General
Genel
UDR serisi ihbar röle kombinasyonlar› trafo merkezlerindeki koruma
sistemlerinde, kontrol sistemlerinde, enerji da¤›t›m sistemlerinde, alçak
ve yüksek gerilim tesislerinde kullan›l›r. Sistemde olabilecek ar›zalar›
ihbar düzenine ileterek akustik ve optik ihbar al›nmas›n› sa¤layan UDR
serisi röleler iki tip olarak üretilmektedir; UDR-06 ve UDR-10.
UDR series are developed for protection systems such as transformers,
operation control systems, energy distribution systems, and high and lowvoltage systems. Having been developed in two different types, UDR series
assert acoustic and optical warnings when faults are received from the
systems.
Kullan›m ve Çal›þma Prensipleri
Operation Principles for UDR-06
UDR-06
UDR-06, 6 ihbar ünitesinden oluþur ve ihbar say›s› k›s›tl› olan tesislerde
kullan›l›r. ‹ç ba¤lant› þemas›nda görüldü¤ü gibi, UDR-06’da (UDR-10’dan
farkl› olarak) röleler 3’lü iki grup halinde monte edilmiþlerdir. Bu montaj
þekli kullan›c›ya kumanda ve ihbar gerilimlerini ay›rma olana¤› sa¤lar.
Böylelikle 3 giriþ açma kumandas› 3 giriþ ihbar› için kullan›labilir.
Bu özelliklerin d›þ›nda çal›þma prensibi UDR-10 ile ayn›d›r ve "K" konta¤›
üzerinden al›nan ihbarla "R" rölesi kilitlenerek çal›þ›r.
UDR-06'da UDR-10'dan farkl› olarak "J" rölesi korna rölesi görevini yapar
ve böylelikle harici korna rölesi "AR-01" ba¤lamak gerekmez.
(R) rölesinin(r2) konta¤› ise de¤iþik maksatlar için veya toplam ihbar
ç›k›þ› için kullan›labilir.
UDR-10
UDR-10, 10 ihbar ünitesinden oluþur ve ihbar say›s› fazla olan tesislerde
kullan›l›r. ‹ç ba¤lant› þemas›nda görüldü¤ü gibi, koruma düzeninin (k)
konta¤› üzerinden al›nan ar›za ihbar› "R" rölesini çektirir ve "R" rölesi "r"
konta¤› üzerinden kendisini kilitler. Ayn› anda "r3" konta¤› da ›þ›kl› ihbar
göstergesindeki ilgili sinyal lambas›n› yakar. Cihaz üzerindeki "J" rölesi
de konta¤›n› kapat›p açar ve ilgili klemens uçlar›na k›sa süreli bir darbe
(impuls) gönderir. Bu uçlara ba¤l› olan "AR-01" korna rölesi bu darbe
ile kilitlenerek "EK-01" kornas›n›n çal›þmas›n› sa¤lar. "R" rölesinin "r2"
konta¤› ise de¤iþik maksatlar için veya toplam ihbar ç›k›þ› için kullan›labilir.

UDR-06 is developed for protection systems with a limited number of signal
sources. It has 6 input and 6 output terminals. As shown in internal circuit
diagram below, UDR-06 is installed in two groups each of which contains
3 relays in contrast with UDR-10. This configuration allows the user to
separate the command and signal patches. Three of the inputs may be
used for tripping commands and the other three inputs for the monitoring.
Excluding the above differences, the operation principle is the same as
UDR-10. Relay “R” is activated (pulls) with the fault indication coming
through the contact “K”. It is locked on by contacts “r1”. The relay “W” acts
the same as in UDR-10. The difference is that the relay “J” functions as
the horn relay. The contacts “r2” of the relay “R” may be used for different
purposes such as giving the total signal output.
Operation Principles for UDR-10
UDR-10 is developed for protection systems up to 10 entry and outlet points.
As shown in internal circuit diagram below, fault tripping fed through contact
“K” of the protection system operates the relay “R”, which in turn locks itself
over contact “r1”. At the same time, contact “r3” turns "ON" the corresponding
signal lamp on the announcer and unit relay “J” in the device switches its
contacts ON and OFF transmitting a short impulse to terminal number 26
(see the connection diagram). The horn relay (AR-01) connected to terminal
26 is locked with this impulse and operates the horn “EK-01”. On the other
hand, contact “r2” of the relay “R” may be used for different purpose such
as giving the total alarm signal.
