Tek noktadan dünya markalarına...
1954 yılında İstanbul’da kurulan İntermobil, Avrupa’da yerleşik lider otomotiv sanayi
tedarikçilerinin temsilciliğini ve distribütörlüğünü yapmakta olup; bu konuda Türkiye’deki
otomobil, kamyon, otobüs ve treyler imalatçıları ve servisleriyle beraber yedek parça piyasasına
hizmet vermektedir.
1954’ten itibaren Türk otomotiv sanayinin gelişmesiyle, Amerikan kökenli BENDIX firması,
CLAYTON DEWANDRE (İngiltere), TURNER Manufacturing (İngiltere), Fransız kökenli DBA –
MARCHAL - DUCELLIER ve MEILLOR, ROULUNDS V kayış (Danimarka), SCAPRO ve HIAB Foco
(İsveç) firmalarının Türkiye mümessilliğini üstlenmiştir.
1980’li yıllarda mümessilliklerine yenilerini ekleyerek sektörde çalışmalarına devam eden
İntermobil, fren sektörünün lider kuruluşu WABCO Westinghouse firmasının CLAYTON
DEWANDRE’i satın alması sonucu WABCO Westinghouse firması ile çalışmaya başlamıştır.
İntermobil, Türkiye otomotiv sektöründe 30 yılı aşkın iş birliğini sürdürerek hizmet vermektedir.
Bu ortak çalışma günümüzde de artarak devam etmektedir.
TARİHÇE
Ticari araç şanzıman sektörünün bilinen markası TURNER Manufacturing (İngiltere) firmasının
DANA Corporation (ABD) tarafından satın alınmasından sonra, şanzıman konusunda devamlılık
sağlamak amacıyla DANA Corporation ile 1984 yılında başlayan iş birliği 25 yıl sürmüştür.
İntermobil, 1991 yılında HELLA firmasının mümessili olmuştur. Aydınlatma sistemlerinde lider
konumda olan Alman kökenli HELLA, binek ve ticari araç üreticilerine ve yedek parça sektörüne
yönelik aydınlatma, elektrik, elektronik sistemleri üretmektedir.
1998 yılında VDL WEWELER firmasının mümessilliğini üstlenmiştir.
2002 yılında ise Siemens VDO firmasının mümessili / distribütörü olmuştur. İntermobil, 2007
yılı itibariyle Continental bünyesine katılan VDO firmasının mümessillik ve distribütörlüğüne
bugün de devam etmektedir. 2011 yılında VDO’nun bünyesinde bulunan Common Rail dizel
bölümünün de sorumluluğunu üstlenmiştir.
2006 senesinde HELLA TRAILER SYSTEMS (Hella Treyler Aydınlatma Sistemleri) mümessilliğini
HELLA firmasıyla 1991 yılında başladığı anlaşmasına eklemiştir.
2009 yılında HELLA firması, İntermobil’e ortak olmuştur.
2010 yılında BEHR HELLA SERVICE’in Türkiye’deki distribütörlüğünü üstlenmiştir. BEHR HELLA
SERVICE, motor soğutma ve klima üreticisi olup ısı yönetimi konusunda uzmandır.
2011 yılında VALX firmasının mümessili ve distribütörü olmuştur. Aks üreticisi VALX’ın tüm
satış ve servis organizasyonu İntermobil tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir.
2011 yılında WABCOWÜRTH’ün Türkiye temsilcisi olmuş ve WABCOWÜRTH tarafından ağır
vasıta ve hafif ticari araçlar için üretilen arıza tespit sistemlerinin satış ve teknik destek
çalışmaları ile ürün yelpazesini genişletmiştir.
TARİHÇE
Haziran 2012’den itibaren HELLA GUTMANN SOLUTIONS’ın binek ve hafif ticari araçlar için
ürettiği arıza tespit sistemlerinin satış ve teknik destek çalışmalarını üstlenmiş ve ürün gamını
genişletmiştir.
2013 yılında fren sistemi üreticisi HELLA PAGID BRAKE SYSTEMS ile temsilcilik ve distribütörlük
anlaşması imzalamıştır.
2015 yılında dünyada en fazla treyler aksı üretimine sahip olan FUWA firmasıyla iş birliğine
başlanmıştır. Türkiye’deki kamyon ve çekici üreticilerinin yüksek performansın yanında maliyet
avantajı yaratacakları canlı dingil ürünleri ortak bir proje kapsamında devreye alınmıştır.
Ayrıca, beşinci teker, ön dingil, kampana gibi birçok ürün Türk araç üreticilerine sunulmaktadır.
2015 yılında yenileme pazarının önde gelen markalarından KONI’nin OEM kanalında
temsilciliği ve distribütörlüğü anlaşması imzalanmıştır.
Otomotiv sanayindeki gelişmelere paralel olarak İntermobil, günümüzde Türkiye’de üretilen
ticari ve binek araçlara en son teknolojileri uygulayabilmeleri için firmalarla, ticari ve teknik
destek sağlayarak yakın iş birliğini sürdürmekte ve çözüm ortağı olmaktadır.
İntermobil’in ürün sorumluları, satış ekibi ve mühendis kadrosu, mümessilliğini üstlendiği
firmalarda gerekli eğitimleri aldıktan sonra Türkiye’de bulunan araç üreticilerine ve yedek parça
sektörüne hizmet vermek için çalışmakta ve onlara Avrupa Ekonomik Birliği standartlarına
uygun araç üretmeleri konusunda katkı sağlamaktadır.
As of 1954, due to the developing Turkish automotive sector, İntermobil undertook the
representation of American origin Bendix, UK based Clayton Dewandre, Turner Manufacturing
Company, DBA-Marchal-Ducellier-Meillor of France, Roulunds of Denmark, Scapro and HIAB
Foco of Sweeden.
In the 1980’s İntermobil continued in the sector with new representations. With WABCO
acquisition of CLAYTON DEWANDRE, İntermobil started working with WABCO Westinghouse
and their cooperation in serving Turkish automotive sector is continuing successfully for more
than 30 years.
In 1984, TURNER Company that was a major producer of gearboxes and components, merged
with DANA Corporation (USA). DANA selected İntermobil as their representative for Turkey.
In 1991, İntermobil has become the representative of HELLA (Germany) which is one of the
leading manufacturers in lighting, electric and electronic systems.
In 1998, İntermobil was appointed as representative for VDL WEWELER.
In 2002, İntermobil became the representative of Siemens–VDO and is the exclusive IAM
distrubutor in Turkey. In 2007, Continental bought VDO from Siemens and İntermobil is acting
as representative and distributor for Continental.
In 2006, HELLA TRAILER SYSTEMS responsibility was given in addition to HELLA representation
held since 1991.
In 2009, HELLA merged with İntermobil.
In 2010, BEHR HELLA SERVICE representation and distributorship was signed.
In 2011, İntermobil became the agent and distributor of VALX, which is a manufacturer of
trailer axles. İntermobil continues to carry out all sales activities and service organizations of
VALX.
In 2011, İntermobil became the distributor of WABCOWÜRTH and broadened its product
portfolio with diagnostic devices for heavy duty and light commercial vehicles.
As from June 2012, İntermobil has come to an agreement with HELLA GUTMANN SOLUTIONS
for the representation and distribution in the Turkish market. HELLA GUTMANN SOLUTIONS
produces diagnostic devices for both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
In 2013, HELLA PAGID BRAKE SYSTEMS representation was signed. HELLA PAGID BRAKE
SYSTEMS produces brake systems for passenger cars.
Cooperation with FUWA Company, which is the leading trailer axle manufacturer of the world,
has been initiated in 2015. Live axle products, which will bring cost advantage, as well as high
performance for Turkish truck and hauler manufacturers, have been commissioned within
the scope of a joint project. In addition, many products, such as fifth wheels, front axles and
drums, are made available for Turkish vehicle manufacturers.
In 2015, representation and distribution agreement in OEM canal of KONI, one of the leading
brands of the innovation market, was signed.
In parallel with the developments in the automotive industry, İntermobil is in continuous
cooperation with the local commercial and passenger car manufacturers for the application
of latest technologies.
With its training marketing team and skilled engineers, İntermobil is providing information
flow and assisting them to develop their new products. İntermobil serves car manufacturers
and after market companies in Turkey in order to update their production according to the
European Union standards.

its business partners within the scope of its service policy
