requirements of main coachbuilders which we
work and we have closely collaborated with
them to get an optimun end product. So, we
can find different models, fully automatic or
semiautomatic lifts.
Passengers lifts manufactured and patented
by our group, as they have been designed by
our I+D+I department and they have been
manufactured in our plant located at Laguardia
(Álava), complying with to the current
regulations.

Hem normal operasyon hem acil durumlar için,
emniyet ve kullaným kolaylýðýný maksimize ederek,
tekerlekli sandalye kullanýcýlarýnýn otobüs
eriþimlerine müsaade etmek üzere tasarlanmýþ
olan bir asasör modelidir.
“Fully automatic” sliding lift that by means of a
two-button box makes all the movements to get
in and out of the cassette and to go up to the seat
floor and down to the ground. At the same time,
by operating this button-box, the handrails will
open and close and the flaps of the platform will
fold and unfold to let the wheelchair get in and
out.

Kullanýmý kolay olan bu yeni, yarý otomatik asansör
(manuel týrabzanlý iki parçalý platform) otobüsler
için olduðu kadar minibüslere ve midibüslere de
monte edilmek üzere farklý türlerde oluþturulmuþtur.
Mikro asansör, otobüs giriþi basamaklarýna monte
edilebilir; çünkü 370 mm’lik basamak derinliðini
atlayabilir ve oturma katýný 1800 mm’lik yersel
mesafeye kadar yükseltmektedir. Bunun yanýnda,
tekerlek bagaj kompartýmaný yanýna, arkasýna ya

Simple and easy to use, this new semi-automatic
lift (two parts platform with manual handrails) has
been created, in different types, to be fitted in both
Microbuses and Midibuses as in Coaches and
Buses.
The Micro lift can be fitted in the steps of the
entrance to the bus as it can skip a step depth of
370 mm. and it raises a seat floor to ground
distance of up to 1800 mm. Also can b e fitted in
the side, rear or over the wheels baggage
comparment.

Einfach und bedienungsfreundlich, ist dieser neue
halbautomatische Aufzug (zwei Teile Plattform mit
manuellen Handläufen), in den verschiedenen
Arten verursacht worden, in Microbuses und
Midibuses wie in den Trainern und in den Bussen
gepasst zu werden.
Der Mikroaufzug kann in die Schritte des Eingangs
zum Bus gepasst werden, während er eine
Schritttiefe von 370 Millimeter überspringen kann.
und er hebt einen Sitzfußboden an, um Abstand
von bis 1800 Millimeter zu reiben. Kann in der

PT Lifts
Otobüsün koltuk katý ve daha yüksek ikinci katý
arasýnda yer alan yaklaþýk 600 mm’lik eðrilmeyi
atlayacak þekilde tasarlanmýþtýr.
Yatýk vaziyetteki PT-300 platformu, otobüs
zemininin bir parçasýdýr ve zemin altýnda azalmýþ
kalýnlýk iþgal etmektedir. Tabakanýn ön ve arka
uçlarýnda yer alan tekerlekli sandalyeler için iki
freni vardýr; bunlar, iniþ çýkýþlarda otomatik olarak
harekete geçmektedir ve platforma eriþime
müsaade etmektedir.
Platform, uç hassasiyeti içeren emniyet sistemine
sahiptir; bu yolla dikey strokta kazara bir nesne
nüfuzu durumunda, olasý bir zararýn önüne geçerek
otomatik olarak duracak ve yükselecektir.
Olasý güç kesintisi halinde manuel iþlem için acil
durum manuel pompasý ile elektro-hidrolik sistemi
bulunmaktadýr; böylece otobüs içerisindeki engelli
kiþiler tahliye edilebilmektedir.
Designed to skip a height of approximately 600
mm. existing warping between the seat floor of
the bus and a higher second floor.
The PT-300 platform, at the rest position, is part
of the bus floor and occupies a reduced thickness
under the floor. It has two brakes for wheelchairs
located in the front and rear ends of the plate that
act automatically on the rise and fall and also
allow acess to the platform.
The platforma has a security systema consisting
of a sensation in its edges so if you accidentally
introduce any object in its vertical stroke, it would
stop and rise automatically avoiding any possible
damage.
It has an electro-hydraulic group with an
emergency manual pump to act manually in case
of a possible power cut so we can evacuate the
disable people that were in the bus.

Electric wheelchair ramp
• This ramp is suitable for low-floor buses. It is
fitted under the floor in the passenger door. When
the ramp extends fully to the end position, rises
automatically to eliminate the slope.
• The EWR ramp is designed with a very simple
system of manufacture and operation in order to
minimize both the initial cost, as the possible
failures causes and therefore the after-sales costs.
• The EWR ramp meets ali the requirements of
existing regulations on safety, sensitivity point,
sensitivityoftread, ete, and its electronic allows to
interface with the bus seheduled to perform ali
necessary funetions.
• A great advantage over other ramps is that in
case of power failu-re the ramp EWR can also be
easily used as manual ramp, avoiding the
immobilization of the vehicle and allowing access
of PRM.

Rampe des elektrischen
Rollstuhls
• Diese Rampe ist für Niedrigfußboden Busse
verwendbar. Sie wird unter dem Fußboden in der
Passagiertür gepasst. Wenn die Rampe völlig auf
die Zielposition verlängert, steigt automatisch, um
die Steigung zu beseitigen.
• Die EWR Rampe ist mit einem sehr einfachen
System der Fertigung und des Betriebes
entworfen, um beide die Anfangskosten
herabzusetzen, wie die möglichen Ausfallursachen
und folglich die Kosten nach die Verkauf.
• Die EWR Rampe genügt allen Anforderungen
der bestehenden Regelungen auf Sicherheit,
Empfindlichkeitspunkt, Empfindlichkeit des
Schrittes, usw., und sein elektronisches darf an
den Bus anschließen, der festgelegt wird, um alle
notwendigen Aufgaben wahrzunehmen.
• Ein großer Vorteil über anderen Rampen ist der
im Falle des Stromausfalls, den die Rampe EWR
als manuelle Rampe auch leicht benutzt werden
kann, vermeidet die Immobilisierung des Trägers
und erlaubt Zugang von PRM.
