General remarks
1. A final colour proof of the advertisement must accompany the
data storage medium. Should you opt for online-transfer, it is
imperative that a final colour proof of the advertisement be
sent by post to our printer.
2. The digital advertisement document has to be in the same format,
namely width and height, as the subsequent advertisement.
3. We will undertake no amendments to the data supplied.
4. The data supplied is to be fully exposed only for the digital
plate copy.
5. We can accept no liability for the content, layout or any faults
in data transfer or data storage medium.
6. All data supplied must include all elements required for exposure (pictures, logos, printer fonts etc.).­
7. Corrections required will only be undertaken after consultation with the principal who may be invoiced for this.
8. Digital proofs delivered on request will be further invoiced at
cost price.
9. The acceptance of digital advertising is only possible according to the publisher’s guidelines. The guarantee is excluded
in case of non-observance of the publisher’s guidelines.
