Storage
Storage space will be available at the congress center. Congress center and interium organization does not accept any
responsibility for packages left for courier collection after the congress.
Stand Personnel Registration & Accommodation
Exhibitors and company representatives must register and pay for EXHIBITOR IDENTIFICATION BADGES. Use of the badge is
obligatory for access to the congress. If you still do not complete the registration process please contact Mrs.Feryal

(Shell Scheme)
Aside from the booths built by Exhibitors using their own stand builders, ECHNO will be selling a complete booth package.
Options are;
Option 1: 25 € + %18 VAT per sqm (electric consumption fee is not included, cabling included up to 3KW)




White shell scheme frame and panel structures
Fascia Panel with standard lettering of exhibitors in maximum 20 letters
Basic lighting (100W spot per 3m²)(Code: 420)
Extension cord with 3 plugs (Code: 422)

The deadline for orders is 27 March 2016.
Between 27 March – 13 April 2016, 20% increased prices will be charged.
Between 13 April – 24 April 2016, 30% increased prices will be charged.
Any orders received after 24 April 2016 can not be guaranteed.
Full payment must be submitted with this form. Including 18% VAT.
Extra Material Request Form and Payment form must be filled in and return with payment in full in order to
prevent possible delays in the set up of your stand.
