1979 yılı itibariyle kurulan Üret Brülör , Türkiye sanayisinde özsermayesi ve Türk mühendislik yapısıyla varlık
göstermektedir. Hafif yağ brülörleri ile üretime başlanmış yıllar içinde Gaz, Orta Yağ, Ağır yağ , Çift yakıtlı ,
Kurutma brülörleri ve yakıcı fanları da eklenerek ürün gamı genişletilmiştir.
Gaz ve sıvı yakıt kategorilerinde 100 ün üzerinde brülör çeşidi nin kapasite aralığı 12 – 6000 kW skalasındadır. Üret Brülörlerinin monoblok ve sağlam yapıları, pek çok sektörede talebi ve gereksinimi karşılayacak
yeterlilikte ve özelliktedir.
Brülör imalatı yanı sıra , havalandırma sektörüne hitaben bir çok katı yakıtın yanma havası ihtiyacı için, alüminyum döküm ve sac gövdeli aspiratörler imal edilmektedir. Ana üretim hattı ürünleri dışında, farklı makine
sektörlerine hitaben tamamlayıcı mekanik parçalar da üretilmektedir.
Yüksek yanma teknolojilerine ulaşma, koruma politikası çerçevesinde makine üreticileri üniversiteler ve sanayi tesislerindeki partner işbirlikçiler ile yüksek verimlilik çalışmaları sürdürülmektedir.
Üret Brülör olarak pek çok özel proses tip enerji kontrol ve yakma ünitesi projeleri de gerçekleştirilmektedir. Verimlilik ve yakma kontrolüne yönelik yüksek verimli özel yakıcılar imal edilmektedir. Atık ve baca gazı
yakma sistemleri, çöp gazı yakma teknolojisi, pulverize katı yakıt brülörleri, özel kazan ve yakma üniteleri için
premix yakıcılar, loyd normunda marin sınıfı brülörler gibi pek çok farklı alanda çalışmalar sürdürülmektedir.
Yurt içi ve yurt dışı pazarlama satış birimleri hem imalat kanadıyla hem satış sonrası servis bölümüyle koordineli çalışarak Üret Brülörlerinin uzun ömürlü ve sorunsuz çalışması için çözüm üretmektedir.
Doğru ve yol gösterici mühendislik hizmeti en doğru ürünü en doğru noktada çalıştırmayı hedefler. Türkiye’nin
dört bir yanındaki 70 i aşkın yetkili servisler ile Üret Brülörünü tercih eden tüketicinin hizmet ve parça ihtiyacı

Üret Burner was established in 1979 and it has been in business within Turkish Industry with its equity capital and
Turkish engineering structure. The production has started with the light oil burners and within years the product
range is expanded with the addition of gas, middle oil, heavy oil, dual fuel, drying burners and burner fans.
The capacity range of over 100 types of burners for the gas and liquid fuel categories are between 3 and 6000
kW scale. The solid and monobloc structure of Üret Burners make them sufficient to meet demands and requirements of many different sectors.
Besides the burner production, aluminium diecast and sheet housing aspirators (extractors, extractor fans) are
produced for the combustion air need of solid fuels that air-conditioning sector utilizes.
Üret also sustains a variety of high productivity works together and in cooperation with machine manufacturers,
universities and business partners in industrial organizations in terms of policy of reaching and maintaining high
burning technologies.
Üret Burner also realizes many special type energy control and burning units projects, and produces special high
efficient burners for productivity and combustion control. ÜRET also continues its work in many areas, such as
exhaust and waste gas burning systems, landfill gas burning technology, pulverized solid fuel burners, premix
burners for special boilers and burner units, and marine class burners that meets Lloyd norms.
Domestic and overseas marketing/sales business units produce solutions together with both production and after
sales services divisions in order to provide a long-lasting and trouble-free operation of ÜRET Burners.
The correct and leading engineering service aims to operate the most appropriate product at the most appropriate point. The spare parts and service requirements of consumers who choose ÜRET Burners are met by over 70
authorized services spread all over Turkey with the most advantageous conditions.
Meeting the spare parts demands of the consumers and ensuring they are always available in our stocks is also
one of our missions during the running period of our Burners, along with others, such as product quality, strength,
long life and productivity.
All Üret Burner products are manufactured with DIN norms in accordance with TSE and CE Certification requirements, and respective test and controls are carried out regularly and seriously.

olarak takribi yakılan yakıt miktarını gösterir.
Isı kazanları ve eşanjörlerinin yanma odası
biçimlerine ve baca tiplerine göre brülörde
yakılacak yakıt miktarını, kurulu tesiste yapılacak
fiili ölçümler tayin eder.
The values to be determined at the curves, show
approximate combusted amount of fuel in the
combustion chamber according to burner types
and depending on the combustion chamber
pressure in normal working conditions.
The combustible amount of fuel for burner is
determined by actual measurements at the current
facility according to combustion chamber forms
and flue types of boilers and heat exchangers.

TS EN 676 + A2 çerçevesinde CE 1312 sertifikasyonu ile
üretilen üflemeli tip Üret Gaz Brülörleri tek kademe, iki
kademe ve oransal tiplerlerde üretilir. Özel olarak imal
edilen türbülasyon sistemi sayesinde hem Doğalgaz da
hem de LPG ve Propan gibi dökme gazlarda mükemmel
yanış sağlar.
Yüksek verimli ve ekonomik olmasının yanısıra gaz
hava basıncı değişikliklerine voltaj değişimlerine
son derece duyarlıdır. Kapasite aralığı haricinde
gerçekleşen basınç ve voltaj hareketliliğinde gerekli
emniyet sistemleri devreye girerek maksimum güvenlik
sağlar. Brülörlerin üzerinde kullanılan ithal mamüller
uluslararası tanınan A kalitededir. Yerli mamullerde ise
TSE ve CE belgesi olanlar kullanılmaktadır.
Üretici firma, Gaz brülörlerinin geliştirilmesi ışığında
değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.

Blowing type Üret gas burners as produced suitable
to TSE EN 676 + A2 , are manufactured in single stage
two stage and modulated forms. Specially produced
turbulence system ensures perfect combustion both
for natural gas and LPG propane. Besides having high
efficiency and being economic they are very sensivite to
gas and air pressure and voltage changes.
In case of any pressure or voltage change occured out
of capacity interval reguired safety system becomes
active and supplies maximum safety. All imported
elements used on burners are internationally known
A class equipment. TSE and CE certificates awarded
elements are used for local ones.
The manufacturer, in the light of the development of
