Metod Makine tarafından geliştirilen Denim Efekt Aparat› oldukça kolay ve basit kullanıma sahiptir. Bu
sistemde kimyasal uygulamadan (işlemden) sonra kotlar aparata asılır ve askıları gerdirme yoluyla
istenilen efekt kotlara verilebilir. Daha sonra aparata geçirilmiş kotlar, işlem sürecine gore kurutulmak
üzere fırına yerleştirilir. Bu sayede, kotlara verilen efekt kalıcı hale gelir.

Bunun yanında, sistemdeki bir mekanizma ile kullanıcı ürünün model ve ölçüsüne gore aparatı ayarlayabilir.
Bu mekanizma ile kotun model ve bel ölçüsüne gore kotlara istenilen ölçüde gerginlik vermek çok kolaydır.
Bu aparat›n herhangi bir operasyonel maliyet yoktur ayrıca hava ve elektrik ihtiyacı da gerektirmez.

Denim Effect Apparatus, which has been developed by
Metod Makine, is a special, quite plain and very practical
apparatus. In this system, after the chemical application,
the jeans are hung on the apparatus and by stretching the
hanger, the desired effect can be given to the jeans. Then
the jeans are put into the oven with the apparatus in order
to be cured according to the process. In this way, the effect
given to the jeans are assured to be permanent.
The Denim Effect Apparatus is manufactured in two
different sizes so that it can be used for both women and
men sizes accordingly. Besides, there is a mechanism on
the system that allows user to adjust the apparatus
according to the model and size. By this mechanism, it is
so easy to give tension in desired strength depending on
the waist size and model of the jeans.
There is no operational cost required or air and electricity
demand while using this apparatus. It is a user-friendly
apparatus, which is supporting your dry process and giving
permanent effects on your jeans.
Bu ürün Metod Makine tarafından geliştirilmiş olup, kot
pantolonlar üzerinde 3D krinkıl efekt vermek için
kullanılmaktadır. Bir adet istasyon ve bir adet kırılabilir
bacaktan oluşmaktadır. Bu sistemde herhangi bir enerji
sarfiyatı olmadı€ı için en çok tercih edilen ürünlerden
biridir. Sadece hava ile çalışmaktadır. Kolay kullanımı
sayesinde pantolonlar üzerinde istenilen efekt çok kısa
bir sürede elde edilir.

This machine has been desinged by Metod Makine to give some crinkle
effects on the denim jeans during the washing process. This flexible hanger
consists of one station and one flexible hanger.There is no energy
consumption in this system. It works just with air. Thanks to its easy use,
you can get the desired effects on the jeans.
