Hrant Dink Foundation and
Boğaziçi University Peace Education Application and Research Center invite you to
BEYOND BORDERS: A CONVERSATION WITH HRANT DINK FOUNDATION FELLOWS
on 2nd of April, 2015 at 17:00 in İbrahim Bodur Hall (South Campus).
The Hrant Dink Foundation has established the Turkey-­Armenia Fellowship
Scheme with a view to promote cross-­border affiliation and cooperation in areas where
further exchange of expertise and lasting cooperation is much needed, such
as academia, civil society, media, culture and arts, language-­learning and law. 18
fellows from Armenia and Turkey now have the opportunity to live and follow a special
program at a host organisation in the neighbouring country. Since October 2014, 18 Fellows from Armenia and Turkey started their fellowship
activities in the neighbouring country at their host organisations CNN Türk, Bilgi
University, Boğaziçi University, Istanbul Şehir University, Kadir Has University, Yıldız
Technical University, TESEV, SALT Galata, Istanbul Museum of Modern Arts, Anadolu
Kültür, Yuva Association, change.org in Turkey and the Civilitas Foundation, the
Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences, Caucasus Resource
Research Center, Women’s Resouce Center, Pink Armenia and Gallery 25 in
Armenia. Our fellows from Turkey and Armenia are ready to share their experiences about
their fellowship as well as their plans for future cooperation with their host
organisations and the two neighbouring countries. The event will be held in a format of an interactive conversation so everybody is more
than welcome to bring their questions for the Q/A session.
The language of the event will be both Turkish and English.
