Dear parents,
This month the Kindergarteners worked on review of many subjects they are learning in their main
course. We studied and revised these topics and words through many different mediums, such as
smart board, video, activity games and crafts. The topics were “The Family”, “Things in the
House” and “Body Parts”. We played role-play games about the family and the people in it and
made a family tree page. When we studied house words we started with a power point
presentation to show the different rooms and some of the things that go in that room. Then we
played memory games and matching games with the images on the smart board. We watched a
film for Story Time called “Winnie the Witch”, to practice describing the furniture, the room and
color. We also sang and danced to the Winnie the Witch song! To revise body parts, a topic from
main course English, we made a collage of all the body parts and put them together to make a full
person! Each student drew one part of the body, colored it, cut it and then we put it all together!

İNGİLİZCE BECERİ DERSİ RAPORU

Sayın veli,
Bu ay öğrencilerimiz ana derste öğrenilen konuları çeşitli oyunlar ve aktiviteler aracılığı ile tekrar
ettiler. Konular tekrar edilirken akıllı tahta, video ve bilgisayar destekli sunumlar yapılarak
öğrencinin birebir katılımı sağlandı. Konular ‘Aile’, ‘Ev araç-gereçleri’ ve ‘Vücudumuzu tanıyalım’
başlıkları altında işlendi. Aile konusu işlenirken çocukların çok sevdiği drama tekniği kullanıldı.
Ayrıca aile soy ağacı yaptırıldı. Ev araç-gereçleri konusu işlenirken bilgisayar destekli sunum
aracılığı ile evde kullanılan eşyalar odalara yerleştirildi. Akıllı tahtada ise hafızaya yönelik çeşitli
oyunlar oynandı. Ev araç gereçleri konusunu pekiştirme amaçlı “Winnie the Witch” adlı çizgi film
izletilip şarkısı söyletildi . Vücudumuzu tanıyalım konusu için kesip yapıştırma aktivitesi yapıldı.Bu
aktivitede öğrenciler çeşitli vücut bölümlerini çizip boyadılar ve hepsini bir araya getirerek bir vücut
oluşturdular.
