1988 yılında faaliyetine bașlayan Etkin Mühendislik Ltd. Ști., yurtiçinde ve yurtdıșında; iș merkezi,
otel, hastane, banka șubeleri, alıșveriș merkezi ve sanayi tesislerinin mekanik, elektrik tesisatları ile bina
otomasyon sistemleri konularında projelendirme, uygulama, müșavirlik ve malzeme temini ișlerini son
teknolojik gelișmeler doğrultusunda bașarıyla yürütmektedir. Firmamız sektördeki kalıcılığını pekiștirmek,
yeniden yapılanma sebebiyle 30.12.2010 tarihinde Anonim Șirket olmuștur.
Halen aynı konularda faaliyetini sürdüren șirketimizin proje bölümünde, uluslararası kabul görmüș
standartlara göre dizayn edilen tesisler, taahhüt bölümü tarafından büyük bir titizlikle ișletmeye alınarak
uygulamaları yapılmaktadır. Sosyal sorumluluk çerçevesinde 2010 yılından itibaren yeșil bina ve
sürdürülebilir sistemler konularına yoğunlașan firmamız, sahip olduğu altyapısyla daha nitelikli projelerin
içerisinde yer almaktadır.
Șirketimiz, müșterilerine taahhüt sonrası da hizmet verebilmek amacıyla 1995 yılında Etkin Servis
Hizmetleri Ltd. Ști.’ni kurmuștur. (30.12.2010 tarihinde A.Ș. olmuștur.) Etkin Servis Hizmetleri A.Ș.
ișletmelerdeki mekanik, elektrik ve bina otomasyon sistemlerinin; sistem ișletmeciliği ve periyodik bakımı
konularında uzman kadrosu, geniș araç filosu ve profesyonel hizmet anlayıșıyla müșteri memnuniyetini ön
planda tutarak çalıșmalarına devam etmektedir.

Etkin Engineering Ltd. Co. is operating since 1988 as the company has successfully completed
projecting, application, consultancy and material supply business in the field of mechanical, electrical
installation and building automation of facilities such as hotels, hospitals, shopping centers, bank branches,
shopping stores and factory buildings e.t.c. both at home and abroad. Since 30.12.2010 company has
evolved to “incorporated bussiness” as a matter of instituoanlization and reinforcing permanence.
In the project department of our company facilities ar designed in accordance with internationally
accepted standarts and implemented by the contracting department in a fine manner on a turn-key basis.
From the point of corporate social responsibility, our company has been majoring on the green building and
sustainability themes since 2010 for involving high quality projects.
Our company had established Etkin Services Co. in 1995 in order to provide better service to its
clients after contracting. (In 30.12.2010 has evolved to incorporated business.) Etkin Services Co. successfully conducts works of building operations including commissioning, repairs and maintenance works,
periodical maintenance and building automation in the same context as the company continues to her
activities as joint stock company.

• We have developed an expert staff mastering on LEED, BREEAM, DGNB
certification periods.

buildings on their occupants and on the environment.
• Accreditation Processes: We are managing the accreditataion
processes of green building certifications
• Energy Simulation: To establish the minimum level of energy
efficiency for the proposed buildings and systems; we are doing the
whole building’s energy simulation.
• Enhanced commissioning: We begin the commissioning process
early in the design process and execute additional activities after system
performance verification is completed.
