STUDENT ATHLETE AWARD CEREMONY
June 9th, Thursday we organized the Student Athlete Award Ceremony with all divisions. We gave trophies to the students who came top
3 in the district, top 4 in İstanbul and top 5 in Turkey tournaments. Branches were: track&field, basketball, fencing, equestrian, motor
sports, taekwondo, sailing, archery, swimming, water polo, soccer, skiing, chess, volleyball, and swimming. We would like to thank Enka
Schools, administrators and parents for being with us at that important occasion.

YOUTH WEEK
May 10th Friday, we played fun games together with middle and high school students at athletic field. The students found the chance of
relaxing playing entertaining games. This week, they will get their report cards and leave for the summer break.
TRACK&FIELD
Thursday May 9th, İstanbul European Side Fastest Kid Track Field Races were organized in Atatürk Olympiad Stadium. 10 Enka students
advanced to the races. Enka kids represented the school in the best way possible. After finals, 4 students have advanced to the Turkey
Finals which will be organized in Enka Schools Athletic Field on Tuesday, January 14th. You may see students’ scores below. The
students, who are highlighted in red, will represent the school in finals.

SOCCER
Mini Soccer team played against Esat Paşa M. R. L. Soccer Academy for the prep. Match which resulted 2-2. We had the chance of
monitoring all students by giving them the opportunity to play. It was a good experience for Grade 3 students. They played good.

TENNIS
Little Girls Tennis team got the 4th place in Turkey at the Little League Turkey Tennis Championship which was organized in İzmir
between June 6th – 10th. We congratulate all students for their achievement.

June 4th and 5th, 14 Enka students took part in the Chess Tournament organized in Şişli Terakki Schools. There were 170 participants.
Grade 1 Enka student Atilla Göksoy got the 4th place in individual category. Deniz Yegül got the third place in little category. Can Devge
and Deniz Alkan got the second place in star category.

SCHOOL TEAMS
School team trainings will continue till June 24th. The trainings are on Tuesday and Thursday.
ENKA SPORTS CLUB TEAMS
Club matches will start soon. This is why, trainings will start on August 8th.
SWIMMING
Enka Schools got the first place in little, star, and young categories and became District Champion in Sarıyer district swimming
championship between 24-26 May.
You may see the individual and team results of students at Openage Swimming Championship in Mersin between May 25 th and
29th.
