Þirketimiz ÝTÝMAT DAMPER olarak 1982 yýlýnda Mahmutbey 'de 800 m2 alan üzerine kurulmuþ ve þasi üstü ekipman
üretimi yaparak sektöre giriþ yapmýþtýr. Kurulduðu yýldan günümüze kadar misyon olarak kaliteyi kural edinmiþtir. Satýþ
sonrasý hizmette müþterilerinin güvenini kazanmýþ ve itimat markasýyla özdeþleþmiþtir.Ýtimat Damper müþterilerinin
taleplerini karþýlamak amacýyla büyüme yoluna girmiþ ve 2007 yýlýnda Silivri 'de Ýtimat Makine Dýþ Ticaret olarak 11.000
m2 alan üzerine kurulmuþ 5.300 m2 kapalý alanda faaliyetini sürdürmektedir. Sektörün geliþmeleri ve ihtiyaçlarý
doðrultusunda þasi üstü ekipman konusunda yýllarýn verdiði tecrübeyle müþterilerine iç ve dýþ piyasada sorunsuz hizmet
vermeye devam etmektedir.
Þirket olarak belirlemiþ olduðumuz vizyonda hýzla deðiþen ve yenilikçi sektörde hidrolik ve yazýlým otomasyon üzerine
ar-ge çalýþmalarýna önem vermiþ makine, ekipman, mühendislik çalýþmalarý doðrultusunda kadrosunu güçlendirerek
bu ürünlerin üretimini yapmaya baþlamýþtýr. Araç üstü ekipman sektöründe farklý ürünlerle piyasada var olduðunu
kanýtlamýþ ve bu özveriyle çalýþmalarýna devam etmektedir.
Hedefimiz ürettiðimiz ürünlerde kalite ve maliyet hesaplarýný ön planda tutarak müþterilerimizin beklentilerinin üzerinde

Our Company has been established as ÝTÝMAT DAMPER in the year of 1982 in Mahmutbey, Istanbul on a surface area
consisting of 800 m² and we have entered the sector by making the productions of chassis-top equipment. Starting from
the year of our establishment to our present day, we have assumed the motto of quality as the rule of our mission. We have
gained the trust of our customers in after-sales services and this characteristic has been identified with ÝTÝMAT Brand.
Ýtimat Damper has set its aim to grow with the purpose of meeting the demands of our customers and in the result of this,
we have continued our activities by being established on 11.000 m² with a closed area of 5.300 m² by starting in the year of
2007 in Silivri as Ýtimat Makine Dýþ Ticaret (Itimat Machinery Foreign Trade). In the direction of sector's developments and
needs, we are continuing to render our problem-free services to our customers inland and abroad in the subject of
chassis-top equipment with the experiences we have obtained through the years.
As the Company, in the vision we have determined, we have started our productions in the innovative sector rapidly
changing on hydraulic and software automation and in the direction of machines, equipment, engineering works by
putting emphasize on R&D works and by making our staff stronger. We have proved our existence in the market with our
different products in chassis-top equipment sector and we are continuing our works with this self-devotion.
Our target is meeting the demands of our customers beyond their expectations by giving particular importance to quality
and cost calculations in the products we produce and at the same time, we are consistently continuing our works with the
principle of after-sales satisfaction.
Equipment produced by us are as follows: Waste Transfer Semi-trailer, Hooked Lifter, Container, Trailer Dumper,

Ülkemizde temiz ve saðlýklý bir ortamda yaþayabilmek için üretilen çöp aracýdýr. Ön tarafýnda bulunan manuel ve
otomatik kullanýmlý vinç sayesinde konteyneri yerden alarak arkasýnda bulunan çöp haznesine dökmektedir. Çöp
haznesinin üstünde bulunan kapak vincin konteyneri yukarýya kaldýrmasýyla otomatik olarak açýlmaya baþlar,
konteyner haznenin üzerine geldiðinde pime bastýrýlarak, el sürmeden boþaltma iþlemi gerçekleþir. Bütün bunlar,
araç içerisinde yapýlan programlama ile bilgisayar ve joistik yardýmýyla yapýlmaktadýr. Aracýn etrafýný görebilemek için,
araç dýþýnda kameralar bulunmaktadýr. Araç kendi oynar aksamlarýný otomatik yaðlama sistemi ile yaðlamaktadýr.
Konteynerin boþaltýmý 45 saniyede gerçekleþmekte olduðundan zamandanda tasarruf edilmektedir. Konteynerler
yer üstü ve yer altý konteynerler olmak üzere 2 gruptur. Konteynerlerin her iki yanýnda da kapak bulunmaktadýr. Yer
altý ve yer üstü konteynerlerde araç içerisinden inmeden ve el deðmeden çöpler toplanacaðý için personel tasarrufu
saðlanmaktadýr. Yer altý konteynerleri rahatsýz edici kokularýda önlemektedir. Haznesinin büyüklüðü sayesinde daha
çok çöp alacaktýr. Ayrýca yer altýnda bulunduðu için diðer konteynerlere göre daha az yer kaplamaktadýr.
MODERN
GARBAGE COLLECTING SYSTEM
It is the garbage hauler which is produced for living in a clean and healthy environment in our country. It lifts the Container
from the ground via the crane which can be used either manual or automatic and which is placed at the front side, and
discharges it into the garbage chamber vvhich is placed at the back. The hedge placed onto the garbage chamber starts to
open automatically when the crane lifts the Container and the discharging process is perfotmed vvithout any hand touch.
Ali ofthese operations are performed via computers and joystick through the programming performed in the vehicle. There
are cameras placed at the outside of the hauler in order to see outside. The vehicle self lubricates its moving components
through the automatic lubricating system. Since the discharging of the Container takes 1 minute and 45 seconds, time is
also saved. The containers are separated into 2 groups including ground and underground containers. Hedges are places
at both sides of the containers. Since the garbage collection will be performed without getting off the vehicle and using
hands at ground and underground containers, it is saved from the staff. The underground containers also prevent the
unpleasant odour. It will collect more garbage thanks to the size of it chamber. Besides since it is placed under ground, it
occupies less space than the other containers.

Konteynerin içinde yaya baðlý halatlý bir sistem bulunmaktadýr. Bu sistemde pime basýldýðýnda konteyner, halat
sayesinde kapaklarýný açmakta, pim býrakýldýðýnda ise içindeki yay kendini toplayarak kapaklar geri kapanmaktadýr.
Çöp aracý çalýþtýrýldýðýnda yan bom konteynere doðru açýlýrken bir yandan vincin kafa kýsmý 90 derecelik eðim
yaparak konteynerin pimine dik hale gelir, aracýn içerisindeki joistik kol yardýmýyla tam merkezlendiðinde bir düðme
yardýmýyla kafa pime kilitlenir. Çöp kasasý bomlar sayesinde uzak mesafeden konteyneri alabilmektedir. Mastlarýn
yukarýya doðru harekete baþlamasýyla çöp haznesinin kapaðý açýlmaya baþlar, en üst noktaya vardýðýnda kapak
açýlma iþlemini tamamlamýþ olur. Kilitleme ile beraber kulenin içinde mastlar yukarýya doðru harekete baþlar.
A churn system connected to a spring exists in the Container. When the pin is pushed in this system, the Container
opens its hedges vvith the help of the churn and when the pin is released, the spring in the inside, recovers itself and
the hedges are closed. When the garbage hauler is run, the side born opens tovvards the Container and at the same
time the head of the crane inclines to 90 degrees and Container pin comes into upright position; vvhen it is centred by
using the joystick in the hauler, it engages vvith the pin by using a button. The garbage case can take the Container
from far distance by using these born. With the starting of the upvvards movement of the masts, the hedge of the
garbage chamber begins to open and the opening process is completed vvhen it reaches the highest position. The
masts in the tower begin upvvards movements along vvith the interlocking.

Konteyneri kaldýrýrken yaptýðý iþlemin aynýsýnýn sýrayla tersine
yapmaya baþlar, konteyneri aldýðý yere geri býrakýr. Bu esnada
haznenin içine çöp boþaltýlmasýyla, haznenin içinde bulunan 2
kademeli pres, silindir yardýmýyla sýkýþtýrma iþlemine baþlar, içinde
bulunan çöpü kasanýn arka kýsmýna doðru sýkýþtýrýr. Çöp kasasý
dolduðu zaman kasaya damper yaptýrýlarak çöpün boþaltýlmasý
saðlanmaktadýr. Vinçli çöp aracýný üreterek hem zamandan hem
personelden tesarruf edip, çöplerin kolay bir þekilde toplanmasýný ve
toplumumuzun daha düzenli, temiz ve saðlýklý bir ortamda
yaþamalarýný hedefliyoruz.
SERVICE COMES FIRST
It follows the opposite process that it makes vvhile lifting the Container
and puts the Container into its position. With the discharging of
garbage into the chamber, the double stage press within the chamber
begins the pressing process through the cylinder and presses the
garbage towards the back part. When the garbage chamber is full, the
discharging of the garbage is performed by lifting the dump. We a im to
save both staff and time as well as collect the garbage easily and make
ourpeople live in a more comfortable, cleaner and healthier
environment by producing garbage hauler with crane.

Mastlar yukarýya doðru çýkarken yan bomlarda kendini kapamaya baþlar, kapama iþlemi bitmesine
yakýn konteyneri çöp haznesine doðru 90 derece çevirir.. Dönüþü tamamladýktan sonra otomatik
olarak pime basýlýr, konteynerin altýnda bulunan kapaklar açýlýr, çöp haznenin içine boþalýr ve
boþalmasýyla kapaklar geri kapanýr.
YOUR POWER AT THE SECTOR
While the masts are moving upwards, the side born begins to the close themselves and they
rotate the Container to garbage chamber in 90 degrees by the ending of the closing process.
When the rotation is completed, the pin is pushed automatically, the hedges under the Container
are closed, the garbage is discharged in to the chamber and after that the hedges are closed.
