INVITATION LETTER FOR THE
2011 ITTF PTT Table Tennis Lignano International Tournaments
from 22th to 27th March

YOUR URGENT RESPONSE IS NEEDED
The Italian Table Tennis Association and the Organizing Committee of the ITTF
PTT Lignano Tournaments 2011 cordially invites your National Table Tennis
Association (NTTA) to send a List of maximum EIGHT (8) + one (1) alternate of
ITTF PTT International Umpires for this international events. In case that you
would not have available ITTF PTT International umpires you may nominate IUs.
The International Table Tennis Tournaments will take place in Lignano
Sabbiadoro, Italy from 22th to 27th March 2011.
The Organizing ‘‹––‡‡ǯ•Š‘•’‹–ƒŽ‹–›•–ƒ”–•ˆ”‘†‹‡”‘March 22th through
breakfast on March 27th.
Š‡†ƒ‹Ž›ƒŽŽ‘™ƒ…‡‘ˆ̀ͳͷǤͲͲ’ƒ‹†ˆ”‘–Š‡ˆ‹”•–†ƒ›‘ˆ–Š‡competition to the last
day of the competition (Mar 23th, 24th, 25th and 26th).
The umpires or their Associations are responsible for all related travel costs as
well as for earlier arrival or late departure. The Organizing Committee (OC) will
provide transportation for the umpires arriving at the Venice or Treviso or Trieste
Airport, or arriving by train (Latisana rail station), or bus to Lignano Sabbiadoro,
providing that they confirm their arrival date and time and flight number, or
arrival of the train, or bus to OC by February 20th, 2011.
Umpires need to arrive no later than March 22th at 15:00 hours, so they can attend
–Š‡‡ˆ‡”‡‡ǯ•‘”‹‡–ƒ–‹‘ƒ†briefing.
Please fax, or E-mail the Umpires Nomination List, using the enclosed form, to the
organizing Committee Headquarters no later than February 5th, 2011.
The names of selected umpires will be confirmed by the OC by February 10th, 2011.
Information about the arrival and departure of each umpire must be submitted to
the OC no later than February 20th, 2010.
