Şirket Tanıtımı
2013 yılında çelik çekme boru ve boru bağlantı ürünlerinin ithalat ve pazarlamasını yapmak üzere kurulan
Gembor Boru San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. kuruluş tarihinden itibaren başta gemi inşa sanayi olmak üzere ülkemiz
sanayicilerine titiz çalışmaları ile maksimum kaliteyi ve hızlı hizmeti sunmaya kendisine ilke edinmiştir.
Firmamız sanayicilerimizin ihtiyacı olan paslanmaz ürünlerin yanı sıra Avrupa ve Uzak Doğu menşeli karbon
çelik boru ve boru bağlantı ürünlerinin de ithalatı konusunda önemli aşamalar kaydetmiş, 2014 yılı ile birlikte
karbon çelik ürünleri de stoktan derhal değerli müşterilerimize sunmaya başlamış ve yüksek kaliteli hizmet
ilkesini bir adım daha ileriye taşımıştır. Geniş stok imkanları sayesinde taleplere anında cevap verebilen
firmamız müşterilerinin iş gücü ve zaman kaybını minimuma indirmeyi hedeflerinden biri olarak belirlemiştir.
İstanbul’da 1500 m2 kapalı ve 1000 m2 açık depo alanına, Yalova’da 3000 m2 kapalı ve 10000 m2 açık depo
alanına sahip kendi mülkünde faaliyetlerine devam eden firmamız kalite ve kalite güvence sistemine çok önem
vermekte ve belgelendirme çalışmalarına tüm hızıyla devam etmektedir. Bu nedenle ithalatını yaptığımız
bütün malzemeler ISO 9001/9002, EN 10204 3.1B test sertifikalıdır.
Hedefleri doğrultusunda hızlı adımlarla ilerleyen firmamızın çok kısa zamanda başarmış olduğu kaliteli ve
uygun fiyatlı rekabetçi ürün gruplarına göstermiş olduğunuz yoğun ilgiden dolayı siz değerli müşterilerimize
teşekkürlerimizi sunarız.
Company Introduction
Our company Gembor Boru San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. which was founded in 2013 in order to supply and
marketing of seamless steel pipes and pipe connection products, has adopted it as their principle to provide
maximum quality and fast services with rigorous work for industrialists in our country and especially the
shipbuilding industry.
Despite of stainless steel products needed in our industry, our company gas also made significant progress
in importing Europe and Fareast originated carbon steel pipes and pipe fitting products. The company has also
started to provide carbon steel products immediately directly from its stock in 2014 and has thus moved its
quality services policies one step further. Thanks to the wide stock opportunities, our company is able to
instantly respond to customer demands and has made it to one of its targets to minimize workforce and loss
of time of our customers.
Our company continuing its activities on its property in Istanbul with a closed area of 1500 m2 and open storage area of 1000 m2, in Yalova with a closed area of 3000 m2 and open storage area of 10000 m2, gives great
importance in quality assurance systems and is continuing its certification procedures in full speed. Therefore
all products imported by us are ISO 9001/9002, EN 10204 3.1B test certificated.
Our company moving in direction of its targets with fast steps, wants to thank you esteemed customers for
your intense interest in our affordable competitive product groups which we have we realized in a good
quality in very short time.

Kuyubaşı petrol, gas ve sıcaksu kuyularının üst yüzeylerine ait bir elemandır. Sondaj ve üretim ekipmanları için yapısal ve basınç

A wellhead is the component at the surface of an oil, gas and hot water well that provides the structural and
pressure-containing interface for the drilling and production equipment. The primary purpose of a wellhead is to provide the
suspension point and pressure seals for the casing strings that run from the bottom of the hole sections to the surface pressure
control equipment. Wellheads are typically welded onto the first string of casing, which has been cemented in place during drilling
operations, to form an integral structure of the well.

A. Liner Askısı / LinerHanger
Linerhanger petrol kuyularının içinde linerı asmakta kullanılan bir cihazdır. Petrolün kuyudan dışarı pompalanabilmesinde vakum
yaratmak için bir liner kullanılır. Kuyu tipine bağlı olarak linerlar mekanik veya hidrolik yöntemle yerleştirilirler. Mekanik linerlar
askıları dikey kara kuyularında kullanılacak şekilde dizayn edilirler. Bunlar hafiften orta yoğunluğa kadar liner temin edebilen
dayanıklı makinelerdir. Mekanik liner askısı kuyuda aşağıya doğru indirilir ve önceden belirlenen derinliğe ulaştığında kendisini, petrol
ve tehlikeli gazların kaçmasına engel olan komponentler, kuyu koniklerine tutundurur.
A linerhanger is a device used in oilfield to hang liners within an oilwell. So that oil can be pumped out of the well, a liner is used to
create a vacuum. Liners can be installed mechanically or hydraulically, depending on the well. Mechanical liner hangers are
designed to be used on vertical, on shore wells. These are durable machine scapable of providing light to medium density liners. A
mechanical liner hanger is lowered into a well and when it reaches its intended depth it attaches itself to the well’s cones, which are
components that keep oil and dangerous gasses from escaping.
