As Hacettepe University, internationalization is among our priorities
We believe that international students are indispensible for academic life and also for the
internationalization process of the universities. We have students from all continents and from
96 countries. In this respect, we dedicate a day, every year in the first week of May, as
International Students Day in which the international students at our university have the
chance to promote their countries by various performances, meet and enjoy several cultures
and cuisines all around the world, and enjoy social togetherness. We offer stands, free of
charge, to the participant countries to display their handicraft and cuisine.
It is my pleasure to invite you to the International Students Day which will take place on
5 May, 2015 at Beytepe Campus. On behalf of Hacettepe University, it will be our honor to
host you and/or a representative of your Embassy. The invitations will also be sent by post.
