Public Tender for the adjudication of frequency bands allocated to the provision of personal
communications service (PCS), the cell mobile radio service (CMRS) and advanced communications
service (SCMA)
Synthesis: The Secretariat of Communications of the Ministry of Federal Planning, Public Investment and
Services calls to National Public Tender for the qualification and selection of the interest parties, in order
to allocate radio-electric frequency bands, detailed in ANNEX I, for the provision of personal
communications service (PCS), cell mobile radio service (CMRS) and advanced communications service
(SCMA), in the conditions provided by the tender.
Procurement and purchase specifications: Interested parties may acquire the Tender Document in the
headquarters of the National Commission of Communications (COMISION NACIONAL DE

The value of the tender documents is $200.000 pesos.
Chapter III - Conditions required to bidders:
Article 31 - Of the Participants
31.1. May be able to participate:
31.1.1. Natural and legal persons of public or private sector who meet all of the requirements in the
specifications and in particular all those established below:
31.1.1.1 Natural and legal persons of public or private sector, constituted in the Argentine Republic,
residing in the country, as foreseen by the National Companies Law No. 19.550, which must be
LICENSEES OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES, in terms of Annex I of Decree No. 764/00 and / or their
original titles.
Deadline for the presentation of Offers: September 18th, 2014
Day of the Auction: October 31st 2014.
