Son ürün analiz raporu /Final product analyse report

İlave olarak ürünlerin belirtilen ülkelerden ihrac edilmesi durumunda : Ukrayna, Azerbaycan, Belarus, Gürcistan, Kazakistan,
Kırgızistan, Moldovya, (Transnistria bölgesi dahil),Tacikistan, Özbekistan ; ihraç edilecek lot’a ait örnek alma protokolü, ve
analiz raporu**, analiz raporundaki lot’a ait referanslar fatura ve taşıma belgeleri ile aynı olmalıdır. / Additionally for exports
of products from one of the following countries: Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova
(including the Transnistria autonomous territorial unit with special legal status), Tajikistan, Uzbekistan: Sampling protocol
and analysis report** of the lot to be exported, the lot indication on the analysis report must be the same as on the
invoice or delivery note.

** Örnek alımı kalifiye bağımsız 3. taraflarca yapılmalıdır. Analizler akredite bir laboratuvarda ve gerekli tüm etkili maddeleri
içeren analitik metodlar kullanılarak yapılmalıdır. Soya için GDO testi zorunludur. / Sampling must be done by a qualified,
independent third party. Analysis must be done by an accreditated laboratory and the analytical methods used should cover all
relevant pesticides. For soya a GMO test is compulsory.

In the weekdays, transaction certificates are issued:
/ the same day if complete application
saat 13.00‘den önce eksiksiz yapılan başvuruların sertifikası aynı gün içerisinde
arrives before 13.00.
-
saat 13.00‘den sonra yapılan başvuruların sertifikası bir sonraki gün düzenlenir.
/ the next day if complete application
arrives later than 13.00.
Cumartesi ve Pazar günleri sertifika hazırlanmaz.
No transaction certificates are issued on Saturday and Sunday.
