CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

Madde1: Hannover Fairs Interpro Uluslararas› Fuarc›l›k A.fi. (H‹F A.fi. olarak an›lacakt›r) taraf›ndan 07-12
Ekim 2008 tarihlerinde gerçeklefltirilecek CeBIT Biliflim Eurasia Uluslararas› Bilgi ve Iletiflim Teknolojileri
Fuar›’na ait kat›l›m sözleflmesini imzalayan firmalar (müflteri olarak an›lacakt›r) afla¤›da yaz›l› tüm kat›l›m
koflullar›n› aynen kabul ettiklerini beyan ederler.
Article 1: All participating firms (herein after referred to as the Customer), who have signed the application
form of the CeBIT Biliflim Eurasia International Trade Fair for Information Technology, Telecommunications,
Software & Services which will be realized by Hannover Fairs ‹nterpro International Fairs Inc. between 7-12
October 2008 (herein after referred to as HIF A.S.), agree and accept all the provisions written below.
Madde 2: Kat›l›m sözleflmesini okuyup imzalayarak fuara kat›lmay› kabul eden müflteriler sözleflme
imzaland›ktan sonra 15 günlük süre içinde fuardan ç›kma karar› al›rlarsa, fuar için H‹F A.fi.’ye ödeme yapma
yükümlülükleri yoktur. Fakat fuardan ç›kma karar› 15 günlük süreden sonra al›n›rsa, o güne kadar ödenmifl
fuar kat›l›m bedelleri geri ödenmeyecektir. 01 Eylül 2008 ve sonras›nda yap›lan sözleflmelerin iptali
durumunda müflteri ödeme taahhütünü yerine getirmekle yükümlüdür.
Article 2: Customers who have read and signed the participation document, thereby agreeing to participate
in the fair, but who decide with 15 days of signing not to participate will not have to make any payment to
HIF A.S. in relation to the fair. However, if they take such a decision after this 15 day period, the fair
participation fee which they have paid up to that date will not be refunded. In contracts signed on or after 1
September 2008, customers must fulfil their payment undertakings.
Madde 3: Ödemeler bölümünde yaz›l› olan koflullar ödemenin ne flekilde yap›laca¤›na dair bir taahhütü ifade eder.
Article 3: Provision mentioned in the Payment Terms section shall represent undertaking about how the
payments will be made.
Madde 4: Müflterinin sözleflmede gösterilen ödeme taahhütlerinden herhangi birini yerine getirmemesi
durumunda H‹F A.fi. dilerse sözleflmeyi derhal tek tarafl› feshetme ve u¤rad›¤› zarar› talep etme hakk›na sahiptir.
Article 4: HIF A.S. has the unilateral right to cancel the Contract and claim indemnities for its losses in case
of any failure of the Customer in their commitments about payments, shown in the Contract.
Madde 5: Elde olmayan haller ve do¤al afet gibi mücbir sebep teflkil edecek durumlar nedeniyle fuar›n
aç›lmamas› durumunda H‹F A.fi. fuar yerini ve tarihini de¤ifltirebilir.
Article 5: HIF A.S. may change the place or alter the date of the Fair in case of failure open the Fair due to
force-majeure or natural disasters.
Madde 6: H‹F A.fi. fuar alanlar› için çizilmifl bulunan genel yerleflim projelerini de¤ifltirme hakk›na sahiptir.
Yerleflim projelerinin de¤ifltirilmesinde H‹F A.fi. müflteriye de¤iflikli¤i ve önerilen yeri bildirmek
durumundad›r. De¤iflikli¤in bildirildi¤i tarihten 15 gün sonraya kadar müflteriden yaz›l› bir yan›t gelmez ise
de¤ifliklik kabul edilmifl say›l›r. Müflterinin yer de¤iflikli¤i veya fuardan ç›kma karar› H‹F A.fi. ve müflteri
aras›ndad›r. Bu sebeple H‹F A.fi.’nin di¤er müflterilere karfl› taahhüt veya sorumlulu¤u yoktur.
Article 6: HIF A.S. has the right to modify the general layout plans that have been drawn up for the fair area.
Should this happen, HIF A.S. is responsible for notifying the Customer about modification and the newly
offered place. This notification shall be deemed accepted by the Customer if the Customer does not reply
within 15 days from the notification date.
Madde 7: Müflteriler sergileyecekleri mal ve hizmetleri sadece kendilerine ayr›lan alan içinde sergileyebilirler.
Müflteri kendisine verilen alan› bir baflkas›na kiralayamaz. Müflteri kendisine verilen alan› herhangi bir hasara
u¤ratmadan kullanacakt›r. Duvar, duvar panolar› ve alüminyum malzemelere çivi çakmak, delik açmak, çift
tarafl› bant d›fl›nda yap›flt›r›c› malzeme kullanmak, boyamak, zeminde herhangi bir zarar meydana getirmek
yasakt›r. Aksi olan durumlarda müflteri verece¤i her türlü hasar› nakden ödemekle yükümlüdür. Müflteri
hasar tazminat› ödemeden, sergiledi¤i mallar› sergi alan› d›fl›na ç›karamaz.Kat›l›mc› flirket ürünleri sayfas›nda
belirtilen ürünlerin haricindeki ürünlerin sergilenmesi durumunda, H‹F A.fi. söz konusu ürünleri fuar d›fl›na
ç›karma hakk›na sahiptir.
Madde 8: Standlar koridor alan›na kesinlikle taflamaz, standlar›n herhangi bir noktas›n›n izdüflümü koridor
alan›na taflamaz. Söz konusu kural ihlal edildi¤inde, kural ihlaline neden olan unsurlar kurallara uyacak hale
getirilecektir. Bu ifllemler s›ras›nda ortaya ç›kan masraflar kural ihlaline neden olan müflteriye faturalanacakt›r.
Müflteri söz konusu faturay› nakden ödemekle yükümlüdür.
Madde 9: Müflteri kendi haz›rlayaca¤› stand dekorasyon projesinin boyutlar›n› ölçekli, 3 boyutlu olarak sergi
düzenine uygunlu¤unu ve statik projelerini H‹F A.fi.’ye onaylatmak zorundad›r. H‹F A.fi. projeleri onaylay›p
onaylamama hakk›na sahiptir. H‹F A.fi. fuar alan›nda genel yerleflimde gerek gördü¤ü her de¤iflikli¤i yapabilir.
Proje onay›na sahip olmayan müflterilerin fuar alan›na stand kurmak için mal girifli yapmalar›na izin
verilmeyecektir.
Madde 10: Müflteriler, stand kurulumu için çal›flacaklar› ses düzeni flirketlerini, mimarl›k flirketlerini ve söz
konusu flirketlerin yetkili kiflilerinin isim ve telefonlar›n› madde 9’da bahsi geçen projelerle birlikte H‹F A.fi.’ye
bildirmek zorundad›r.
Madde 11: Stand projeleri 01 A¤ustos 2008 gününe kadar H‹F A.fi.’ye onaylat›lmak zorundad›r. Stand
projesini onaylatmayan müflterinin, stand kurulumu için fuar alan›na girme hakk› yoktur. Onays›z projelere
H‹F A.fi.’›n müdahale etme, durdurma, y›kma hakk› vard›r. Komflu standlar›n konstrüksiyonlar›n›n
uyuflmazl›¤›n› engellemek için komflu flirketler birbirleriyle temasa geçmelidir. Belirtilen konstrüksiyon
standartlar›nda kalmak kofluluyla da olsa komflu standlar›n yükseklik fark›ndan dolay› do¤acak
uyuflmazl›klardan H‹F A.fi. sorumlu de¤ildir. Stand›, komflu standa göre daha yüksek olan flirket, komflu
standa bakan yükseltisini uygun bir kaplamayla kaplamak zorundad›r.
Madde 12: Stand alan› dahilinde koridora cepheli duvar yüksekli¤i 3m. ve daha fazla ise sözkonusu duvar ile
stand s›n›r›n›z aras›nda en az 1m. mesafe olmal›d›r. Aksi takdirde madde 11 uygulanacakt›r.
Madde 13: Standlar›n yüksekli¤i salonlara göre de¤iflmektedir.

Yükseklik ile ilgili problemlerin yaflanmamas› için stand projelerinin H‹F A.fi.’ye onaylat›lmas› gerekmektedir.
Onays›z projelere H‹F A.fi.’nin her aflamada her türlü müdahale hakk› vard›r. Aksi takdirde madde 11
uygulanacakt›r.
Madde 14: Stand konstrüksiyonunun yang›n dolaplar›n› kapatmamas› gerekmektedir. Yang›n dolaplar›n›n
yerleri stand planlar›nda belirtilmifltir.
Madde 15: Görsel- iflitsel bir gösteri yap›lacak ise bu gösterinin detaylar› H‹F A.fi.'a yaz›l› olarak bildirilmelidir.
Stand dahilinde hoparlör kullan›lacak ise bu hoparlörlerden ç›kan sesin stand›n içine da¤›lacak flekilde
yerlefltirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bir baflka deyiflle hoparlörler stand›n içine bakacakt›r. Bu olmad›¤› takdirde H‹F
A.fi. görevlileri hoparlörleri stand içine çevirecektir. Görsel bir gösteri yap›lacak ise bu gösterinin yans›mas›
stand alan›n›z›n d›fl›na taflmamal›d›r. Söz konusu durumunda H‹F A.fi. görevlilerinin gösteriye müdahale hakk›
vard›r. Stand s›n›r›ndan 1m. uzakl›kta ses düzeyinin 85 dB'yi aflmas› durumunda, H‹F A.fi. görevlileri gösteriyi
yapan flirketi uyaracakt›r ve sesi 85 dB'nin alt›na çekecektir. Uyar›lar sonuç vermez ise H‹F A.fi. görevlileri
gürültü sebebi flirketin stand elektri¤ini, bir daha uyarmaks›z›n, 1 saat süreyle kesecektir.
Ayr›ca elektrik enerjisinin kesimi s›ras›nda do¤abilecek hasarlardan H‹F A.fi. sorumlu de¤ildir.
1, 2 ve 3 numaral› salonlarda hoparlör veya ses yükseltici ekipman kullanmak kesinlikle yasakt›r. Sözkonusu
ekipmanlar›n fuar alan› d›fl›na ç›kar›lmamas› durumunda stand enerjisi verilmeyecektir. Fuar alan› genel
elektri¤inin kesilmesi nedeniyle yaflanacak hasarlardan H‹F A.fi. sorumlu de¤ildir.
Madde 16: Stand›n›zda yapaca¤›n›z görsel – iflitsel gösteri nedeni ile stand›n›za gelen ziyaretçilerin fuar
koridorlar›nda ve komflu standlarda izdihama yol açmamas› gerekmektedir. Aksi durumlarda H‹F A.fi.
görevlileri gösteriye müdahele edecekler, gerekirse gösteriyi durduracaklard›r. Aç›k ve kapal› fuar alan›
içinden her türlü sesli ve görsel yay›n hakk› (radyo, TV...vs.) münhas›ran H‹F A.fi.’ye aittir. Yay›n için izin
al›nmas› flartt›r. Izinsiz yay›n araçlar› fuar alan›na sokulmayacakt›r.
Madde 17: Standlarda sergilenen yaz›l›mlar lisansl› yaz›l›mlar olmal›d›r.
Madde 18: Fuar kira ücreti için 1m2 birim alan olarak al›nm›flt›r. Stand alan›n›n birim kira fiyat› 290
YTL/m2+KDV’dir. Fuar birim fiyat› ç›plak alanda kiralanm›fl olan stands›z alan› ifade eder. Bu ücrete:
a) Standlar›n m2’leri ve yerlerinin belirlenmesi.
b) Fuar›n tan›t›lmas› ve duyurusu, dan›flma ve teknik servis bürolar›n›n kullan›m›, fuar genel güvenli¤inin
sa¤lanmas›.
c) Genel temizlik hizmetlerinin sa¤lanmas› (stand içi temizli¤i müflteriye aittir)
d) Afifllerin, fuar katalo¤unun ve tan›t›m broflürlerinin bas›m› ve da¤›t›m› dahildir.
Üst kat kullan›m fiyat› 15 YTL/m2+KDV’dir.
Söz konusu olabilecek di¤er hizmetlerin bedelleri hizmet ile ilgili formlarda bulunmaktad›r.
Madde 19: Fuar kat›l›m› için 3 farkl› model sunmaktay›z. Alternatif A modeli 340 YTL /m2+ %18 KDV,
alternatif B modeli 400 YTL/m2 + %18 KDV ve alternatif C modeli 430 YTL/m2 + %18 KDV‘den oluflmaktad›r.

Article 7: Customers can only exhibit their goods and services within the area specified for them.
Customers cannot rent the area assigned to them to third parties. Customer shall use the assigned area
without causing any damage. It is forbidden to nail wall boards and aluminum materials, make holes, to use
any kind of adhesives except double sided tape, to paint, and to cause any damage to the floor. In case of
any violation, the Customer is liable to indemnify in cash any damage caused. The Customer cannot take
their goods outside the exhibition area without paying indemnification. The Customer shall settle the
aforementioned invoice in cash. In case of the exhibition of goods which are not mentioned on the “Exhibitor

Article 8: Stand areas cannot, overflow into the corridor areas or stands cannot project into the corridors. In
case of any breach of the mentioned rule, the features that cause this breach shall be corrected
appropriately. The expenses of such breaches and corrections shall be born by the Customer that committed
the breach.
Article 9: The customer must get the approval of HIF A.S. for stand decoration projects, the appropriateness
of their dimensions to the exhibition order and their static projects, which are prepared by the Customer.
HIF A.S. has the right to approve or reject such projects. HIF A.S. may make any modifications it deems
necessary in the exhibition area. Customers that have no approval for their projects from HIF A.S. shall not
be allowed to bring their goods to the exhibition area to construct their stands.
Article 10: Customers must notify HIF A.S., of the names and telephone numbers of the audio and
architecture companies, who will work for stand installations and authorized representative of these
companies.
Article 11: All stand projects must get approval from HIF A.S. by 1 August 2008. HIF A.S. has the right to
interfere, stop or demolish any project that has not got approval. Neighboring companies should get in touch
with each other to avoid any dispute about stand construction. HIF A.S. shall assume no responsibility for
any disputes that arise from height differences between neighboring stands even if they are within
construction standards. Companies that have a higher stand compared to that of the neighboring company
must cover the excess height facing the neighboring stand with an appropriate material.
Article 12: If the height of the wall on the corridor side but within the stand area is 3m. or more, there must
be at least 1m. between the mentioned wall and the stand border. Article 11 herein shall be applied in case
of violations of this rule.

To avoid disputes over height, it is necessary to have them approved by HIF A.S. HIF A.S. has every right
to interfere in unapproved projects at every phase. Article 11 herein shall be applied in case of any violation.
Article 14: Stand constructions should not cover the fire extinguishers. Locations of fire extinguishers are
shown in the hall plans.
Article 15: If an audio–visual presentation is to be made, HIF A.S. should be notified of the details of this
presentation. If loud speakers are going to be used within the stand area, the sound output should be
arranged in a way that it disperses within the stand area. In other words, the loud speakers should face the
stand area. In case of violations of this rule, HIF A.S. staff shall turn these loud speakers towards the stand
area. If a visual presentation is going to be made, the display of this presentation should not exceed your
stand area. In such situations, HIF A.S. staff have the right to interfere with the presentation. If the sound
level exceeds 85 dB at a distance of 1m from the stand area, HIF A.S. staff shall warn the company making
that presentation and they shall reduce the volume of the sound below 85 dB. If such warnings do not help,
HIF A.S. staff shall cut the electricity of the relevant company for one hour without any further warnings.
Moreover, HIF A.S. shall not be liable for any defects rising from this cutting of energy.
Loudspeakers or sound amplification equipment are not allowed in halls no. 1-2-3. If such equipment
is not removed from the fair area electricity will not be supplied to the stand.
HIF A.S. is not responsible for damages incurred due to a general electricity power cut in the fair area.
Article 16: It is not allowed to disturb the neighboring stands or block the corridors because of any kind of
audio-visual shows in stands. In case of such a situation HIF A.S. staff may interrupt the show. The prior
permission of HIF A.S. is necessary for audio-visual shows. Broadcasting rights for all kinds of audio-visual
transmittance (radio, TV, etc.) within the open and closed exhibition areas belong exclusively to HIF A.S.
Prior permission from HIF A.S. should be obtained for broadcasting. Means of broadcasting without
permission shall not be allowed in the exhibition area.
Article 17: All software being exhibited at the stands must be licensed software.
Article 18: The unit taken as the basis for the rental of exhibition areas is 1sqm.
The unit price for the exhibition stands area is Euro 180 /sqm+18 %VAT This unit price means the bare
stand area without stand. This price is inclusive of:
a) The sqm areas of stands and their localization,
b) Promotion and advertisements, consultancy and utilization of technical service offices, and providing
the general security of the exhibition area,
c) Providing general cleaning services (in-stand cleaning shall be provided by the Customer),
d) Printing and distributing the posters, exhibition catalogue and leaflets.
Fees for any additional services are quoted on the relevant forms.
Article 19: We offer two different models for fair participation. Alternative A costs Euro 205 /sqm+18 %
VAT, alternative B, Euro 235 /sqm+18 % VAT alternative C, Euro 250 /sqm+18 % VAT. For detailed

Article 20: The interior decoration of stands shall be made by the Customer such that the Customer shall meet
all expenses.
Article 21: H‹F A.fi. provides no insurance. We recommend that the Customer insures its own stand and
goods. H‹F A.fi. is not responsible of any lost items.
Madde 22: Standlar›n› kendileri yapacak flirketler fuar alan›na 3 Ekim 2008 günü saat 09:00’dan itibaren,
standlar› H‹F A.fi. taraf›ndan yap›lan flirketler ise 5 Ekim 2008 günü saat 09:00’dan itibaren girebilirler.
Article 22: Companies which are going to construct their own stands may enter the exhibition area as of
09:00 hours on 3th Octoberber 2008, and those whose stands are going to be constructed by H‹F A.fi. may
enter as of 09:00 hours on 5th October 2008.
Madde 23: Stand dekorasyon ifllerinin 6 Ekim 2008 saat 12:00’a kadar bitirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu süre
sonunda ifllerini bitirmeyen flirketlere H‹F A.fi.’nin müdahale etme ve çal›flmay› durdurma yetkisi vard›r.
Article 23: Stand decoration must be finished by 6th October 2007, 12:00 hours. H‹F A.fi. reserves the right
to intervene and stop the work of these companies in case the construction is not finished by then.
Madde 24: Fuar alan›na kurulum için 3 Ekim 2008 saat 09:00’dan 6 Ekim 2007 saat 12:00’a kadar)
geldi¤inizde konstrüksiyon malzemeleriniz yar› mamul halinde (atölyede kesilmifl, boyanm›fl, gerekli boyutlar
verilmifl) montaja bafllanabilir koflulda olmal›d›r. Fuar alan› atölye amaçl› kullan›lmaz, kompresör boya
kullanmak kesinlikle yasakt›r.
Article 24: Construction materials must be pre-fabricated (cut, painted, and tailored in the workshop) and
ready for construction by the time they arrive at the exhibition center for installation (from 3th October 2008,
09:00 hours to 6th October 2007, 12:00 hours). The exhibition area cannot be utilized as a workshop; it is
strictly forbidden to use air spray paint.

Article 25: Companies that have stands
between 16 - 32sqm shall be given one free parking pass,
between 33 - 80sqm shall be given two free parking passes,
between 81 - 160sqm shall be given three free parking passes,
between 161sqm and above shall be given four free parking passes.
Madde 26: Stand›n›z›n her 4m2 için kifliye özel 1 adet stand görevlisi kart› verilecektir. 01 Eylül 2008 gününe
kadar standda görev yapacak kiflilerin isim, soyad, görev ve flirketlerinin H‹F A.fi.’a yaz›l› olarak bildirilmesi
gerekmektedir. Bu tarihten sonra yap›lan baflvurular için kifliye özel kart verilmeyecektir. Söz konusu kartlar
haricinde fuara "Kat›l›mc›" s›fat›yla girifl imkan› yoktur. Stand görevlisi kart› sadece fuar yetkilisine ve imzas›
karfl›l›¤› teslim edilecektir. Yaka kart› kontrolünde H‹F A.fi.’ nin kimlik sorma hakk› vard›r. Yaka kart› ile kimlik
bilgilerinin tutmamas› durumunda H‹F A.fi. söz konusu yaka kart›n› iptal edecektir.
Article 26: You will get 1 "special stand staff" card for every 4sqm of your stand. Names, surnames,
occupations and companies of the persons who will work as stand personnel must be given in writing to
H‹F A.fi. by 1th September 2008. For applications made after this date, stand employees will be given a card
on which is written "Exhibitor". No "participant" entry to the fair shall be allowed other than by using the
aforementioned passes.
Madde 27: Fuar 07-12 Ekim 2008 tarihleri süresince aç›kt›r. Müflteri bu tarihlerde fuar alan›na en erken
10:00’ da girebilir. Müflteri fuar›n bitifl saati olan 19:00’da fuar alan›ndan ç›km›fl olmal›d›r.
Madde 28: Fuar›n aç›k oldu¤u saatler içerisinde H‹F A.fi.’den izin al›nmaks›z›n hiçbir flekilde mal girifl ç›k›fl›
yap›lamaz.
Madde 29: Ziyaretçi ç›k›fl saatlerinden yar›m saat sonra stand elektri¤i kesilir. Bu saatten sonra çal›flma
yapmak isteyenler H‹F A.fi.’tan izin almal›d›r. Elektrik kesintilerinden dolay› oluflan hasarlardan H‹F A.fi.
sorumlu de¤ildir. Fuar›n son günü (12 Ekim 2008) fuar kapan›fl saatinden yar›m saat sonra, güvenlik
nedeniyle, genel elektrik kesintisi yap›lacakt›r.
Madde 30: Standlar› boflaltma ifllemi 12 Ekim 2008 günü saat 17:00’dan, 13 Ekim 2008 saat 18:00’a kadar
yap›l›r. Verilen zaman içinde fuar alan›n› boflaltmam›fl müflterinin malzemeleri herhangi bir uyar›ya gerek
kalmaks›z›n alan d›fl›na ç›kar›l›r. Bu esnada oluflacak masraf ve kayb›n sorumlulu¤u müflteriye aittir.
Madde 31: Fuar süresince fuar alan›nda kokteyl, ikram hizmetleri gibi hizmetler fuar alan›n›n resmi catering
flirketi taraf›ndan karfl›lan›r. Aksi halde H‹F A.fi. bu hizmetleri verdirip verdirmeme hakk›na sahiptir.
Madde 32: H‹F A.fi. taraf›ndan verilecek hizmetlerin belirtilen son baflvuru tarihinden sonra talep edilmesi
durumunda H‹F A.fi.’nin bu talepleri gerçeklefltirme konusunda garantisi yoktur.
Madde 33: H‹F A.fi. taraf›ndan gönderilecek Teknik Bilgiler Formlar› eksiksiz olarak doldurulup, onayland›ktan
sonra verilen süreler içerisinde gönderilmelidir. Eksik, geç veya gönderilmemifl formlardan do¤acak
problemlerden H‹F A.fi. sorumlu de¤ildir. Verilen süre dahilinde yap›lmayan hizmet taleplerinin yerine
getirilmesi durumunda, söz konusu hizmet bedeli olarak, duyurulan normal bedelin üzerine %50 fiyat fark›
uygulan›r.Fuar alan›nda talep edilen hizmetlerle ilgili olarak fuar tarihleri içerisinde yaz›l› itiraz yap›lmazsa
hizmet al›nm›fl kabul edilecektir. Kat›l›mc› sözkonusu hizmet faturas›n› ödemekle yükümlüdür.
Madde 34: CeBIT Biliflim Eurasia süresince kullanaca¤›n›z elektrik gücünün kaç kW oldu¤unu, size
gönderdi¤imiz Teknik Bilgiler Formu’nun gerekli bölümüne yaz›n›z. Kullanaca¤›n›z 1 kW elektrik enerjisinin size
maliyeti 45 YTL+KDV’dir. Bu fiyata, elektrik kablolar›n›n stand›n›za tahsisi ve harcayaca¤›n›z enerji bedeli dahildir.
Madde 35: LPG ve kaynak tüpü gibi patlay›c› maddelerin fuar alan›na getirilmesi ve kullan›lmas› kesinlikle
yasakt›r. Aksi takdirde Fuar güvenlik bölümü devreye girecek ve söz konusu unsurlar› fuar alan› d›fl›na
ç›karacakt›r.
Madde 36: H‹F A.fi. fuar alan› genel ve koridor temizli¤inden sorumludur. Stand içi temizli¤i stand sahibi
firmaya aittir. Ancak ekstra malzemeler listesinde belirtildi¤i gibi stand içi temizli¤i (sadece yerlerin, hal› ise
elektrikli süpürge ile, silinebilir bir kaplama ise silinmesi) teknik bilgiler formunda belirtilen ücret karfl›l›¤› verilir.
Madde 37: Koridorlara hal› kapland›ktan sonra salonlardan palet (çekçek), forklift, el arabas› gibi koridor
hal›s›na zarar verecek tafl›y›c›lar kullan›lamaz.
Madde 38: Fuar alan› dahilinde patenle dolaflmak kesinlikle yasakt›r. H‹F A.fi.’den izin almak kayd›yla fuar
d›fl›nda paten kullan›labilir.
Madde 39: Fuar alan›n›n zemininde bulunan kanallarda standlar için gerekli altyap› elemanlar› (su tesisat›,
elektrik, data ve telefon hatlar›) bulunmaktad›r. Stand›n›z›n yap›m›na bafllamadan önce gerekli alt yap›n›n
kanallardan stand alan›n›za çekildi¤inden emin olunuz. Ayr›ca daha sonra talep edebilece¤iniz altyap›
hizmetlerine engel olmayacak flekilde stand›n›z ile kanallar aras›nda k›lavuz b›rakman›z tavsiye edilmektedir.
Kullanaca¤›n›z teknik alt yap› detaylar›n›z› hizmet alaca¤›n›z mimarl›k flirketine bildirmenizi önemle tavsiye ederiz.
Madde 40: Ödeme Koflullar›: Form A2’de belirtilen kat›l›m bedeli, ayl›k eflit taksitlere bölünerek fatura
edilecek ve sözleflmede belirtilen ödeme tarihinde H‹F A.fi.’ye nakit olarak ödenecektir. Faturalar ödeme
plan›ndaki tarihlerde kesilecektir. Fatura tarihini 10 gün geçen ödemelerde, fatura tarihi ile ödeme tarihi
aras›nda, piyasada uygulanan cari faiz oran› ile vade fark› uygulanacakt›r, H‹F A.fi. taraf›ndan ayr›ca
faturalanacakt›r. Fiyatlara KDV eklenecektir. Ödemeler A2 formunda belirtilen banka hesap numaralar›na
yap›lacakt›r.
Madde 41: Fuar süresince, sektörel yay›nlar›n abonelik sat›fllar› haricinde, fuarda ürün teslim edilerek sat›fl
yap›lmas› yasakt›r. Bu flekilde sat›fl yap›lmas› halinde H‹F A.fi. stand› kapatma yetkisine sahiptir.Stand
kapat›ld›¤›nda kat›l›mc› hiçbir ücret talep edemeyece¤i gibi stand›n kapatma ifllemleri s›ras›nda oluflacak her
türlü gideri de peflinen ödemeyi kabul eder.
Article 27: During the exhibition days (7-12 October 2008) the stands must be vacated at 19:00 hours and
entered the next day by the exhibitor at 10:00 hours.
Article 28: No goods shall be allowed in or out of the exhibition area without prior permission from H‹F A.fi.
during the time the exhibition is open.
Article 29: Electrical power supplied to the stands will be cut after 30 minutes past daily closing time (18:30)
The last day of the fair electrical power supply will be cut at 18:30. Any operation within the stand area after
the above mentioned period is subject to permission from H‹F A.S. H‹F A.S. shall not be responsible of any
costs that may arise due to power cuts.
Article 30: Dismantling the stands will be carried out from 12 October 2007, 17:00 hours to 13 October
2007, 18:00 hours. Belongings and materials of Customers who have not finished dismantling by the time
granted will be taken outside the exhibition area without any warning. Any expense or loss arising from this
shall be born by the Customer.
Article 31: Services like cocktails and catering within the exhibition area will be carried out by official catering company
of the fair ground. Otherwise, it will be at the sole discretion of H‹F A.fi. whether or not to provide such services.
Article 32: In case of demands for the services of H‹F A.fi. after the application period, H‹F A.fi. gives no
guarantee to provide these services.
Article 33: The Technical Information Form that is going to be sent by H‹F A.fi. should be completely filled in and
sent back after approval within the times specified. H‹F A.fi. shall not be responsible for problems rising from
incomplete, late or unsent forms. If demands which were not made within the duration given are met, a 50%
surcharge in addition to the quoted price shall be charged for the said services as the service fee. Unless a written
objection about services requested in the fair is delivered to H‹F A.fi. during the fair period, the service provided
will be considered to have been accepted. The customer is obliged to pay the related service invoice.
Article 34: Please state in the Technical Information Form the total kW of the electricity you will need during
CeBIT Biliflim Eurasia. The cost of the electricity you are going to use is Euro 22+ V.A.T. This cost includes
the layout of cables to your stand and the total amount of energy you will consume.
Article 35: It is strictly forbidden to bring and use explosive substances like LPG gas cylinders and welding
tubes in the exhibition area. In case of violation of this rule, fair ground security department will intervene
and take such materials outside the exhibition area.
Article 36: H‹F A.fi. is responsible for general cleaning. In-stand cleaning shall be done by the stand owner.
However, as stated in extra materials list, the service of cleaning inside the stand area may be given (only
the floors; if it is covered by floor mat with a vacuum cleaner, and if it is covered with a material that can be
mopped, by mopping) in return of the fee stated in the Technical Information Form.
Article 37: Transport equipment such as pallets, forklift or wheelbarrows that could cause damage to the
floor mats cannot be used after the corridors are covered with the same.
Article 38: It is strictly forbidden to use roller blades within the exhibition area. Roller blades may be used
with the prior permission of H‹F A.fi. outside the exhibition area.
Article 39: The infrastructural elements (water piping, electric cables, computer and telephone lines) which
are essential for the standsare located in the canals beneath the floor. Please be sure that these
infrastructure features are completed before you start building your stand. Also, we recommend you to
leave a guide between your stand and the canals in such a way that it will not prevent future infrastructure
services which you may demand.
Article 40: When the application form is received by H‹F A.fi. the stand confirmation letter will be sent to the
customer. As soon as the stand space is confirmed by the organizer, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total
stand rental charges will become due. The balance shall be paid 2 months before the commencement of the
exhibition. For other additional services, payment must be made in full in advance when placing orders to get services.
The given prices do not include VAT (currently 18%), which will be added to the invoices. The VAT rate is subject to
change without further notice. The currencies mentioned in the forms of CeBIT Biliflim Eurasia are always in Euro. The
above mentioned total participation fee will be deposited in cash to the bank accounts indicated in Form A2
Madde 41: It is not permitted to sell and deliver any products during the fair at the fairgrounds, except from
the subscription sales of the sectoral publishings. HIF A.S. has the right to close the stand if such an activity is
detected. The exhibitor can not claim and payments due to the closing of his stand. All the charges that may
arise thereof will be in the liability of the exhibitor.
Madde 42: Bu kat›l›m sözleflmesine iliflkin damga vergisi kat›l›mc› flirket taraf›ndan usulüne uygun olarak ödenir.
Article 42: The stamp duty arising from this Contract shall be paid by the Participant in accordance with
relevant procedures.
