for hot air balloon flight tickets and/or ballooning accessories.
Please print and completely fill out the form to ensure timely processing. Credit card and address

Please Note:
• Chargebacks and declined transactions may be subject to an additional handling fee.
• Foreign currency will be converted to TRL with foreign currency conversion calculation of The
Central Bank of Turkey on the transaction date, www.tcmb.gov.tr
Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation of flight due to adverse weather conditions, the payment made by you will
be fully refunded. In case of payment by credit card, the payment will be returned to your credit
card through bank.
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before flight. If you wish to change your flight
date, informing us by telephone 24 hours in advance will be enough (date changes can be
approved in line with availability).
If your reservation is not cancelled 24 hours in advance, no show will be applied and the full
payment will be collected.
