Hereby contract is prepared, signed by the parties and will be kept by us as a single copy. Each taxation and miscellaneous expenses will be equally shared by EXHIBITORS and STANDART FUAR SERVISLERI A.Ş. If the participant demands the
contract to be prepared as two copies then the participant accepts all the expenses because of second copy.
The agreed booth area at the fair will be _42__ m2. Hereby this contract is signed by parties means that this contract is valid. Thus, we are accepting to set up the booth since price offer and payment term is confirmed.
This contract is valid from the signature date and it can not be arbitrarily canceled by the beneficiary. If the amounts stated on the contract are not paid on the time, we, SAMRA JEWELLERY CO. LLC accept to be charged 10% monthly
interest on the basis of TRY and 1.5% interest on the basis of foreign currency. If the contract is canceled we, SAMRA JEWELLERY CO. LLC are accepting to pay all amounts for setting up the booth and interest. When a payment held over,
STANDART FUAR SERVİSLERİ A.Ş. will not be in responsible for setting up the booth and in such cases STANDART FUAR SERVİSLERİ A.Ş. reserves the right cancel the contract. The can only set up the booth with STANDART FUAR SERVİSLERİ

In case the parties are unable to settle the disputes by the means of negotiations, legal disputes are to be submitted to the Court of Bakırköy and Office of Execution.
