Tanıtım / Introduction
Krom, manyezit, mermer, granit, seramik, agrega,
kum, kömür, feldispat ve diğer maden tesislerinin atık
sularının arıtılması ve maden zenginleştirilmesi ile
ilgili çalışmalarda kullanılan makine ve ekipmanların
imalatı konusunda faaliyet gösteren KETMAK Makine
ve Tesis İmalat San. Tic. A.Ş. 1997 yılında Mühendis
A. Levent Ketenci tarafından kurulmuştur. Son yıllarda
gelen talepler doğrultusunda geri dönüşüm projeleri
konusunda da çalışmalar yapan şirket özellikle maden
sektöründeki çalışma alanlarında öncü bir kuruluş
haline gelmiştir. Ketmak kuruluşundan itibaren başta
mermer sektörü olmak üzere maden ve endüstriyel
arıtma sistemleri alanında yurt içi ve yurt dışında
yaklaşık olarak 1000 projeye imza atmıştır.
Arıtma sistemini kurduğumuz tesislere, kullandıkları
sağlıksız kimyasallar yüzünden yaşadıkları sıkıntıları
aşmalarında yardımcı olmak ve bu yolda lojistik destek
sağlamak amacıyla Ketmak Grup Şirketleri çatısı
altında 2011 yılında KETPOL Arıtma Kimyasalları Paz.
San. Tic. A.Ş. kurulmuştur. Ketpol, arıtma sistemlerinde
önemli bir yere sahip olan arıtma kimyasalları
konusunda hizmet vermektedir.
KETMAK Machine Manufacturing Plant Inc., established
in 1997 by Engineer A. Levent KETENCI, manufactures
machinery and equipment which are utilized for the
treatment and purification of the waste water of the
majority of the companies operating in all kinds of
mining industries as mainly Chromium, Magnesite,
Marble, Granite, Ceramics, Aggregate, Sand, Coal,
Feldspar; and mineral enrichments and related
performances.
Our company has become a pioneer company, which
have been making studies on recycling projects in line
with the demands in recent years, especially in the
mining industry. Since the foundation of the company
Ketmak has approximately 1000 treatment systems in
the fields of mining (particularly marble) and industrial
treatment systems both in domestic and abroad.
KETPOL Treatment Chemicals Marketing Inc. was
founded under Ketmak Group Companies in 2011
to provide a logistic support to the plants installed
by us to cope with the problems originated from
the unhealthy chemicals. Ketpol serves in the field of
treatment chemicals which have an important place in
treatment systems.

Filtre presler, çamur susuzlaştırmada kullanılan

çıkartabilmeleri ve otomatik deşarj mekanizmaları

Filter presses are the most important equipment that is
used for the sludge dewatering. They have become
indispensible parts of treatment and mineral enrichment
plants by means of able to discharge nearly dry cakes
and having automatic discharge mechanisms.
Sludge is pumped to the filter press by centrifugal
pump (sludge pump) and cake whose dryness
increases with increasing pressure is discharged as
plates.

Tikiner / Thickener
Tikiner, şlam içinde askıda bulunan katı maddelerin
önemli bir kısmının çökelmesi sonucu içinde yalnız
kolloidal parçacıkları kalan, kısmen temizlenmiş suyu
bütün çevreden taşırıp, suyun tekrar prosese dönmesini
sağlayan, çöken iri parçaları eğik tabanındaki sıyırıcı
kanatları ile merkez kısmına nakledip oradan bu
çökeltinin ayrı olarak alınmasına yarayan büyük çaplı
silindir şeklindeki (havuz) tesistir.
Üretimini yapmış olduğumuz yoğunlaştırma üniteleri
(tikiner) çamurun içindeki sıvının bir miktarının alınması
ile içindeki katı madde miktarının arttırılmasını sağlar.
Tikinerler toplam çamur miktarını önemli oranda
azaltabilmekte ve buna bağlı olarak gereken arıtma
tesisi için ebatları da azaltmaktadır.

Thickener is a cylindrical plant (pool) with large
diameter in which just the colloidal particles remain
as a result of sedimentation of suspended solids’
important portion in the slurry and which provides
turning back of water to the process by effusing the
partial treated water from whole circle, and also which
is for transportation of decayed large particles to the
central part by the scraping wings and then taking
that sediment separately.
Condensing units produced by us provide the increase
of solid materials in the sludge by taking of some
portion of water. Thickeners decrease the total sludge
amount substantially and to do so they decrease the
dimensions of treatment plants.

•Sludge is discharged from the tank only in desired
density as deciding the sludge density by means of
special automation programme (software).
Sedimantasyon Tankı / Sedimantation Tank
Dengeleme havuzunda toplanan kirli su bu havuzda
bulunan dalgıç pompa vasıtasıyla belli periyotlarda
sedimantasyon tankına basılır. Basım sırasında verilen
dozlama (flokulant) ile kirli suda bulunan partiküller
ayrışarak ağırlaşan kirli partiküller normal çökme
hızından çok daha süratle çökerek konik kısımda
toplanır; üst kısımda toplanan temiz su ise yan tarafta
bulunan temiz su tankına geçer.
Talebe göre değişen boyutlarda sedimantasyon tankı
üretimlerimiz gerçekleşmektedir.

Dirty water collected in the equalization pool is
pumped to the sedimentation tank regularly by the
submersible pump in that pool. During the pumping,
particles in dirty water decompose by giving flocculent
to the system (dosing) and weighing dirty particles are
collected in the conical part of the tank as settling
faster than the normal speed; and finally clean water
that are collected at the top part passes to the clean
water tank which stands near the sedimentation tank.
We produce sedimentation tanks with various
dimensions according to demand.

Santrifüj Pompa / Centrifugal Pump
Çamur pompası olarak imal ettiğimiz pompalar
sistemimizde kullandığımız yoğun kıvamlı suyun bir
basınç altında çıkartılmasına yönelik bir makinedir.
Çamur pompası 3 tip olarak imal edilmektedir.
Çift hızlı olan pompa, gövde GGG 23 den imal
edilmektedir. Pervane sert krom ve tungsten ile
kaplanmış olup salyangoz kısmı tamamen aşınmaya
engel malzemeler tarafından kaplanmıştır. Pompa
yüksek devir ve basınç altında çalıştığı için motor
yatakları su soğutma sistemi ile soğutulmaktadır.

Sludge pumps that we manufacture are for pumping of
high-consistency water at certain pressure level. Sludge
pumps are manufactured in three types. Bodies of
these 2-speed pumps are made of GGG 23. Fans are
coated rigid chrome and tungsten and snail section
is fully coated with erosion-resistant material. Because
pump operates at high rpm and high pressure, motor
bearings are water cooled.

certificates.
Turbo Çamur Pompası
4 ve 2 yollu; 1450 rpm de 4-6 atm, 2900 rpm de
10-14 atm basınç üretebilen kauçuk kaplı çift kademeli
yüksek basınç pompalarıdır. Geliştirilmiş mükemmel
dizayn sayesinde aşındırıcı özelliğe haiz yoğun
viskozlu sıvıların transferinde ve filtre pres beslemesinde
kullanılır.
Turbo Sludge Pump
Turbo sludge pumps have 2 or 4 channels and they
turn with 1450 rpm at 4-6 atm pressure. At 10-14
atm, they turn with 2900 rpm. These pumps are high
pressure pumps that have double stage and rubbercoated. These excellent designed pumps are used for
transferring of corrosive liquids that have high viscosity
and feeding of filter press.

Dozaj Pompası
İlaç tankında bulunan dozaj pompası firmamızın
ürünü olup bu pompa sayesinde hazırlanan ilaç 8
bar basınç altında sisteme enjekte edilmektedir. Bu
pompa içinde bulunan asit ve bazlara dayanıklı gövde
sayesinde 8 bar basınç altında, üzerinde bulunan ayar
çubuğu sayesinde 0 ila 478 lt/saat aralıkta debi ayarı
yapılabilmektedir.

Dosing Pump
The dosing pump found in the flocculent tank is
product of our company and the prepared flocculent
is injected to the system by this pump with a pressure
of 8 bars. By the courtesy of the carcass resistant to
acids and bases, flow rate adjustment can be done by
the adjustment bar at a pressure below 8 bars and
the flow rate between 0 and 478lt/h.

Flokülant olarak kullanılan polielektrolit içme suyu
arıtım ve atık su arıtımında çok yaygın kullanılmaktadır.
Polielektrolit kuru- sıvı olarak temin edilebilmektedir.
Kuru (toz) haldeki polielektrolitin kullanılabilmesi
için çözelti haline getirilmesi gerekmektedir. İşletme
kolaylığı sağlayacak şekilde dizayn edilmiş bu ünite
depo ile birlikte tam otomatik olarak çalışmaktadır.
KETPOL serisi ihtiyaca göre standart üretilmektedir.
500lt/h – 4000 lt/h’ e kadar uygulanabilen ünitedeki
çözelti konsantrasyonu %0,05’ ten %0,5’ e kadar
ayarlanabilmektedir.
Polyelectrolyte that is used as flocculent is used
commonly in drinking water and waste water
treatment. Polyelectrolyte can be supplied as dry or
liquid. Dry (powder) polyelectrolyte must be made in
to solution prior to use. This unit which is designed to
provide ease of operation operates fully automatically
with depot. KETPOL Series is manufactured by
standard according to the demand. Solution
concentration in the unit, which can be applied in the
range of 500 lt/h – 4000 lt/h, can be adjusted from
0.05% to 0.5%.

Ekibimiz yerinde hizmetler dışında yurtiçinde ve
yurtdışında saha ve şantiyelerde araştırma ve keşif
görevlerini üstlenmektedir. Müşterilerimiz için yapılan
keşifler sonucu yerleşim planlarının çizilmesi, tesis
kapasitelerinin belirlenmesi ve projelerin hazırlanması

Atık su havuzundaki seviye kontrolünden başlayarak,

Cad-Office is the engineering team of Ketmak
overcoming the requirements for R&D works about
present and new products and for transformation
of these works to design. We make the design on
“SolidWorks and Autocad” programs by the help
of work station computers. These processes are
the ones carried out in place by Cad Office. Our
team undertakes the research and discovery jobs at
field and construction areas in both domestic and
abroad except the in place services. As a result
of the discoveries for our customers, drawing of
placement plans, determination of the plant capacities
and preparation of the projects are our successive
processes.
Beginning from the level control in the waste water
pool, waste water pump, dosing pump, the discharge
frequency and duration of the settling tank, sludge
tank level control, sludge pump, filter press’ hydraulic
cylinder, pressing pressure and time, shaking, leaking
pan, should work with each other in complete
harmony. PLC systems provide flexibility in automation
according to changing working conditions. PLC systems
also provide a quick adaptation to different working
conditions for treatment systems as interfering easily to
the automation constituents such as sludge discharge
time, filter press squeezing and shaking times.

Biyolojik Arıtma / Biological Treatment
Organik kirleticilerin uzaklaştırılması için en etkin yöntemlerden biri biyolojik arıtmadır. Biyolojik arıtma, atık
suyun içerisinde askıda veya çözünmüş olarak bulunan organik maddelerin bakteriler tarafından parçalanması
ve çökelebilen biyolojik floklarla sıvının içerisinde kalan atmosfere kaçan sabit inorganik bileşiklere dönüşmesidir.
Biyolojik arıtma sistemleri değişik şekillerde sınıflandırılabilirler. Ortamdaki oksijen durumuna göre Aerobik ve
Anaerobik olarak sınıflandırılan bu sistemler, kullanılan mikroorganizmaların sistemdeki durumuna göre Askıda ve
Biyofilm prosesleri olarak da sınıflandırılabilirler. Sistemdeki bakteriyel performans; artan kapasite, değişen hava
sıcaklıkları, ipliksi gibi istenmeyen türlerin üremesi, ekipman arızaları, değişen pH, tuzluluk, yüksek yağ, bakteriler
üzerinde toksik etki oluşturabilecek klorlu bileşikler veya petrokimyasal ağır organiklerin arıtma tesisine girişinin
kontrol edilememesi gibi işletme problemlerinden etkilenir.
Biological treatment is one of the efficient methods for removal of the organic pollutants. Biological treatment is
the decaying of the organic materials found as suspended or dissolved in waste water by the bacteria and the
transformation to the fixed inorganic compounds that flee to the atmosphere which remains in the liquid with
biological flocks able to deposit.
Biological treatment systems can be classified in different ways. These systems which are classified as Aerobic
and Anaerobic according to oxygen situation in the environment can also be classified as Suspended and Biofilm
processes based on the conditions of the microorganisms used in the system.
The bacterial performance of the system can be affected by the operation problems such as increase in capacity,
variable air temperature, growth of undesirable species such as filamentous, equipment malfunctions, changes
in pH, salinity, high amounts of grease, chlorinated compounds which can create toxic impact on bacteria or
inability to control the entrance of the petrochemical heavy organics to the treatment plant.

Solid Waste Feeding Plants
Katı atık besleme sistemi, çimento fabrikalarında organik atıkları yakarak onların yüksek ısı değerlerinden
faydalanmak için atıkları yakmaya hazır hale getirme işlemini yerine getirir. Sistem temel olarak; depolama,
frameler yardımıyla parçalama ve konveyörden oluşur. Yakma sahasına getirilen organik atıklar nakliye aracıyla
tankın içine direkt olarak dökülebilir, ardından tankın içinde bulunan frameler sayesinde atıkların daha hızlı ve
verimli yanmasını sağlamak için atıklar küçük parçalara ayrılır ve sonrasında konveyör yardımıyla küçük parçalara
ayrılan atıklar yakma sahasına ulaştırılır.
Üretimini gerçekleştirdiğimiz tesisler:

Solid waste feeding system makes the organic wastes ready for burning to take advantage of organic wastes’
high calorific value by burning them in cement factories. System basically consists of storing, shredding by frames
and conveyor. Organic wastes brought to burning land can be poured into the tank directly by transportation
vehicle, and then wastes are broken into small pieces by frames to burn the wastes faster and more efficient,
after that shredded wastes are transported to the burning field by the conveyor.

tesisin projelendirme işlemi tesisten atık su numunesi almakla başlar, laboratuvar ortamında atık suyu analiz
ederek çalışmalara başlanır, daha sonra pilot ünitelerimizde yapmış olduğumuz denemeler neticesinde elde edilen
teknik veriler mühendislik ofisimizde en uygun proje haline dönüştürülür. Böylece projeye en uygun makine ve
ekipmanlar seçilir.
Kurduğumuz sistemlerde kullandığımız Ketpol arıtma kimyasalları, Ketpol filtre pres bezleri, plastikler ile mekanik,
hidrolik ve elektronik sistemlerle ilgili her türlü yedek parçayı stoklarımızda bulundurarak müşterilerimize güven

We have project designing and consulting services before the installation for the plants that are produced by
us. Project design of a plant begins with taking waste water sample from the plant; studies begin with the
analyses of the waste water in the laboratory, then technical data got from the tests applied at the pilot units are
transformed to the most convenient project in our engineering department. In this way most convenient machines
and equipment are chosen for the project.
