Kurşungeçirmez nöbet kulübeleri elçilikler,
konsolosluklar, asayiş ve güvenlikle ilgili devlet
kurumları başta olma üzere, güvenlikle ilgili
risklerin bulunduğu ortamlarda, ilgili güvenlik
personelinin olası saldırılardan zarar görmeden
görevlerini icra edebilmelerini sağlayan bir
üründür.
Bullet-proof security cabinets are the products
especially for embassies, consulates,
government agencies, besides security restricted
areas to provide the security staff to perform
their duties without suffering from the potential
attacks.
Tüm kurşun geçirmez nöbet kulübelerimiz,
istenilen ebat ve balistik seviyede üretilebilmekte
ve istek halinde bomba ve patlayıcılara da
mukavim hale getirilebilmektedir.
All our bullet- proof porters lodges can be
manufactured as the required dimensions and
the ballistic level and may be converted to
explosive materials and bombs proofed upon
request.

to be manufactured as mobile upon request. All
the windows of the bullet-proof porters lodges
are produced to provide the viewpoint with the
maximum definition and the maximum scope.

>> All the circumference, ceiling and the windows
of the armored security cabinets are B7 ballistic
level and also resistant to all kinds of gun bullets,
armor-piercing bullets of the long barreled weapons
such as AK47 Kalashnikovs, M16 and G3 infantry
rifles and special gun type Kanas. Furthermore, they
are resistant to explosives such as pipe-type
explosives, mechanical and chemical industry
corporation type hand bombs, DM 41 type hand
bombs and plastic explosives in some quantities.

Kabin iç dizaynında tasarlanmış atış mazgalları
cama en yakın mesafede monte edilmiştir. Buradaki
amaç, personelin saldırı anında en doğru karşılığı
verebilmesi için düşmanını gözetlemesidir. Yani
doğru hedef. Ayrıca atış mazgalları dışarıdan belli
olmayacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. İçeriden saldırı
anında mazgalın çelik sürgüsü açılarak tüfek
namlusuyla tek bir darbede dış plaka kırılarak ateş
edilmeye başlanabilir.
Firing Ports that are fixed at the interior design of
the cabins, are mounted at the closest range to the
window. The aim here is, to let the security staff to
case the enemy in order to turn the attack best way.
That means the right target. Also, the firing ports are
designed not to be recognized from outside. In the
time of attack, shooting can be started by opening
the steel slide of the port and hitting the exterior
plate with the gun barrel by mono pulse.

Kabine kapı tarafından yoğun bir saldırı olduğunu
veya kapının bombadan, atılan mermilerden
açılmadığını düşünelim. Bu durumda kabin
içerisinde bulunan acil çıkış kapağı kullanılabilir.
Yine atış mazgalında olduğu gibi, acil çıkış kapağı
dışarıdan belli olmayacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
Kapağın sürgüsü açıldıktan sonra, hızlı bir ayak
darbesiyle dış plaka kırılarak dışarı çıkılabilir.
Let’s see that there is a hard attack in the cabin,

üzere iki adet alarm butonu konulmuştur. Bunun
amacı, personelin her ne durumda olursa olsun en
kolay şekilde merkeze haber verebilmesi ve yardım
edebilmesini sağlamaktır. Memur, elinde tüfekle
atış mazgalından ateş ederken bile merkeze haber
verebilmesi mümkündür.
Two alarm buttons are replaced into the cabin one
is at the hand level, and the other is at the foot
level. The purpose is to let the staff to inform the
headquarter by the easiest way in any case. Even
while shooting, the staff can warn the headquarter.
The pedal at the foot level is designed suitable for
these cases.

Kabin içerisine, personelin izlenebilmesi amaçlı bir
adet güvenlik kamerası monte edilmiştir.
One security camera is replaced into the cabin to
be able to watch the staff.

Kabin giriş kapısı içeriden kolayca açılabilen,
dışarıdan ise personelin izni olmadan
girilemeyeceği kilit sistemi monte edilmiştir.
A lock system is mounted on the door to open easily
from the inner side, but can not be entered without
permission.

Kabin kapısı açılmadan da, görevlinin dışarıdan
gelen yabancı ile iletişim kurabilmesi için kabin
içine ve dışına bir adet diafon monte edilmiştir.
One enteryphone is replaced to the inside and the
outside of the cabin to contact with a stranger who
is coming from outside without opening the door.

Kabin içerisinde personelin mevsim şartlarından
etkilenmemesi amaçlı 9000 btu klima montelidir.
9000 btu camera is mounted into the cabin not to
be affected from seasonal conditions.

>> Lighting
Kabin çatısında Sodyum Buharlı 400 w gücünde
armatürlü projektör lamba monte edilmiştir.
Aydınlatma mesafesi en az 50 metre olup,
personelin çevresini en net şekilde görebilmesi
sağlanmıştır. Kabinde elektrik kesildiğinde jeneratör
devreye girene kadar seyyar olarak kullanılabilecek
ledli ve şarjlı armatür lamba konulmuştur.
A 400 w sodium vaporous armature projector is
mounted on the roof of the cabin. Lighting level is
minimum 50 meters to view the environment
sharpest. Furthermore, in case of electricity cut,
charged led light is mounted into the cabin till the
generator steps in.
>> Çok Katmanlı Lamine Cam
The windows of the cabinet are produced as
multilayered laminated. Before the glasses are
mounted on the cabinet, the edges of the windows
are covered with a polyurethane heat proof band
to prevent delamination. The aim here is to prevent
the glass layers to take air and protect the
endurance.

Kabin camları, çok katmanlı lamine olarak imal
edilmiştir. Camlar kabine monte edilmeden önce,
Cam katmanlarının hava almaması ve
dayanıklılığını koruması için, cam kenarları
delaminasyona karşı poliüretan esaslı ısıya
dayanaklı bant ile kaplanmaktadır.

>> Tüm camlarımız polikarbonat esaslı, polikarbon
malzeme kullanılarak ve yine kendi imalatımız olan
fırın ve otoklavımızda üretilmektedir.
>> All our products are polycarbonate based and
are manufactured by using polycarbonate materials
in our own manufacture furnaces and autoclaves.
>> Polikarbonat, normal cama göre 200 kat daha
dayanıklı olmasına rağmen, 14 kat daha hafiftir ve
0 ultraviyole izolasyonu sağlar.
>> Although the polycarbonate is 200 times
harder than normal glass, it is 14 times lighter and
provides ultraviolet isolation.
>> Polikarbonat, hafiflik ve dayanıklılığın yanı sıra,
atış sonrasında oluşabilecek cam parçacıkların da
etkisini sıfıra indirerek ekstra bir koruma sağlar.
>> Along the hardness and lightness, it also
provides an extra protection by minimizing and
canceling out the effects of the glass particles
existing after shots.
>> Cam kalınlıkları, istenilen balistik seviyeye göre
20-80 mm arasında değişmektedir.
>> Camların içe bakan kısımlarında reflekte
güvenlik filmi kullanılmıştır. Dışarıdan içerisi
görülmez ancak içeriden dışarısı net bir şekilde
görülebilir. Ayrıca bu güvenlik filmi camın mermi
yedikten sonra içeriye çapak atmama, cam
sıçratmama özelliği sağlar.
>> Kabin camlarının dış yüzeylerine darbeye
dayanıklı Fiber Glass malzeme monte edilmiştir.
Olabilecek taş saldırılarında kurşungeçirmez camın
zarar görmemesinin sağlar.

>> Kapı camı hariç tüm camlar net 75 x 75 cm
görüş açısı vermektedir. Her bir camın ağırlığı
yaklaşık 150 kg civarındadır. Kapı camı net 60 x
60 cm görüş açısı vermektedir. Kapı camının tek
başına yaklaşık ağırlığı 120 kg civarındadır.
>> Balistik zırhlı camlar ayrıca iş yeri, bina ve
kıymetli malların korunması içinde kullanılmaktadır.
>> The thickness of the glass may change between
20-80 mm depending on requested ballistic level.
>> At the inner side of the glasses, reflected
security film is used. It is not viewed from outside
but can be viewed from inside. Also the other
specification of the film, it prevents glass spring
after shooting.
>> Fiberglas material is mounted at the exterior
side of the glasses to prevent a damage to the shot
- proof windows from attacks.
>> Except the door glass, all glasses have angle of
view 75 x 75 cm. Each glass is approximately 150
kg. The door glass have angle of view 60 x 60 cm.
The door glass is approximately 120 kg.
>> Ballistic armored glasses are also used to
protect the office premises, buildings and valuable
goods.
Wacth Tower
>> TETSAV A.Ş olarak tamamen kendi üretimimiz
olan gözetleme kulesi BR7 balistik seviyesindedir.
>> Our own manufacture (TETSAV A.Ş.) watch
tower is at BR7 ballistic level.
>> RPG-7 roket atar mermisine karşı mukavimdir.
Zırhlı gözetleme kulesinin yerden yüksekliği 10
metredir. İstenilen her yere iki saat içerisinde monte
edilmesi mümkündür. Gözetleme kulelerinde zırhlı
camlar kullanılmaktadır.
>> Resistant to RPG-7 rocket launchers. The height
is 10 meters (ground clearance). It is available to
be mounted to a requested place in two hours.
Ballistic mounted glasses are used.
>> Zırhlı gözetleme kulesi, 360 derece gerekli
görüş açısını sağlayacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
>> The armored watch tower is designed to
provide 360° angle of view.
