What is Gray Water?
“Gray Water” means domestic sewage with low contamination originated from showers,
bathtubs and washbasins without cesspool waste. Through recycling Gray Water: we can
reduce requirement for mains water by using recycled Gray Water in applications such as
reservoir supply, garden irrigation, car wash or rough cleaning works. Besides protecting the

denir. Gri Su geri kazanılarak; rezervuar besleme, bahçe sulama, araç yıkama, kaba temizlik

Villa Tipi Projelerde Gri Su Geri Kazanım Sistemleri/
Grey Water Recycling System in Villa Type Projects
Villa projelerinde Gri Su Geri Kazanımı, otel, AVM, toplu konut, öğrenci yurdu, iş merkezleri, ofis, spor salonları, belediye
sosyal tesisleri gibi nüfus yoğunluğunun fazla olduğu büyük yapılardan farklılık göstermektedir. Büyük yapılarda Gri Su Geri
Kazanım Sistemi üç depodan oluşurken (gri su deposu, ultrafiltrasyon deposu, temiz su deposu), villa projelerinde iki depo
ile çözüm sunulabilmektedir.
Gri su, 50µm gözenek çapına sahip ince ızgaradan geçerek,
kendi cazibesi ile birinci (gri su) depoya gelir. Gri suyun içinde
bulunan organik maddeler, oksijenli (aerobik) ortamda bakteriler tarafından tüketildikten sonra, aynı birinci (gri su) depo içine
yerleştirilen Microclear® ultrafiltrasyon membranları ile filtrelenir. Filtrelenen su, permit pompası ile temiz su deposuna aktarılır ve kullanıma hazır halde bekletilir.
Gri Su Geri Kazanım Sistemi, garaj, bodrum vb. uygun görülen
bir ortama kolayca monte edilebilmektedir.
The Grey Water Recycling in villa type projects show difference
compared to the big structures that are populated heavily such
as hotels, malls, housing estates, dormitories, business centers, offices, gyms, municipality social facilities. While the Grey
Water Recycling Systems in big structures consist of three
tanks (grey water tank, ultrafiltration tank, clean water tank),
in the villa type projects, the solution can be offered with two
tanks.
Grey water passes through a fine grid with 50µm bore diameter
and comes to the first tank (grey water) with its own appeal. After the organic materials in the grey water are consumed by the
bacteria in an aerobic environment, it is filtered with Microclear® ultrafiltration membrane that is placed in the same first tank
(grey water). The filtered water is transferred to clean water
tank with permit pump and kept there ready to use.
Grey Water Recycling System can be mounted easily to a setting that is deemed suitable such as garage, basement etc.

Apart from villa projects, Gray Water Recycle System in large structures such as hotels, shopping malls,
dormitories, business centers, work offices, gymnasiums and municipality recreational facilities is formed
from three tanks. Gray water reaches to the first tank (gray water) with its owb gravity by passing through
the thin screens of 50µm bore diameter. After bacteria eat up the organic substance of gray water in aerobic
environment, it is transferred to the ultrafiltration tank through the submersible pump and European licensed
Microclear® ultrafiltration membranes filter the water. Filtered water is transferred to the clear-water tank by
permit pump and hold for usage.

arıtmaktadır.
1.
Oksijen Zenginleştirmesi
Su, belirli aralıklarla havalandırılarak, sudaki oksijen miktarı arttırılır, bakterilerin yaşaması için (aerobik) ideal ortam sağlanmış olur.
2.
Biyolojik Arıtma
Suyun kokusunu, rengini ve sudaki organik maddeleri yok etmek için aerobik bakteriler tarafından biyolojik arıtma yapılmış olur.
3.
Membran Teknolojisi İle Ultrafiltrasyon
Biyolojik arıtması tamamlanmış gri su, Almanya’da son teknoloji kullanılarak üretilen, özel dizaynı ile patentli, Microclear® filtre modüllerinden permit pompası ile vakumlanarak temiz su deposuna aktarılır.
Microclear® filtre, özel dizaynı sayesinde suyun arıtılması sırasında bir direnç oluşmasını önleyerek çok kısa sürede, daha fazla
miktarda suyu arıtır. Ayrıca 0,04 µm gözenek çapı sayesinde gerçek bir bariyer oluşturarak bilinen tüm bakteri ve mikropları filtrelemektedir.
Aktech Gray Water Recycle Systems refines the water in three steps with membrane technology, which is today’s best
modern water treatment technology.
1.
Oxygen Enrichment
Water is ventilated periodically to increase the oxygen capacity in order to provide optimum habitat (aerobic) for bacteria.
2.
Biological Treatment
Bacteria provide biological treatment for eliminating the odor, color and organic substances of water.
3.
Ultrafiltration through Membrane Technology
Gray Water, after its biological treatment has been completed, is transferred to clear-water tank through vacuuming
with permit pump from licensed Microclear® filter modules, which are made in Germany with the latest technology in its
special design.
Microclear® filter refines more water in comparatively short time in virtue of its special design by preventing resistance
growth during the treatment. Additionally, thanks to its 0,04 µm bore diameter, it generates an actual barrier to filter all
recognized bacteria and virus.
