TED ve TED Rönesans Koleji eğitmenleri bilgi ve deneyimlerini
İstanbul’daki İngilizce öğretmenleri ile paylaşıyor.
16 ilde 480 İngilizce öğretmeninin katılımı ile Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı ve Türk Eğitim
Derneğinin ortak çalışması kapsamında düzenlenen mesleki eğitimler gerçekleşiyor.
İstanbul’da gerçekleşen eğitim TED Rönesans Koleji İngilizce öğretmenleri
tarafından 4 kademeli, toplam 40 saat olarak Mayıs ayına kadar devam edecek.
Teachers of TED and TED Rönesans College are sharing their knowledge and experience
with English teachers in Istanbul.
Vocational workshops are being held within the framework of a joint organization by
the Ministery of National Education and Turkish Education Association. 480 English
teachers from 16 cities are participating in these workshops. The workshop that is
being held in Istanbul is being led by the English teachers of TED Rönesans College
and will continue till May and it will cover 40 hours of training in 4 different stages.
“Bir Dilek Tut” Projesi
TED Rönesans Koleji Öğrenci Birliği üyelerinin “Bir Dilek Tut” projesi kapsamında
çalışan ve ortaokul öğrencilerinin katkılarıyla Maltepe’de bulunan bir yuvada
yaşayan korunmaya muhtaç öğrencilerin yeni yıl dileklerini gerçekleştirildi.
Hediyeler ortaokul sınıf temsilcilerimiz tarafından 06 Ocak 2016 Perşembe
günü yetkililere teslim edildi.
“Make a Wish” Project
With the contributions of the members of the Student Council of TED Rönesans College
who work within the “Make a Wish” project and the middle school students, the New
Year’s wishes of the students who live in a child care center in Maltepe were granted.
The gifts were submitted to the related authorities on Thursday, January 6, 2016 by the
class representatives of the middle school.
“İstanbul İli Artistik Jimnastik Yarışması” Başarısı
Okulumuz 1-B sınıfı öğrencisi Nehir Ekşioğlu, 06 Ocak 2016 günü gerçekleştirilen
“İstanbul İli Artistik Jimnastik Yarışması” nda Minikler BB kategorisinde ilk 10’a
girme başarısı gösterdi.
Achievement at the Istanbul Artistic Gymnastics Competition
Our student Nehir Ekşioğlu (1-B) made it to the top 10 in Junior BB category at the
Istanbul Artistic Gymnastics Competition organized on January 6, 2016

Anasınıfı öğrencilerimiz yılın ilk ürün seçki dosyası ( portfolyo ) sunumlarını 09 ve
16 Ocak 2016 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirdi.

Our preschool students had the first portfolio presentation of the year on January 9 and
January 16, 2016.
Okul Aile Birliği “Sinema Gösterimi”
TED Rönesans Koleji Okul Aile Birliği, Denizbank sponsorluğunda “Alvin ve
Sincaplar: Yol Macerası” sinema gösterimiyle öğrenci, veli ve çalışanlarını 17 Ocak
2016 Pazar günü bir araya getirdi.
Parent- Teacher Association “Film Screening”
The Parent- Teacher Association of TED Rönesans College helped students, parents, and
staff gather together at the screening of the film titled “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road
Chip” on Sunday, January 16, 2016 with the sponsorship of Denizbank.
Okulöncesi Eğitim - Özgül Polat Semineri
TED Rönesans Koleji ev sahipliğiyle düzenlenen Yrd. Doç. Dr. Özgül Polat’ın
konuşmacı olarak katıldığı “Fark Yaratan Bireyler için Gelişen Beynin Şifresi” semineri,
23 Ocak 2016 Cumartesi günü İstanbul’daki okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev
yapan öğretmen ve yöneticilerin yoğun ilgisi ile gerçekleşti.
Seminar on Preschool Education by Özgül Polat
The seminar titled “The Code of the Improved Brain for Individuals who make a difference”
which was given by Asst. Prof. Özgül Polat and hosted by TED Rönesans College on
Saturday, January 23, 2016 had a huge turnout and attracted a great deal of attention of
teachers and administrators who work at kindergartens in Istanbul.
II. Geleneksel 5 Duyu 1 Kitap Günleri “Bir Sayfa Daha Çevir”
TED Rönesans Koleji 2. Geleneksel 5 Duyu 1 Kitap Günleri’nin ikincisi 19 Ocak
2016 Salı günü “Bir Sayfa Daha Çevir” temasıyla başladı. Öğretmenlerimizin açılış
etkinliği olarak hazırlandıkları “Pırtlatan Bal” tiyatro gösterisi 19 Ocak 2016 Salı günü
öğrencilerimize sahnelendi. Düzenlenen etkinliklerle öğrencilerimiz edebiyat ve
görsel sanatlar alanlarında usta isimlerle bir araya geldi. Hafta boyunca okulumuzda
bir araya geldiğimiz değerli yazarlar: Behzat Taş, Defne Ongun, Elif Durak, Fatih
Erdoğan, Gülçin Karadeniz, Hazal Özdemir, Mine Soysal ve Özge Ekmekçioğlu.
“5 Senses 1 Book” Turn One More Page - Book Days
The 2nd Traditional Book Days organized by TED Rönesans College has started on
Tuesday, January 19, 2016 with the theme “Turn One More Page”. The play titled “Pırtlatan
Bal” prepared by our teachers as an opening event was staged on Tuesday, January 19,
2016. Within the framework of these activities, our students came together with prominent
figures in literature and visual arts. The invaluable authors that we had the chance to meet
throughout the week were Behzat Taş, Defne Ongun, Elif Durak, Fatih Erdoğan, Gülçin
Karadeniz, Hazal Özdemir, Mine Soysal, and Özge Ekmekçioğlu.
7. Sınıf Öğrencilerimiz ile “Öğle Yemeği Toplantısı”
7-A ve 7-B öğrencileri, okul müdürümüz İpek AK ve Ortaokul Müdür Yardımcısı
Nevra Bostancı ile 04 ve 05 Ocak 2016 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilen öğle
yemeği toplantılarında ortaokul uygulamalarımız hakkında soru-cevap sohbeti
gerçekleştirdi. TED Rönesans Koleji Lise açılış bilgisini öncelikle en büyük
öğrencilerimizle paylaştık.
Lunch Meeting with our students in Grade 7
On January 4 and January 5, 2016 students in 7A and 7B came together with the School
Principal İpek Ak and the Middle School Assistant Principal Nevra Bostancı at lunch
meetings and had a Question & Answer Session about the middle school practices. We
shared the news regarding the opening of the TED Rönesans College High School with
our eldest students.
PDR – “Korkular” Söyleşisi
Anasınıfı öğrencilerimizin velileriyle “Okul Öncesi Dönemde Korkular” başlığı
altında 20 Ocak 2016 Çarşamba günü keyifli bir seminerde bir araya geldik.
The Seminar on “Fears” by the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department
On Wednesday, January 20, 2016 we had an enjoyable seminar titled “Fears during
preschool years” with the participation of the parents of preschool students.
Yemekhanemizde Yerel Tatlar - Karadeniz Yemekleri
Ülkemiz ve dünya coğrafyasının çeşitli yerlerinde, ağırlıklı olarak o bölgenin iklim
ve yaşam şartlarına bağlı olarak tüketilen ürünlerin ve yaşam şartlarının sunumu
amaçlanarak okul yemekhanemizde 22 Ocak 2016 tarihinde “Karadeniz
Bölgesi Yemekleri” günü gerçekleştirildi. Öğrencilerimiz, Karadeniz lezzetlerini,
Karadeniz müziği eşliğinde tatmaktan keyif aldı.
Local Flavors at the Lunch Hall – Dishes from the Black Sea Region
On January 22, 2016 we had “Dishes from the Black Sea Region” at lunch time as part
of the activities held in order to introduce the local products and the lifestyles of certain
regions in our country and in the world based on their climate and living conditions. Our
students enjoyed tasting different flavors from the Black Sea Region as they listened
to the music of the region.
Dönem Sonu - Yarı Yıl Tatili
TED Rönesans Koleji 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılı yarı yıl karnelerini alma
heyecanı yaşadı. Dönem sonu törenimizde kitap günlerimizde gerçekleştirilen
“Achieve Okuma Yarışması” sonuçları açıklandı. 5-B Sınıf öğrencisi Kaan Karagöz,
6-B sınıf öğrencisi Ali Ozan Öztahran ve 7-B sınıfından Yiğitcan Azgın en yüksek
puanları alan öğrencilerimiz oldu. Ayrıca 6-B sınıf öğrencisi Bilgesu Yurdakul
İstanbul’da gerçekleştirilen “14 Yaş Tenis Turnuvasında” aldığı birincilik başarısı tüm
öğrencilerimizle paylaşıldı.
The End of the Semester – Semester Break
The students of TED Rönesans College were so excited to get the report cards of the 2015
– 2016 Academic Year. The results of the “Achieve Reading Contest” organized during the
book days were announced at the ceremony held on the occasion of the end of semester.
Kaan Karagöz (5B), Ali Ozan Öztahran (6B), and Yiğitcan Azgın (7B) got the highest scores.
Last but not least, the news that Bilgesu Yurdakul (6B) got the title at the Tennis Tournament
for Age 14 in Istanbul was announced at the ceremony.
TED Müdür Yardımcıları Toplantısı
TED Rönesans Koleji Müdür Yardımcıları 31 Ocak-01 Şubat tarihleri arasında
düzenlenen TED Okulları Müdür Yardımcıları toplantısındaydı.
The Meeting for the Assistant Principals at TED
The assistant principals of TED Rönesans College participated in the meeting held for
the assistant principals working at TED Schools from January 31 to February 1, 2016.
Türkiye Özel Okullar Birliği’nin Antalya Sempozyumu
15. Türkiye Özel Okullar Derneği Geleneksel Sempozyumu “Okul ve Eğitim/
School and Education” temasıyla 28-30 Ocak 2016 tarihleri arasında Antalya’da
gerçekleştirildi. Okul Mürümüz İpek Ak ve değerli öğretmenlerimiz sempozyuma
katılım gösterdi.
The Symposium held in Antalya by the Turkish Private Schools Association
The 15th Symposium of the Turkish Private Schools Association was held in Antalya
from January 28 to January 30 with the theme “School and Education”. Our school
principal İpek Ak and esteemed teachers participated in the symposium.
TED’R Radyo Türk Eğitim Derneği 88. Kuruluş Yıldönümü Özel Yayını
Radyo Kulübü öğrencilerimiz ve öğretmenlerimiz tarafından hazırlanan “Türk
Eğitim Derneği’nin 88. Kuruluş Yıl dönümü” özel programı TED’R Radyo’da 30
Ocak-07 Şubat 2016 haftasında yayınlandı.
The Special Airing on the TED’R Radio to mark the 88th Anniversary of the Turkish
Education Association
There was a special airing on the TED’R Radio throughout the week of January 30 –
February 7 in order to mark the 88th Anniversary of the Turkish Education Association.
This special broadcast was prepared by our students in the Radio Club and their
teachers.
