik servis hizmetlerindeki kalitesi ve müşteri odaklı
çalışma anlayışı; MEKA Beton Santralleri isminin ülkemiz sınırlarını aşmasını
sağlamıştır. Özellikle körfez ülkelerinde marka haline gelmiş MEKA Beton Santralleri, 4 kıtada 40’tan fazla ülkeye ihraç edilmekte ve başarı ile çalışmaktadır.
MEKA’da üretim çeşitli aşamalarla son derece titiz çalışmalar sonucu gerçekleştirilir. Onaylanan müşteri talepleri proje bölümüne aktarılır. Uzman proje ekibi
tarafından siparişler için tasarım çalışmaları yapılır, teknik detaylar ve imalat
çizimleri tamamlanır.
Since its establishment in the year of 1987 in Ankara, MEKA has been serving the
industry with totally 30 engineer, 250 staff, in three different production areas ;
5.000 m² in Ostim/Ankara, 18.000 m² in Temelli/Ankara and 30.000 m² in
Eskisehir. MEKA, certified by ISO 9001 Quality Certificate since 1998, had
improved itself by CE and GOST certificates and became a leader in production
and installation of concrete batching plants.
MEKA follows a customer oriented development strategy providing full
satisfaction to its customers with design, delivery, batching capacity, production
quality, labor, assembling, staff training and after-sale services. This leaded to
MEKA’s success not only in the Turkish market but all over the world. MEKA has
become a well-known concrete batching plant manufacturer especially in the
Gulf Countries as well as in 4 continents and in more than 40 countries.
The production in MEKA goes on different steps with extremely careful labor.
Approved customer demands are transferred to the project department; design
works, technical approaches and production drawings for the orders are
executed by our professional engineer’s team.
Üretim süreci; kaynaklı imalat, talaşlı imalat, boya ve otomasyon sistemi olmak
üzere dört temel bölümden oluşur. MEKA’da ürün kalitesi, tamamen sertifikalı
kaynakçılar tarafından yapılan kaynak işlemi ve kumlama sonrası titizlikle yapılan
boyama işleminden dolayı üst düzeydir. Beton karışımı; her dozda, yüksek verim
ve istenilen kalitede alınacak şekilde tasarlanmış tek veya çift milli mikserlerle,
SIEMENS teknolojisinin kullanıldığı otomasyon sistemleriyle sağlanır.
Beton Santralini "komple bir üretim tesisi / beton üretim fabrikası" olarak kabul
eden MEKA; AR-GE ve mühendislik çalışmalarını uzun vadede sorunsuz işletilebilen beton santrali imalat ve kurulumuna odaklamıştır. Müşterilerine en kaliteli
beton santralini teslim etmeyi ve tam müşteri memnuniyetini hedefleyen MEKA,
kurduğu hazır beton tesislerini uzun yıllar düşük işletme maliyeti ile çalıştıracak
şekilde müşterilerine gereken tüm teknik hizmetleri 7 gün 24 saat kesintisiz olarak
vermeyi ilke edinmiştir.
Özellikle son yıllarda yaptığı ihracat atağı ile Türk sanayisinin önde gelen firmalarından biri olan MEKA uzman kadrosu, her geçen gün gelişen teknolojisi ve sınırsız
hizmet anlayışı ile çıktığı yolda ilerlemesini sürdürmektedir.
Period of production consists of four main sections: welding, machining,
painting and automation. Product quality in MEKA is provided by welding done
by fully certified welders, after a careful sand blasting operation, the painting
process is carried out. Single or twin shaft mixers designed for the production of
any concrete in desired quality and high efficiency operated by a Siemens
automation technology.
Assuming the batching plant as “whole production plant/concrete factory”,
MEKA focuses on R & D and Engineering works for a qualified concrete batching
plant production and installation. MEKA is willing to sell the best quality
concrete batching plants with full customer satisfaction. Thus, MEKA made up a
merit of 7/24 technical service for customers to use their concrete batching
plants low-cost for years.
Thanks to its exportation strategy, MEKA became one of the leaders of the
Turkish Industry. MEKA continues its progress by the means of expert staff,

Beton santrallerinin nakliye ve montaj zorlukları sebebiyle MEKA tam
olarak konteynere sı¤acak şekilde yapılmış “Tak-Çalıştır Kompakt” sistem
beton santralini geliştirmiştir.
MEKA designed and developed the container transportable “Plug-On &
Operate” concrete mixing plants in order to get rid of the difficulties in
transportation and erection.
MEKA’nın “Tak-Çalıştır Kompakt” beton santrali şantiye/saha mobilizasyonunda ve beton üretiminde önemli nakliye ve çalıştırma avantajlarına
sahiptir.
MEKA “Plug-On & Operate” concrete mixing plants possess all the
advantages of transportation and assembly in concrete production on
the construction sites.
Kompakt “Tak-Çalıştır” beton santrali gerekli tüm ekipmanları takılmış,
elektrik işleri ve kablajı tamamlanmış olarak sevk edilmektedir. Şantiyede
çok az bir montaj işlemi kalmakta ve santral kısa zamanda işletmeye
alınabilmektedir.
Compact “Plug-On & Operate” are shipped with assembled
mechanical/electrical components, thus providing a very fast erection
and put into use on the construction site.

raylarındaki beton kullanımı, tüneller ve zemin geçirgenlerindeki shotcrete
uygulamaları gibi özellikli projeler için tasarlanmıştır. Mevcut standartların
üzerinde kabiliyete ve kapasiteye sahip olup, profesyonelce ve sorunsuz
çözümler üretmektedir.
MEKA Special Concrete Batching Plants are designed for specific projects like
airport aprons, dams, concrete roads, RCC production, railways and tunnels as
well as in permeable soil, such as shot-crete applications.
MEKA Özel Beton Santralleri; zorlu doğa koşulları, yüksek kapasiteli üretim
ihtiyacı, kuru ve yaş betonu birlikte üretebilme özellikleri ile beklentilerin

MEKA Special Concrete Batching Plants offer services beyond the expectations
for hard natural conditions, high-volume production needs, thanks to its
properties producing dry and wet concrete together, and is used in worldwide
projects recognition of which is very high.
Avrupa’nın en büyük havaalanlarından Londra Heathrow Havaalanı inşaatında
kullanılan yüksek kapasiteli kuru ve yaş MEKA beton santrali, Katar’da kurulu tek
seferde 9 m³ beton dökebilen Ortadoğu’nun en yüksek kapasiteli beton santrali
özel birer projedir. Yine Giresun Yaşmaklı Barajı’nda yüksek rakımda kullanılan
ve Türkiye’nin en güç doğa koşullarında beton üreten MEKA beton santrali,
sayılabilecek birçok örnekten yalnızca biridir.
One of MEKA’s high capacity dry and wet concrete batching plants used in the
construction of London Heathrow Airport, Europe’s largest airport. In addition,
the batching plant established in Qatar, has the highest capacity in the Middle
East. It produces 9m³ of concrete per batch. Also MEKA’s concrete batching
plant, used in Giresun Yasmakli Dam in high-altitude, is producing concrete
under Turkey's most difficult and heavy natural conditions. These are just some
of many examples that can be considered.

Tamamen niteliğine uygun beton üreten MEKA Precast Beton Santralleri; blok,
parke taşı, karo, kilit taşı, bordür, betonarme boru uygulamalarında kullanılmaktadır. Kuru karışıma yakın, slump değeri oldukça düşük beton elde etmek için
özel olarak dizayn edilen MEKA Precast Beton Santralleri, istenilen kalitede ve
slumpta betonu bu amaca yönelik kullandığı mikserlerle üretebilme yeteneğine
sahiptir.
İhtiyaca göre projelendirilen; toz boya, sıvı ve katı katkı malzemeleri hazırlama
üniteleriyle birlikte sunulan MEKA Precast Beton Santralleri, her türlü özel
betonu üretebilmektedir.
Kapasitesi saatte 20 m³’ten başlayan MEKA Precast Santralleri; özel yürüme
yolları ve beton transferini gerçekleştiren kova sistemleriyle, Blok ve Parke Taşı
makinelerine direk olarak tam otomatik otomasyonlarıyla bağlanıp, sürekli ve
verimli bir üretim ağı kurar.
MEKA’s precast batching plants produce concrete entirely appropriate to the
nature; they are used in blocks manufacture, paving stone, tile, keystone,
borders, concrete pipes, etc... MEKA’s precast concrete batching plants are
designed to get a very low slump value, close to the dry mixture, and capable
to produce concrete in the requested quality and slump thanks to its mixers
designed for this purpose.
MEKA’s precast concrete batching plants, served with preparation units of
liquid and solid additives, powder according to project needs. They are able to
produce all kinds of special concrete.
MEKA’s precast concrete batching plants capacity starts from 20 m³/h. They are
equipped with travelling ways and bucket systems to perform the concrete
transfer directly to the block and paving stone machines using a full automatic
automation system. This establishes a continuous and efficient manufacturing
network.

bağımlı kalmadan mümkün olan en yüksek verim ve ideal kalitede ürün elde
edilmektedir.
Bilindiği üzere hazır beton santrali özel bilgi gerektiren ve son derece hassasiyete gerek duyan bir konudur. Otomasyon sistemlerinde mevcut prosesi çalıştırmanın yanı sıra oluşacak problemlerin çok iyi bilinerek gerekli tedbirlerin alınması şarttır. Yapılacak hataların doğuracağı tehlikelerin idraki ile sistemlerimizde
kullanılan bütün donanım ve yazılımlarda bu hususa azami derecede dikkat
edilmektedir.
Sistemlerimizdeki bütün donanım ve yazılımlar dünyanın her yerinde yaygın
olarak kullanılan markalardan ibarettir. Sistemlerimizin üniversallığı sayesinde
teknik destek, malzeme temini ve geliştirme konularında herhangi bir firma veya
kişiye bağımlı kalma durumu söz konusu değildir.

It is benefited from the latest innovations in the Ready Mixed Concrete Plant
Automation works that we conduct and possibly highest efficiency and ideal
quality products are obtained without being dependent on the initiative of the
operator. As already known, the ready mixed concrete plant subject requires
special knowledge and extreme precision. In addition to operating the existing
system in the automation processes; it is necessary that the possibly emerging
problems are determined well and necessary precautions are taken. All the
installations and software that are used in our system are handled with
extreme care by being aware of the dangers that may be caused by the fault.
All the installations and the software in our systems consist of trademarks
which are most commonly used all over the world. By the courtesy of the
universality of our systems; we are not dependent on only one company or a
group of persons regarding the technical support, material supply and
development.
Our Automation system is designed with the artificial intelligence logic to have
the capability to learn the needs and characteristic of the system. By this means
it is easily used in a manner that increases the performance. It is provided that
the operation runs until the required work is realized. So the unnecessary
energy consumption is avoided and also the equipment’s life become longer.

Tamamen özel beton üretimine yönelik projelerde

edilirler.
MEKA Tek Milli mikserler, kompakt yapıları ve güçlü
spiral karıştırıcı kolları ile uzun ömürlü bir kullanım
sunarlar. Hızlı karışım, kısa zamanda tam homojenlik; pratik ve kolay besleme özelliklerine sahip
mikserlerdir.
MEKA Çift Milli mikserleri, yüksek verimle çalışan, ağır
çalışma koşullarına dayanıklı, sürekli operasyona
yatkın mikserlerdir. Kısa zamanda yükleme ve boşaltma yapabilme özelliklerinden ötürü, hem hızlı hem
de yüksek homojenlikte beton üretimine uygundur.

MEKA single shaft mixers, with their compact
structure and heavy duty spiral shaped mixing
arms; they have an extended service life. This
mixer generation provides fast mixing and practical and easy feeding capability.
MEKA twin shaft mixers have a proven track record
for providing a highly efficient operation thanks to
their short loading and discharge times as well as fast
and homogenous mixing capability. Low operational costs enable the twin shaft mixers to decrease
production costs without giving up on the quality of
the obtained concrete.
