Rail 2016.
EXPRESS LOJİSTİK Eurasia Rail Fuar'ının resmi lojistik
firmasıdır.
After carrying out the official transportation program of the
exhibition, participants will call to determine the delivery
dates. In order to avoid problems with transportation please
comply with the determined and notified dates.
Fuar'ın resmi nakliye programını yaptıktan sonra
Katılımcıları arayarak teslimat tarihlerini belirleyeceklerdir.
Nakliye konusunda sorun yaşamamak için lütfen belirtilen
tarihlere uyunuz.

FORKLİFT, VİNÇ HİZMETLERİ
Katılımcıların stand yapımında ve standlarında kullanılacak
malzemelerinin taşınması için EXPRESS LOJİSTİK
firması her salonun Malzeme Giriş kapısında, vinç, forklift,
transpalet, hafif taşıma araçları ve işçi hizmeti vererek salon
içerisinde güvenli giriş ve çıkışları sağlayacaktır.
Express Lojistic will provide crane, forklift, pallet truck, light
transport and worker services for secure entry and exit at
the loading door of each hall for installation of stand and
transportation of the materials to be used for the stand.

FUAR ALANINDA GÜVENLİK
SECURITY AT THE EXHIBITION AREA
Fuar alanında genel güvenlik önlemleri İFM Fuar alanı
tarafından alınır. Bununla beraber EUF A.Ş., alanın
büyüklüğü ve yoğun Katılımcı trafiğine yönelik detaylı
ve kapsamlı bir güvenlik hizmeti sunmaz; bu konuda
sorumluluk üstlenmez.
Herhangi bir güvenlik ihlali yaşanmaması için, Katılımcı'nın
standına özel güvenlik elemanı ataması önerilir.
Safety precautions in the exhibition space are taken by IFM
Exhibition Centre. However, EUF (International Trade Fair)
does not provide a detailed and comprehensive security
service for the size of the area and the heavy Exhibitor
traffic; it is not liable in this regard.
Assignment of private security personnel for the stand is
recommended to the Exhibitor in order to avoid any breach
of security.
TEMİZLİK HİZMETLERİ
Fuar süresince genel alanların temizliği ve salonlardaki
koridorların temizliği EUF A.Ş. tarafından sağlanacaktır.
Katılımcı stand içi detaylı temizlik ve özel ürün temizliğini
kendisi yapmakla yükümlüdür.
FUAR ALANINDA İNTERNET HİZMETİ
Fuar alanında, salonlarda ücretsiz İnternet Hizmeti fuar
alanının servis sağlayıcısı tarafından sağlanır. Söz konusu
hizmetin hızı ve bağlantı durumu tamamen fuar alanının
sorumluluğundadır. Bunun dışında Katılımcı, isteğine bağlı
olarak standına özel kablolu internet hizmeti alabilir.

OTOPARK KARTI
Her Katılımcı'ya 1 adet otopark kartı verilecektir.
Stand alanı 50 m2 üzerinde olan Katılımcılara 1 adet
otopark kartı ilave olarak verilir.
FUAR KATALOĞU
Fuar'a katılacak Katılımcıların tanıtımı için Türkçe- İngilizce
olarak katalog yayınlanacaktır. Katalog da her Katılımcı'ya
ücretsiz olarak yer verilecektir. Fuar Kataloğu Form'unda
istenen bilgileri, çalışma programında belirtilen tarihe kadar
gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.

CLEANING SERVICES
EUF (International Trade Fair) shall provide the cleaning
services for general areas and the corridors inside the halls
throught the exhibition. Exhibitors shall provide detailed
cleaning and special product cleaning throught the exhibition.
INTERNET SERVICES AT THE EXHIBITION AREA
Internet services (Wi-fi) provided at the exhibition area free
of charge and halls are provided by a IFM expo center
(Venue owner) provider and EUF (International Trade Fair)
does not have any control over this subject. Exhibitor may
contact EUF (International Trade Fair) to request wired
internet connection to their stand. (Please refer to Form 2)
PARKING CARD
The number of Parking Cards to be issued for each
Exhibitor is based on the stand area, such that;
1 card will be provided to any EXHIBITOR with a stand
area of 1 to 50 sqm.
2 cards will be provided to any EXHIBITOR with a stand
area of 50 sqm. and above.
EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
A catalogue (Turkish-English) will be published to provide
information on Exhibitors. The Exhibitor should be to
provide such information within the deadline set forth in the
Exhibitor Schedule.

TANITIM AKTİVİTELERİ
PROMOTION ACTIVITIES
Katılımcılar stand içinde genel kurallara aykırı olmadığı
takdirde kendi tanıtımlarını yapabilirler.
As long as not against general rules, the exhibitors are
allowed to make their promotion in the stand.
Yasalara ve devlet politikalarına aykırı reklam yapmak
yasaktır.
Advertisement against laws and state policies are not
allowed.
Katılımcılar, tanıtımlarını kendi stand alanları içerisinde
yapmak zorundadırlar. Stand alanı dışında reklam
malzemesi dağıtmaya izin verilmemektedir. Bunun dışında
yapılacak aktiviteler, organizatörün iznine tabidir.
The Exhibitors can only make promotion in their stand. It is
not allowed to distribute advertisement materials outside the
stand. Other activities are subject to the permission of the
organiser.
Fuar konusu dışında olan ürünlerin tanıtımını yapmak ve
sergilemek yasaktır.
Advertisement of products not related to the exhibition is not
allowed.
Film, slayt ve video gösterimleri için organizatörden
onay alınmalıdır. Yapılacak tanıtımlar ve sunumlar ülke
kanunlarına ve yerel politikaya ters düşmemelidir.
The confirmation of the organiser is required for films, slides
and video films. Promotions and presentations to be made
must comply with state laws and local policies.
Sesli filmlerin gösterimi diğer standları rahatsız etmediği
sürece yapılabilir.
Stand içerisinde hopörler kullanılması durumunda, hopörler
stand içine dönük olmalı, çevre standları ve ziyaretçileri
rahatsız etmemlidir. Aksi halde organizatör duruma
müdahale hakkını saklı tutar.
Standlarda sergilenen ve kullanılan yazılımlar lisanslı
olmalıdır.
ZİYARETÇİ TANITIM ÇALIŞMALARI
Ziyaretçi Davetiyesi: Fuar ve etkinlikler ile ilgili genel bilgi
vermektedir.
Yurtiçine ve Yurtdışına Özel Davet Gönderimleri:
Promosyon etkinliği olarak ziayretçi davetiyeleri, etkinlik
broşürü ve posteri gibi fuar basılı mazlemeleri özel posta
aracılığı ile ziyaretçi hedef kitlenize doğrudan ulaştırılarak
uluslararası seviyede bilgilendirme sağlanmaktadır.
Medya Tanıtım ve Reklam Çalışmaları: Ulusal ve yerel
gazeteler, dergiler ile ticari bültenlere, web sitelerine,
endüstriyel ve ticari yayınlara ilanlar verilmektedir.
Sound films may only be allowed as long as they do not
disturb the other stands.
If speaker should be used in the stands, the direction of the
speakers must face the stand and shall not disturb the other
stands or visitors. Otherwise, the organiser may use its right
to interfere.
Software exhibited and used in the stands must be licensed.
VISITOR PROMOTION ACTIVITIES
Visitor Invitations: General information will be provided about
the exhibition and activities.
Special Domestic mailing or Mailing Abroad: Visitor
invitations, activitiy brochures, poster and other printed
exhibition materials as a part of promotion activity was sent
to the target group per special mailing in order to ensure
notification on an international level.
Media promotion and AD Work: Advertisements were
placed in national and local newspapers, magazines and
commercial bulletins, web sites, industrial and commercial
publications.
Fuar Afişi: Türkiye genelinde, ziyaretçi hedef kitlesini
kapsayan açık ve kapalı alanlara asımı sağlanacaktır.
Exhibition Poster: These will hung at open and closed areas
around Turkey at areas of the related target visitor group.
Reklam: Uluslararası, ulusal, bölgesel, sektörel dergiler ve
gazetelerde Fuar'ın reklamı yapılmaktadır.
Advertisement: Advertisement is made in international,
national, regional, sectoral magazines and newspapers.

FUAR ALANI KURALLARI
EXHIBITION AREA GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Tüm boş ambalajlar fuar öncesinde salon ve fuar alanı
dışına çıkarılmalıdır. Salonda ve/veya standın dışında ve
civarında saklanmamalıdır.
All empty packaging must be brought out of the exhibition
area and halls prior to the exhibition. They shall not be kept
in the hall and/or stand.
Fuar alanlarının veya başka fuarların ticari görsel
filminin gösterimine, sunumunun ya da her türlü tanıtıcı
faaliyetlerinin yapılmasına izin verilmeyecektir.
Commercial visual film screening of exhibition areas or
other commercial film screening of the other exhibitions,
their presentations or promotion activities are not allowed.
Ziyaretçilerin fuar süresince, ürün teşhir, basılı evrak,
tanıtıcı broşür, promosyon malzemeleri vs. dağıtım, satış ve
sunumuna izin verilmeyecektir.
Montaj, demontaj ve fuar süresince koridorlar hiçbir suretle
malzeme, ekipman, konstrüksiyon ve dekoratif öğeler
ile kapatılmamalıdır. her daim geçiş sağlanacak şekilde
koridorların açık bırakılması gerekmektedir.
Fuar alanındaki acil çıkışlara erişimin kapanmaması amacı
ile hiçbir suretle araç, malzeme, ekipman, ürün veya
dekoratif öğeler konulamaz.
Yangın dolaplarının önü, acil çıkış kapıları ve bu alanları
gösteren işaret ve yönlendirmelerin, her zaman açıkta
görünür olması gerekmektedir.
Fuar alanına köpek, kedi ve diğer hayvanların girişlerine
izin verilmez.
Fuar alanına silah giriş izni verilmez.
Fuar alanındaki tüm kapalı alanlarda sigara içmek yasaktır.
Setup günlerinde araçların fuar alanlarına girişi izine tabidir.
Araç girişi için organizatörden izin alınmalıdır.
Fuar alanında, setup ve fuar süresince paten, scooter,
bisiklet, motorsiklet gibi araçlar ile gezinmek yasaktır.
Organizatörden izin alınması koşulu ile fuar alanı dışında
paten kullanılabilir.
Katılımcıların ve 3. şahıs stand tasarımı yapan firmaların
setup ve stand söküm süreçlerinde, iş kazalarına karşı
herkesin ulaşabileceği ve görebileceği şekilde yangın
söndürücü ve ilk yardım seti bulundurmak zorundadırlar.
During the exhibition, the visitors are not allowed to
showcase products, distribute, sell or present printed
documents, promotion brochures, promotion materials and
so on.
During setup, disassembly ad the exhibition no materials,
equipment, construction or decorative elements shall be left
on the corridors and its not close the paths.Access shall be
always be ensured on the corridors.
Access to emergency exit shall never be closed by tools,
equipment, materials, constructions products or decorative
elements. These exits and their paths are for emergency
evacuation and intervention purposes.
No dogs, cats or other animals are allowed to be kept at
the exhibition area.
No guns are allowed at closed areas of the exhibition area.
Smoking is not allowed at closed areas of the exhibition
area.
Entry of vehicles to the exhibition area during setup days
are subject to permission. Permission of the organiser is
required for entry of vehicles.
During setup and the exhibition dates, it is not allowed
to enter the area with paten, scooter, bicycle and motor
cycles. Patents may be used outside the exhibition area
upon permission of the organiser.
Fire extinguishers must be available together with a first aid
set for job accidents during stand setup of exhibitors and
their stand construction companies.
Organizatörün uygun görmesi sonucunda araçları fuar
alanından çıkarma hakkı saklıdır.
The organiser shall provide stand numbers to all stands
installed at the exhibition area.
Organizatör fuarda kurulan tüm standlara "Stand Numarası"
tedarik eder.
Exhibition stands must be structural stable. They shall
not constitute danger for human life, the exhibition area,
promoting products and other stands. Therefore there shall
be appointed a person responsible for the maintenance
and installation of the stands who, where required must
provide documents and measures requested for dangerous
materials, structures, equipments and working conditions.
Fuar standları yapısal olarak sağlam olmalıdır. İnsan
hayatı, fuar alanı, teşhir ürünleri ve diğer standlar için
tehlike oluşturmamalıdır. Bu amaçla her standın yapım ve
bakımından sorumlu yetkili olmalı, gerektiğinde tehlikeli
görülen malzeme, yapı, ekipman ve çalışma koşulları ile
ilgili istenen belge ve tedbirleri sağlamalıdır.

FUAR ALANI KURALLARI
EXHIBITION AREA GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Fuar alanında hazırlık günlerinde, organizatör, standlarda
bulunan ve çalışan personelin yaşam ve sağlıklarından
sorumlu değildir.
During setup days at the exhibition area, the organiser shall
not be responsible for life and healtf of the persons and
staff at the stands.
Motorlu araçlar benzin ya da gaz tankı boş ise fuar alanında
sergilenebilir.
Motor vehicles may be exhibited at the exhibition area if the
fuel or gas tank is empty.
Fuar açılışından önce fuar alanı dışına çıkarılmadığı için
lojistik firması tarafından depolanan tüm malzemeler ve boş
kapların depolama, nakliye, yükleme ve indirme ücretleri
ilgili Katılımcı'ya fatura edilir.
Prior to opening of the exhibition, all materials stored
by the logistic company because they have not been
brought outside the exhibition area, together with all empty
container's storage, transport, loading and unloading
charges shall be invoiced to the exhibitor.
Fuar alanında stand kurulumu yapacak taşeron firmalar,
Katılımcı'dan onay yazısı getirecektir.
The subcontractor companies will bring the letter of
approval from the exhibitors who they will setup the stand
in the exhibition area.
Fuar alanında montaj başlangıcından itibaren unutulan,
kontrolsüz bırakılan ya da kaybolam malzemelerden
organizatör sorumlu değildir.
The organiser is not responsible for any materials loss left
without control during setup days at the exhibitioan area.
Fuar bitiminde fuar alanında tespit edilen Katılımcı /
Çalışanlar tarafından yapılan hasarları, hasara sebep olan
Katılımcı / Çalışanlar ödemek ile yükümlüdür.
Stand söküm çalışmalarında, fuar alanında bırakılan
malzemelerden organizatör sorumlu değildir.Stand
söküm çalışmalarında bırakılan moloz, ahşap, alçıpan vb.
malzemelerin fuar alanında bırakılmaması gerekir. Aksi
durumda yapılacak masraf tutarı organizatör tarafından ilgili
Katılımcı'ya fatura edecektir.
Any damage determined to be caused by the exhibitor at
the end of the exhibition, must be paid by the exhibitor or
stuff causing the damage.
The organiser shall not be responsible for any materials left
at the exhibition area at the end of dismantling days of the
stands.
Any wood, drywall and similar material left during the
dismanting days shall not be left at the exhibition area.
Otherwise, arising costs shall be invoiced by the organiser
to the exhibitor.
Fuar alanında ve çevresinde ateş yakmak yasaktır.
It is forbidden make fire in halls and around the exhibition area.
Salonların tavanlarına, katılımcı ya da taşeron tarafından,
bayrak, flama, reklam görsellerinin asılması yasaktır.
No flags, advertisement or visuals are allowed to be hung
at the ceiling of the exhibition area by the exhibitors.
SİGORTA
Organizatörler, kendi çalışanlarının ölüm veya
yaralanmasına ilişkin ve üçüncü şahısların yaralanmalarına
veya üçüncü kişilerin mallarına gelebilecek zarar ve
kayıplar için geçerli bir İşveren ve Kamu Sorumluluğu
Sigortası’na sahiptir.
Organizatörlerin sigorta poliçesine, vaka başına 1,000,000
GBP poliçe sınırı olan Şarta Bağlı Kamu Sorumluluk
kapsamı ve sigorta süresi boyunca meydana gelebilecek
tüm olaylar için, vaka başına 1,000,000 GBP poliçe sınır
olan bir Şarta Bağlı Mal Sorumluluk kapsamı dahildir.

INSURANCE
The Organisers have in force Employers’ & Public Liability
Insurance in respect of their liability to their employees for
death or injury and in respect of injury to third parties or
damage to third party property. Included under the
Organisers’ insurance arrangement is the provision of
Contingent Public Liability cover with a limit of £1,000,000
any one occurrence, and Contingent Products Liability
cover with a limit of £1,000,000 any one occurrence and
for all occurrence in the aggregate during the period of
the insurance. The Contingent Public/Products Liability
operates as cover for the Organiser over and above your
existing Public/Products Liability insurance in the event
of any shortfall in indemnity limit or if your policy fails to
operate.
Şarta Bağlı Kamu/Mal sorumluluk sigortası, sizin sahip
olduğunuz poliçenin limitinin yetersiz olması durumunda
veya işlememesi durumunda, mevcut sigortanızdan sonra

Tazminat talebine yol açabilecek bir vakanın meydana
gelmesi durumunda, durumu rapor etmek üzere
Organizatör firmanın fuar alanındaki doldurmanız gereken
evrakları size temin edecek olan temsilcisi ile derhal temasa
geçmeniz gereklidir. Bu tür herhangi bir tazminat talebi
olması durumunda, Organizatör firma ile işbirliği yapmanız
ve sizden istenen bilgileri sağlamanız gerekir. Katılımcılar,
örneğin, iptal/terk gibi durumlardan kaynaklanan kayıplar
ve teşhir materyalleri ve diğer materyallere gelebilecek
kayıplar için bir başka sigortaya daha sahip olmak
durumundadırlar.
6331 sayılı iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kanunu gereğince fuar
alanı içerisinde 18 yaşından küçük ve/veya sigortasız
çalışan bulunmaması gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle özel
stand katılımcılar ve/veya tasarımcı firmaların tüm şirket
çalışanları, çalıştıkları şirkete ait vergi levhası örneği, SSK
işe giriş bildirgesini ve hangi standta görevli olduklarını
gösteren şirket onaylı yazıyı ibraz etmek şartı ile fuar
alanına alınacaktır. Aksi bir durumun tespiti halinde bu
kişiler salondan dışarı çıkartılacaktır.
SERGİLENECEK ÜRÜNLERİNİN SİGORTALANMASI
-Taşıma ve fuar boyunca oluşabilecek zararlar, hırsızlık
gibi tüm risklere karşı sigorta yapılması katılımcının
sorumluluğundadır.
-Fuar katılımcısı, fuar alanındaki tüm yapı bileşenleri,
cihazlar, araçlar, teşhir ürünleri ve sergileme alanları ile
üçüncü şahıslara verdiği zararlardan sorumludur.
-Katılımcıların ve yasal temsilcilerinin yada çalıştıkları
personelin görevlerini yerine getirirken, şahsına veya
mallarına gelebilecek zarardan organizatör firma sorumlu
değildir.
-Organizatör, stand kurulması ve yer temini ile ilgili olarak
alınmış güncel olmayan yada geçerliliği onaylanmamış
bilgilerden kaynaklanan hatalarından sorumlu değildir.
-Organizatör fuardaki hırsızlık veya herhangi bir zarardan
sorumlu olmadığı gibi katılımcı firmaların özel eşya, araç ve
gereçlerinin sakladığı özel bölme ve kasalar ile içindekilere
gelecek zarardan da mesul değildir.
SAĞLIK & GÜVENLİK
Sağlık ve güvenlik önlemlerine ilişkin yönetmelik esaslarına
göre; katılımcılar ve 3. şahıs diğer tüm firmaların,
ziyaretçilere ve genel topluma karşı özenli olmakla
yükümlüdürler. Katılımcılar ve stand tasarımı yapan
diğer firmalar, üçüncü şahıslara ve ya onların mallarına
gelebilecek kayıp ve hasarların tazmini için gerekli sigorta
işlemlerini fuar alanına gelmeden yapmaları gerekmektedir.
Evidence of your Public/Products Liability insurance may be
requested. In the event of an incident which may give rise to
a claim you should immediately contact the Organisers’
representative on site to report the matter who will provide
you with the relevant documentation for you to complete.
You must co-operate with the Organiser in any such claim
and provide any information that it may request. Exhibitors
are responsible for arranging any other insurance, such as
cover for loss of expenses caused by cancellation
abandonment and loss of or damage to exhibits and other
items.
6331 occupational health and safety in accordance with
the law should have workers 18 years of age and/or
uninsured in the area therefore, the custom stand exhibitors,
all of the companies employees of the company or designer,
the company they work from the instance of the tax board,
social security and employment declaration to show they're
in charge of the stand in which the company with the
requirement to submit the approved article you will be taken
to the exhibition area. In case of the detection of a situation
otherwise, these people will be extracted out of the area.
INSURANCE OF PRODUCTS TO BE EXHIBITED
-It is the responsibility of the participant to make an insurance
against all risks like loss or theft may occur during transport
or during the fair.
-Including the structures and installations, the exhibitor shall
be responsible for any damage to third persons during the
exhibition.
-The organizing company shall no be responsible for any
damage and harm to any person or goods caused by the
participants and their legal representavites or employees.
-The organizing company shall no be responsible for any
faults caused by non-current or not confirmed information
in relation to the installment of the stand or provision of the
place.
-The organiser has no responsibility for any theft of other
damage at the fair and is also not resposible for any damage
of special goods, tools of participating companies in the
special partitions or safes.
HEALTH & SAFETY
According to the principles of health and safety requirements;
exhibitors all of the companies of the third party, they
are obliged to be attentive to visitors and the general
community. The participants and stand design, which
makes other companies, third parties or their property the
necessary compensation for the loss and damage that may
come are required to come to the fairgrounds for insurance
operations.

ÖNEMLİ BİLGİLER
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Fuar alanında alçıpan ve yerinde kaynaklı çelik ve demir
stand çalışmasına izin verilmeyecektir. Bunun yerine
alüminyum alaşımlı metal ve önceden hazırlanmış ahşap
stand uygulamaları yapılabilecektir.
Metal konstrüksiyon esaslı standların kurulumu aşamasında
kaynak, kesme taşı vb. ile yapılacak imalat çalışmaları fuar
alanı dışında gerçekleştirilebilecektir.
Fuar alanı dışında yapılacak imalatların içeriye taşınması
ve monte edilmesi sırasında gerekli önlemler alınarak
fuar alanı yapı bileşenlerine ve zemine zarar verilmemesi
sağlanmaldır. Tespit edilen hasarlar, ilgili Katılımcı'ya fatura
edilecektir.
Drywall and in place welded steel and iron stand work
is not allowed at the exhibition area. Instead of these,
aluminium alloy and pre-implemented wood applications
can be used. During setup days of metal construction
based stands, welding, cutting stone and similar
manufacturing work shall be outside the exhibition area.
During transport of manufacturing made outsidethe
exhibition area into the area, all measures and caution
must be taken not to give harm to construction components
and flooring of the exhibition area. Identified damage will be
invoiced to the relevant participant.

The EXHIBITOR is not allowed to drill, nail, stamp, apply
bally or any other adhesive on the floor of the space that it

ELECTRICITY
• EUF A.Ş., Katılımcı'nın FORM 3'te stand içinde belirttiği
noktaya elektrik hattı çekmekle yükümlüdür.
• Çekilecek hattın akım gücü, Katılımcı'nın "Teknik Hizmet
Formu"nda (FORM 2) belirttiği kapasiteyi taşır niteliktedir.
• Otomatik sigortalı, saatli ve korumalı elektrik panosu
Katılımcı tarafından temin edilir. Stand içi elektrik dağıtımı,
panonun kurulumundan sonra Katılımcı tarafından yapılır.
• Kullanılan elektrik gücünü taşır nitelikte bir otomatik sigorta
sistemini kurmayan standlara, elektrik hattı çekilmez.
• Stand elektrikleri fuarın son günü (5 Mart 2016) saat 18:30
itibariyle kapatılır.

•EUF (International Trade Fair) is responsible for providing
the cabling of electricity for the electric lines from the
existing electric welding to each Exhibitor’s stand (to a
specific point stated by the Exhibitor in Form 3 “Grid Plan”).
•Lines and cabling will be able to meet Exhibitor’s power
needs (stated in Form 2).
•Panel with automatic fuse, will be provided by the Exhibitor
and the distribution inside the stand will be conducted by
the Exhibitor after the panel set-up.
•Electricity will not be provided to custom stands that are
not equipped with automatic fuse. (This will be calculated
based on usage)
•Stand electricity will be turn off on the last day of the
exhibition (March 5, 2016) as of 18:30.

YANGIN GÜVENLİĞİ ve KURALLAR
RULES FOR PROTECTION FROM FIRE and ACCIDENT
• Stand konstrüksiyonu, duvarlar, halılar, ürünler, aksesuarlar
vb. alev almaz malzemeden olmalıdır.
• Salonda ateş ve alevli cihaz kullanarak iş yapmak kesinlikle
yasaktır.
• Katılımcıların stand içerisinde reklam amacı ile
yerleştirekleri balonun yanıcı ve insan sağlığına zararlı
gazlar ile hazırlanması yasaktır. İmalatçı tarafından
imal edilen balonun yanıcı madde ile doldurulmadığına
dair firma kaşeli ve imzalı raporu gerekmektedir. Stand
içerisine yerleştirilecek balonun yerden yüksekliği 7 mt'yi
geçmemelidir.
• Fuar alanı içinde yanıcı gaz ve uzaktan kumandalı motorlu
balon ve ya zeplin türü tanıtım amaçlı cihazların kullanımı
yasaktır.
• Stand construction walls, carpets, products, accessories and similar, must be made of non-flammable materials.
• It is not allowed to use fire and flame devices in the hall.
• It is not allowed to fill ballons for promotion of exhibitors with
flammable gas harmful for human health. The company
must provide written evidence that the manufacturing
company did not fill the balloon with flammables gas.
The height of the balloon in the stand shall not exceed 7
meters.
• Airship type device as zeppelin fill flammable gas with
remote control is forbidden to use in the exhibition area.

Stand alanı ve alana ait hava sahası dahilinde, tasarım ve
kurulumu katılımcı tarafından yapılan stand sistemidir.
Custom Stand application refers to a stand system that is
to be designed and set up by the EXHIBITOR in a manner
not exceeding the space rented by taking into consideration
height and other technical specifications and restrictions.
Standsız – Özel Tasarımlı Alan Sistemi’ne dahil hizmetler
şöyledir;
*Katılımcının stand alanı ölçüsüne göre sınırları belirlenmiş
boş, temiz alan teslim edilir.

*An emrty area with formatted corners and marked stand

*Elektrik enerjisi için çekilen kablo, stand alanının FORM
3’te katılımcı tarafından belirtilmiş noktasına EUF A.Ş.

dağılımı ve stand içi aydınlatması katılımcı tarafından
yapılır.

*Participants to install individual stands must comply
with all technical conditions instructed by the organizing
company.
*Özel stand ile katılan katılımcılar, stand montajını yapacak
firmalarını, fuar alanında stand kurulumu ve sökümü
kuralları ve düzenlemeleri konusunda bilgilendirmek
zorundadırlar.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
*Participants preferring individual stands, have to inform
the stand companies about the rules and arrangements of
stand installation and disassembly at the wxhibition area.
*Özel standlar fuar alanı tavan konstrüksiyonunu,
duvarlarını, kolon, balkon, parapet, her türlü tesisat sistemi
vb. gibi tüm yapı bileşenleri hiçbir şekilde kullanamaz.
Salon zemini üzerinde hiçbir şekilde iz, leke, delik bırakacak
uygulamalar yapılamaz.
*Individual stands may not make use of ceiling
construction, walls, balcony, parapet, any installation
system and other structural compotens of the halls. The
flooring of the halls may not be left dirty, with stains or
holes.
*Özel stand kurlumu esnasında toz, boya ve benzeri
nedenler ile diğer standlara veya fuar alanına zarar
vermemek için tüm önlemler alınmalıdır. Aksi halde verilen
zararlardan katılımcı sorumludur.
*All measures must be taken in order to avıid that dust
paint and other reason cause harm for other stands during
the installation of special stands. Otherwse, the resulting
harm must be met by the participant.
*Fuar alanı içerisinde kompresör ile çalışmak, ahşap,
alçıpan ve her türlü toz çıkaracak malzemelerin kesimi
yasaktır.
*It is forbidden to work with a compressor in the exhibition
area, and to cut dry wall, wood or any other material that
might cause dust.
*Ziyaretçilerin tüm standları rahatça gezebilmeleri için
stand kuracak katılımcıların koridora bakan her bir cephe
max. %30 oranında kapatılmalıdır. Bu durumda ziyaretçinin
geçeceği koridora bakan her bir cephe %70 oranında açık
kalması gerekmektedir.
*In order to ensure thet visitors may visit all stands in a
comfortable way, companies with special decoration may
close the front facing the corridor the visitors do pass must
be open by %70.

*In order to prevent incompatibility with the order neighbor
stand constructions the other companies should be direct
contacted. Even if in compliance with the determined

must closed the elevation facing the other stand with plain,
clean and empty. The organiser may interfere in project not
complying with technical conditions.

By use of floors, Exhibition participation m2 unit price in a
rate of %50 of the floor area will be paid to the organizing
company. Stand borders on the second floor must be at
least within 2 meters.

*Katılımcılar ve yükleniciler tarafından, fuar standlarının
yapım, söküm ve işletimi sırasında yapılacak her türlü
montaj imalat, tadilat ve bakım işlerinde iş güvenliği
mevzuatına uygun hareket edilecek, gerekli önlemler
alınacaktır.
*Organizatör, fuar alanında sözleşmede belirtilen plan
İlkerline uygun olarak gerekli gördüğü her değişikliği
yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Bu nedenden dolayı katılımcı
fuara katılmaktan vazgeçemez Vazgeçtiği takdirde fuara
katılım ücretinin tamamını ödemekle yükümlüdür. Projeler
organizatör tarafından onaylanmış olsa dahi, görüntüsü,
çıkardığı koku, duman, ürettiği titreşim gibi nedenler ile
fuarın genel kurallarına ve konseptine uymayan malzeme
ve imalatlar organizatörün talep etmesi halinde fuar
alanından uzaklaştırılmalıdır.
Electricity, water and pressured air use is provided against
costs. Please fill out the service form nr.2 for reguest.
*Any installation manufacture, restoration and maintenance
work during stand disassembly and operation must be
made in compliance to job security legislations, reguired
measures must be taken, no uninsured staff shall be
employed, and relevant measures for special risks during
working at high levels and with electricity must be ensured.
*The organizing company has the right to make any
changes in compliance to plan principles determined in the
exhibition area contract. The participant may not give up
exhibition at the exhibition due to this. In case of waiver
from perticipation, he shall be deemed to pay the full
sum of exhibition participation. Even if the Project should
be approved by the organizing company, materials and
manufactures not complying to the general rules of the fair
as of its appearancei smelli vibration may be removed from
the exhibition area upin reguest of the organizing company.
*Yangın güvenliği nedeni ile Özel Stand
konstrüksiyonlarının yangın dolaplarını kapatmaması ve
yangın dolaplarına serbest ulaşıma daima sağlayacak
şekilde planlanması gerekmektedir. Yangın dolaplarının
üzeri herhangi bir malzeme ile kaplanmamalıdır. Kolonlar
üzerinde bulunan elektrik panolarını, kargo kapılarını,
havalandırma menfezlerini, acil çıkış kapılarını ve salon
koridorlarının da aynı kural çerçevesinde açık bırakılması
zorunludur.
*Due to fire safety, the special stand constructions shall not
close the Access to fire cabinets and free Access shall be
ensured to the cabinets. Fire cabinets shall not be covered
with anymaterials. Electric panels, cargo doors vents on the
columns and emergency exits and hall corridors must be
also be open and accessible according to the same rule.

with the stand contracts and a drawing design will be sent
to you for approval. Any changes and additions to the
Standard stand may be communicated with this company.

% 50 cezalı ödeme yapma durumunda gerçekleşecektir.

ilaveler yapılması, montaj ekibinin iş yüküne ve malzeme
stokalrına bağlı olup liste fiyatının %100 cezalı ödeme
