MASAŞ gıda, medikal, kozmetik, kırtasiye, hazır giyim gibi birçok sektöre yönelik promosyon ve
ambalaj olarak kullanılmak üzere dekoratif / fantezi metal kutu sunmaktadır.
MASAŞ entegre bir tesistir. Bünyesinde bulunan Tasarım ve AR-GE departmanı, grafik stüdyosu,
Offset matbaası ve CNC’li kalıp atölyesiyle MASAŞ, metal ambalaj konusunda tüm ihtiyaçlarınıza
cevap vermekten gurur duymaktadır.
Temel prensibimiz en iyi kaliteyi, hızlı servis ve uygun fiyatla müşterimize zamanında ulaştırmaktır.
Fabrikamız İstanbul’da 9.000 m2 alana kurulu 5.500 m2 kapalı sahadır. Günlük üretim kapasitemiz 8
farklı formda toplam 100.000 adet üründür. 100 kişiden oluşan personelimizle iç piyasa için üretim
yapmakla birlikte, şimdilik aralarında EU üyeleri de bulunan 40 ülkeye ihracat yapmaktayız.
Ürünlerimiz başlıca iki ve üç parçalı yuvarlak, dört köşe, oval, çokgen, kalp şekilli kutular ve tepsiler,
bardak altlığı ve plaka olmak üzere 100 farklı formdadır ve bu sayı her geçen gün artmaktadır.
MASAŞ offers decorative / fancy metal boxes to various sectors such as food, medical, cosmetics,
stationery and garment to be used as promotional products and packages.
MASAŞ is an integrated facility. With its design and R&D department, graphics studio, Offset printing
press and CNC-equipped molding workshop incorporated into the facility, MASAŞ is proud of meeting
all your requirements in the metal packaging field.
Our main principle is to deliver the best quality to our customers on time through fast service and
convenient prices.
Our factory is located in Istanbul on 9000 m2 of land, 5500 m2 of which is an enclosed area. Our
daily production capacity is 100.000 pieces in 8 different forms. Although our production with 100
employees is aimed at the domestic market, we are currently exporting to 40 countries including EU
members.
Our products are in 100 different forms, consisting mainly of two or three-pieces round, square,
heart-shaped, oval and polygonal boxes and trays, metal coasters and metal plate and the number
increases everyday.

Ulusal ve uluslararası çalışma örgütlerince belirlenen haftalık çalışma saatlerine
uyulmaktadır.
Fazla mesai yine belirlenmiş olan şartlar dâhilinde uygulanmaktadır.

Acting with the awareness of our responsibility for improving the working conditions
and making them safer, we take the required measures.
Children and teenagers below 18 years of age are strictly not employed.
The wages of the employees are never below the “minimum wage” prescribed by the
national authorities. The net wages are paid always on time and without any deduction.
The social security declaration of the employees is submitted according to the payroll
and the individuals who are not covered by the social security are not allowed to start
work before being duly registered.
The weekly working hours prescribed by the national and international labor
organizations are complied with.
Overtime work is also carried out according to the conditions stipulated.
There is no discrimination among our employees in terms of employment, severance
pay, access to training and promotion. Employees are not discharged or retired on the
basis of their race, social class, national origins, religion, age, disability, gender, marital
status, sexual preference, union membership or political relations.
The employees are not subjected to any intimidating or degrading behavior,

Bribery and favoritism are out of question in any kind of our activities and any behavior

As part of our sensitivity to customer satisfaction, in case of defective products,
anything required for eliminating the customer dissatisfaction is done, including product
recalls and re-processing.

Grafik Stüdyosu: Müşteri isteklerini, mevcut tasarımın kutuya uyarlanmasını ve/veya üzerindeki
değişiklikleri bünyemizde yapabiliyor olmamız müşterilerimize zaman ve tasarruf sağlamaktadır.
Bünyemizde bulunan son teknoloji matbaa makinesi sayesinde tasarımlara gereken özeni
verebilmemiz müşteri memnuniyetini arttırmaktadır.
Baskı sonrası vernik seçeneklerimiz mat veya parlak olabileceği gibi, dilerseniz bölgesel olarak mat/
parlak seçimle ürününüze ışık katabilirsiniz.
DESIGN / PRINTING
Graphics Studio: Our ability to adapt an existing design onto the box and/or make the changes
required provides our customers with savings in time and money.
Customer satisfaction increases thanks to our latest technology printing press machine which
enables us to take proper care of the designs.
The varnish options after the printing can be matt or bright. We are also able to offer you locally
matt/bright options which will color up your designs.

MAKING
Müşteri isteklerine göre kutu şekil ve ebatlarının
tasarlanması ve kalıp üretilmesi için bünyemizde CAD/CAM
ile çalışan CNC freezeli kalıp atölyemiz bulunmaktadır.
In our facility, we have a molding workshop equipped with a
CNC-router operating through a CAD/CAM in order to design
the shapes and dimensions of the boxes and produce
molds according to the customers’ specifications.
EMBOSSING
KABARTMA
Bünyemizde bulunan kabartma kalıbı üretebilme teknolojisi sayesinde, ürüne farklı ve yenilikçi
tasarımlar katabiliriz. Kabartmalar içten dışa ve/veya dıştan içe olabileceği gibi 3 boyutlu da olabilir.
Kabartmalar ile fotoğraf, grafik ve logo baskısına maksimum görsellik ve dokunsal etki eklemek,
ürünlerinizi farklılaştırmak ve akılda daha çok kalmasını sağlamak mümkün.
Through the embossing mold production technology incorporated in our facility, we
can add different and innovative designs to the products. The embossing may not
only be inside-out or outside-in, it could be 3D as well.

Food Conformity
The coating we use in food packaging
contains epoxy resin, which is compatible
with “Notification on the Use of Certain
Epoxy Derivatives in Materials and Articles
Intended to Come into Contact with Food” and
“Commission Regulation (EC) No 1895/2005”,
and is allowed to come into direct contact
with dry foods as well as dry and non-fat
foods.

Ürünlerimizin hammaddesi olan çelik, demir cevherinden ve kömürden elde edilir ve
%100 geri dönüşümlüdür. Çeliğin geri dönüşüm işlemi sırasında, plastik, karton, kağıt vb.
ambalaj malzemelerindekinin aksine, hiçbir atık madde oluşmaz. Üretimimizde kullanılan
tüm malzemeler Avrupa ve ISO 9001 standartlarına uygun olup içeriğinde ağır metal
bulundurmadıkları için insan sağlığına ve doğaya dosttur.
Geri Dönüşüm
Geri dönüşümlü çeliğin imalat işlemine entegre edilmesi ile %75 enerji ve %40 su
tasarrufu sağlanır ve kendisine ait karbondioksit çıkışı engellenir. Ambalaj sektörü
için konu çeliğe geldiğinde, geri dönüşüm oranı ne kadar yüksek olursa, karbondioksit
emisyonları da o kadar daha az olur. Bunun anlamı, gelecekteki nesiller için doğal
kaynaklarda ve enerji kullanımında tasarruf edilmesi ve aynı zamanda karbondioksit
emisyonlarının önemli derecede azaltılması demektir.
Reach
Environment
Steel, which is the raw material of our products, is obtained from iron ore and coal and is 100%
recyclable. Contrary to that of plastics, cardboard and paper etc., no waste materials are generated
during the recycling process of steel. All the materials used in production are in compliance
with the European and ISO 9001 standards, and as they do not contain any heavy metals they are
friendly to human health and nature.
Recycling
With the integration of recyclable steel into the production process, 75% energy and 40%
water is saved and the carbon dioxide emission resulting from the process is reduced. When
it comes to steel within the packaging industry, the higher the rate of recycling is the lower
the carbon dioxide emissions are. This means savings in the natural resources and energy
utilization for the future generations as well as a significant reduction in the carbon dioxide
emissions.

Ürünlerimizin üretiminde,
ERDEMİR DEMİR ÇELİK tarafından üretilen çeşitli ebat ve kalınlıklarda tenekeler
kullanılmaktadır. Firma ürünlerinin RoHS standardına uygunluğunu taahhüt etmektedir.
