Özellikleri:
Et kalýnlýðýný arttýrmak yerine sarýlan PE/PP profillerle çok
hafif borular elde etmek mümkündür. Bunun sonucunda
kolay ve çabuk döþenme özelliðine sahiptir. Özellikle uzun
projelerin kýsa dönemde tamamlanmasýnda, inþaat sezonu
kýsa olan bölgelerde ve yoðun trafikli yollarda büyük avantaj
saðlar.
Ýç cidar pürüzlülüðünün minimum olmasý sebebiyle beton
boruya göre bir alt çapý kullanmak mümkündür. Bu sayede
daha az kazý ve dolgu yapýlmaktadýr. Bu durum özellikle yer
altý su seviyesinin yüksek olduðu yerlerde ve palpinaj gibi
pahalý kazý iþlemlerinde daha da büyük avantajlar saðlar.
Saðlam ve esnek yapýdadýr. Arazi þekillerine kolay uyum
saðlar. Dizayn PE/PP malzeme darbe dayanýmý yüksek olduðu
için kýrýlmaz. Bu sayede hem döþeme esnasýnda hem de yer
hareketleri ve oturmalar esnasýnda zayiat oluþturmaz. Bu
da bakým ve onarým maliyetlerini minimize eder.
Dizayn PE/PP kimyasal dayanýmý yüksek bir malzeme olduðu
için aþýndýrýcý kimyasallarýn nakil edilmesi ve depolanmasý
için idealdir.
Toprak hareketlerinden etkilenmez.
Taþýnmasýnda ve döþenmesinde konvansiyonel sistemlere
göre çok daha hafif olduðundan araç kullaným maliyetleri
düþüktür.

elektrofüzyon kaynaðý...) projelendirme kolaylýðý saðlar.
Dizayn Korige Borular hafif olmasýndan dolayý teleskopik
nakliyeye uygundur. Bu sayede ayný projede kullanýlan farklý
çaptaki borular iç içe konularak birim hacimde daha fazla
boru nakletmek mümkündür.

Corrugated Sewer Pipes:
With special corrugated structure, Corrugated
polyethylene pipe's light weight allows for significant
savings in labor and equipment and therefore this
provides fast and easy installations, especially for short
term projects.
The smooth inner wall of Dizayn Corrugated pipes
ensures optimum hydraulic flow. Therefore it can be
used instead of bigger diameter concrete pipe to
provide same flow.
Dizayn PE/PP Corrugated pipes are strong and durable,
respond to seismic or ground movements within its
elastic limit without any plastic deformation
High resistance to abrasion and impact, therefore less
maintenance and installation costs
Availability of more than one connection methods (i.e.
bell and spigot with rubber gasket connection, Electrofusion welding or extrusion welding) provides quick,
easy and leak-free joining in-situ.
Transport cost is minimized as the small diameter pipes

to sewer and drainage systems. HD-PE is
environmentally friendly and chemically resistant
alternative to traditional pipe materials.
High-density polyethylene is one of the most
chemically inert of all plastics, and therefore is
extremely chemical and corrosion resistant. This
gives corrugated polyethylene pipe a significant longterm strength advantage over concrete and metal

koruyan eksik birleþtirmeli bir kýlýf ile uzun servis ömrüne sahiptir.
Dýþ etkilere karþý izolasyon ömrü en az 30 yýldýr.
Uygulanan korona iþlemi sayesinde poliüretan kýlýf borudan
ayrýlmaz.
Uygulanan poliüretan, bu tip borular için özel üretilen EN 253
normuna uygun sertifika sahibi firmalardan alýnmaktadýr.
140°C sýcaklýða kadar uygulanabilir.
Ýç boru olarak çelik, bakýr, PP-R, PE-X kullanýlabilir. Talep
edilmesi durumunda boru içi kaplanmýþ olarak üretim
yapýlabilir.Dikiþli, dikiþsiz çelik kullanýlabilir.
Ýzolasyon malzemesi olarak kullanýlan rijit PUR köpük, çelik

Ek yerlerinde kullanýlan kayar kýlýf sistemi sayesinde kesin
sýzdýrmazlýk saðlanmýþtýr.
Çelik boru izolasyon öncesi mekanik olarak temizlenmektedir.Bu
nedenle boru üzerinde pas, yað gibi unsurlar bulunmamakta
ve iç boru dýþ yüzeyden korozyona maruz kalmamaktadýr.
Öngerilmeli sistemlerde L, Z, U bendler kullanýlmadýðýndan,
bu parçalarýn döþenmesi için kanalýn geniþletilmesine gerek
yoktur.
Ýzolasyon malzemesi içine önceden yerleþtirilmiþ izleme telleri
ve baðlantýlý cihazlarla çelik boru ve izolasyonun yýl boyunca
izlenmesi, herhangi bir noktada sýzýntý yerinin tespiti mümkündür.
Uluslararasý EN 253 standartlarýna uygun olarak üretilmektedir
ve uluslararasý sertifikalara sahiptir.
Bölgesel ýsýtma, jeotermal enerji uygulamalarýnda kojenerasyon
sistemlerinde üretilen atýk ýsýnýn transferinde kullanýlmaktadýr.
Dizayn Pre-Insulated Pipes Features:
Pre-Insulated pipes have very long service life because
of the seamless polyethylene
Jacket pipe which protects the pipe from the corrosive
media and humidity.
The service life of its insulation against external effects
is minimum 30 years.
With the application of special Corona process, there is
no risk of separation of Insulation layer (PUR foam) from
HD-PE Casing pipe
PUR insulation foam system is composed of certified
materials meets all requirements in EN 253 standard for
pre-insulated bounded pipe systems in district heating
networks.
Dizayn Pre-Insulated Pipes can be used in applications
up to 140 C
Internal carrier pipe can be selected as Steel, Cupper,
PP-R or PEX pipe. When necessary the internal surface
of the steel pipe can be epoxy coated Steel pipes could
be either longitudinally welded or seamless
The rigid PUR insulation foam used for insulation has a
characteristic of transferring the effects of the stress
formed as a result of expansion in the internal steel pipe
Pipes can be used in pre-loaded systems without any
need of compensator
Dizayn Pre-Insulated pipes and fitting are a complete
system with the availability of all the Pre-Insulated fittings
like bends, tee pieces, reducers etc
Sliding socket is used for connecting the pre-insulated
pipes. This sliding socket is a cheap, practical and
provides perfect leak proof connections
The internal steel pipe is cleaned very well before covering
with polyurethane. Therefore, the internal pipe is not
affected by corrosion from the external side.
For the installation of pre-insulated pipes, there is no
need for enlarging the trench.
By means of the detection wires inserted in the
polyurethane layer, any leakage and its position could
easily be detected.
Dizayn Pre-Insulated pipes can safely be used for regional
district heating, geo-thermal energy applications and in
co-generation systems for the purpose of transferring
extra released energy in the form of steam or heat
