Sevgili 2016 Mezun Adaylarımız,
17 Haziran'da gerçekleşecek Tören Provası, Kapanış Konferansı ve 18 Haziran'da
gerçekleşecek Mezuniyet Töreni sırasında tüm öğrencilerimiz üniversite tarafından dağıtılan
cübbe ve kepleri giymek zorundadırlar. Cübbe ve keplerinizi aşağıdaki tarih ve saatlerde,
Cübbe ve Kep Alım Formu'nu doldurarak ve sonrasında karşısınıza çıkacak adımlarda
depozitonuzu online şekilde ödeyerek Spor Merkezi G026 no'lu odadan teslim alabilirsiniz.
Yine aşağıda belirtilen gün ve saatlerde Spor Merkezi G026 no'lu odaya iade edebilirsiniz.
Formu doldururken cübbe ve kep teslimi ile ilgili kuralları dikkatlice okumanızı rica ederiz.

Tören sonrası, cübbe ve kepinizi iade ettikten sonraki 15 gün içinde paranız kredi
kartınıza iade edilecektir. Zamanında teslim edilmeyen cübbe ve keplerin bedeli SU
Burs Fonu’na aktarılacak olup, iadesi yapılmayacaktır.
Cübbe - kep dağıtımı ve iadesi sadece yukarıda belirtilen gün ve
saatlerde yapılacaktır.
Tören provasına katılmayan mezun adayları, Mezuniyet Törenine katılamayacaklardır.
Elden depozito ödemesi alınmayacaktır.
Arkadaşınız adına cübbe ve kep teslim almanız mümkündür.
Cübbe bedenini önceki anketlerde belirtmeyen öğrencilere kalan cübbelerden
verilecektir.
Her mezun adayına ikişer kişilik 3 adet davetiye teslim edilmektedir. Daha fazla
davetiye teslimi yapılamamaktadır.

During the Ceremony Rehearsal, Closing Lecture (June 17) and the Commencement
Ceremony (June 18) every student has to wear the gowns and caps provided by the university.
You can obtain the gowns and caps at room G026 of the Sport Center by filling out the Gown
and Cap Receiving Form and paying the deposit online. The gowns and caps can be returned
at the same location. The dates and hours for receiving and returning the gowns and caps are
mentioned below. Please read the rules regarding the return of the gowns and caps carefully.

When you return your gown and cap, you will get your deposit back within 15 days. If
you fail to return your gown and cap on time after the ceremony, your deposit will not
be refunded and will be transferred to the Scholarship Fund.
The distribution of the gowns and caps will only be done on the mentioned dates and
hours.
Those who do not participate in the ceremony rehearsal cannot participate in the
Commencement Ceremony.
Cash deposit is not acceptable.
You can obtain your friend's gown and cap on behalf of your friend.
Those who did not complete the "size survey" have to get their gown irrelevant of
size.
Three invitations (each invitation is valid for two persons) are distributed per
prospective alumnus. It's not possible to distribute more than this.
