HİDROLİK ASANSÖR ve MAKASLI PLATFORMLARI HYDRAULIC ELEVATORS Tarihçemiz Firmamız 2002 yılında İstanbul'da kurulmuş olup hidrolik yük ve personel asansörleri, makaslı platformlar ve forklift ataçmaları konusunda yaptığı üretimlerle yerli ve yabancı müşterilerine hizmet vermektedir. Yapmış olduğumuz tüm ürünler ve projeler müşteri odaklıdır.Üretilen ürünlerimiz müşterilerimizin ihtiyaçlarına uygun olarak firmamızda tasarlanmaktadır. Bu nedenle müşterilerimizin her türlü ölçü ve şartlarına göre ürünlerimizi üretebilmekteyiz. Firmamız kendi bünyesindeki araştırma geliştirme ekibiyle %100 Türk üretimi olan ekipmanları üretip kullanmayı ilke edinmiştir. Our History Our company was founded in Istanbul / Turkey at 2002 to produce lift platforms, Hydraulic Elevators and Hydraulic special equipments. Our productions are Customer - Oriented . We can design and produce for any size needs. Üretimimiz Our Production Process Firmamızın üretmiş olduğu asansörler 500 kg kapasiteden 30.000 kg kapasiteye kadar geniş bir yelpazede üretilmektedir. We produce elevators from 500 to 30.000 kg capacities up to 27 meter travel heigth. 25 metre yüksekliğe kadar hidrolik asansör çözümlerimiz bulunmaktadır. In some projects can be scissor lift more useful then elevators because of the architecture limitations. ARBEN olarak, Ortadoğu Arap Ülkeleri, Rusya, Ukrayna, Azerbaycan, Kanada, Almanya, Doğu Avrupa ülkelerine, Fas, Tunus ve Nijerya gibi Afrika ülkelerine makaslı platform, hidrolik asansör ve forklift ataçmanları üreterek ülke ekonomisine katkıda bulunmuş ve bulunmaya da devam etmektedir. Kolay kurulumunun yanı sıra bakım maliyetlerinin az ve ekonomik ömürlerinin çok olması yine tercih sebepleri içerisinde yer almaktadır. Emniyet faktörleri yüksek olan hidrolik asansörler yangın ve deprem gibi doğal afetlerde personelin tahliyesine daha hızlı imkan vermektedir. Makine dairesiz asansörler ve halatlı asansörler asansör kuyusu üzerinde yer almaktadır. Deprem gibi sismik hareket risklerinin yüksek olduğu yerlerde Asansör kabini üzerinde yer alan makine dairesi ve ekipmanları yer sarsıntısı sebebiyle daha fazla sallanmaya maruz kalarak asansör kabininin üzerine düşebilirler ve kabin içinde yer alan personelin tehlikeyle karşı karşıya olmasına sebep olabilirler. Hidrolik asansörler deprem ve sismik hareketlerde daha dayanıklı ve daha emniyetli bir davranış sergilerler ve deprem hareketleri esnasında esneme özelliğine sahiptirler. Yangın durumlarında ise hidrolik asansörler klasik asansörlere göre daha avantajlı durumdadırlar çünkü hidrolik asansörlerde makine dairesi yoktur ve genelde ilk katlarda yer alır. Bu nedenle içerideki personeli tahliye etmek için bina alt katında yer alan hidrolik depo üzerindeki vananın açılmasıyla asansör kabini birinci kata indirilebilir ancak klasik asansörlerde bu işlemler üst kattan yapılmalıdır. Fireman or personel who are responsible for resque the people in the elevators cabin needs only to go down stairs or to the basement of the building to release the resque valve. The way of the flame are always to up . If we considering the way of the flame during the fire then can we undestand more why the hydraulic elevator it's more safety then elevators with machine rooms. Lower working noice is the other advantages of the hydraulic elevators.
