Bayonet tip termokupllar, plastik sektörü uygulamalarý
baþta olmak üzere, çeþitli metal bloklar ve ýsýtýcý blok
yuvalarý sýcaklýk ölçümlerinde kullanýlan mekanik
baðlantýsý kolay, ekonomik sýcaklýk ölçüm sensörleridir.
This series of push-in bayonet type thermocouples
with bayonet lock, mainly used in plastic process
applications are particularly suited for measuring
temperatures in solid blocks and in bores of resistance
blocks with quick ,effective and inexpensive manner.
Bayonet kilit tertibatýna sahip olan bu tip termokupllar,
ürün beraberinde standart olarak saðlanan karþýt baðlantý
parçalarýnýn içerisine yataklanarak yerleþtirilir ve sabitlenir.
Montaj noktasýna yerleþtirilen bu baðlantý aparatýnýn
üst kenar kýsýmlarýnda yer alan pimlerine, yayýn üzerinde
bulunan bayonet kilidinin belli bir tansiyonla bastýrýlmasý
ve çevrilerek kilitlenmesi suretiyle sensörün montajý ve
demontajý kolaylýkla gerçekleþtirilir.
This series of push-in bayonet type thermocouples
with bayonet lock,is inserted into a mating adapter ,which
is supplied free of charge and secured by a slotted
bayonet cap.Locating pin(s) which are installed at the
upper part of mating adapter hold the bayonet cap and
sensor in place.The push and twist mechanism allows
for fast and easy installation or removal.
Bayonet tip elemanlar, yerleþtirilebileceði yuvalarýn yapýsýna
göre düz,yuvarlak, pahlý (konik) yapýda üretilen ölçüm uçlarý,
yay, bayonet kilidi (kulaðý), bayonet rekoru (adaptörü) ve
eleman cinsine ve adedine uygun termokupl kalite iletkenlere
haiz T/C eleman kablosundan oluþur. Ölçüm uçlarý paslanmaz,
bayonet kulaðý aluminyum, baðlantý rekorlarý standart olarak
pirinç malzemelerden üretilir. Opsiyonel olarak, kullaným yeri,
sýcaklýk ve mekanik þartlarýna uygun olarak paslanmaz 1.4301
ve veya sürtünmeden dolayý aþýnmanýn hýzlý olduðu noktalarda
Ýnconel 600 malzemeden üretilirler.
Bayonet thermocouple assemblies comprise of
a rugged measuring tip made of stainless with round,
chamfered or planar form in order to be mounted into
flat-bottom,cone-shaped bores; the compression spring
made of rust and acid resistant stainless steel 1.4310;
the screw nipples and bayonet caps made of brass
(nickel plated) or aluminium. Measuring tip, screw nipples
and bayonet caps can be optionally requested with
stainless steel depending on the operating temperature
and physical wear.

Bayonet thermocouple assemblies that are produced
with fixed thermocouple cable is equipped with the thermostable compression spring, made of stainless steel,
which also functions as a cable protector and acts as
bend protection, ensures steady contact pressure of the
probe tip in the hole.

sýcaklýðý, yað sýcaklýðý v.b.
The thermocouple assemblies and resistance thermo
meters specified in this catalogue were developed for
plastic processing industry,bearing in mind their economic
factors, they can be preferred whereas applicable , e.g
for measuring temperatures in lubricating oil,bearings
and cylinder heads, etc.
Bu grupta üretilen termokupllar ve termorezistanslar kablolu
yapýda üretildiklerinden dolayý maksimum 450°Cyi aþmayan
uygulamalarda kulanýlýrlar.
All thermocouple assemblies and resistance
thermometers with in this group,because of its
construction with cables can withstand temperatures up
to 450°C.
Üretimlerimizde kullanýlan, ölçüm uçlarýna yerleþtirilen
Pt100 elemanlarý B klas olup DIN IEC 751 standartlarýna
uygundur.Termoeleman iletkenleri ise eleman cinsine baðlý
olmak üzere DIN IEC 584 bölüm 1 ve 2 (NiCr-Ni K tipi,
Fe-CuNi j tipi) veya DIN 43710 (Fe-CuNi L tipi)e
uygundur.
The platinum resistance elements being installed
in the resistance thermometers are according
to DIN IEC 751.Depending on the type of thermocouples
the thermoelectric voltages and limit deviations
(tolerances) of all used thermocouples accords to
DIN IEC 584 part 1 ve 2 (NiCr-Ni type K and Fe-CuNi
type J) or to DIN 43710 (Fe-CuNi type L).

Ayarlanabilir yay sýkýþtýrmalý bayonet kilitli termokupllar (TC/TR):
Ayarlanabilir yay sýkýþtýrmalý dizayn Ölçüm ucu parçasý
ve üzerinde bayonet kilidinin yer aldýðý bir yaydan oluþur. Bu
yay vasýtasýyla gerekli baský saðlanarak sensör ucunun
yüzeye gerekli temasý saðlanýr. Yay boyu ile gerekli gerginlik
miktarý elde edilir. Yayýn üzerindeki bayonet kulaðý (kilidi)nin
çevrilmesi vasýtasýyla montaj noktasýna sabitlenir.
The Adjustable spring loaded design has a spring fitted
over the thermocouple and fixed to the wall of the sheath or
end cap. The spring length is dependent on the amount of
adjustment required. The bayonet cap can then be rotated on
the spring to allow for adjustment of insertion lengths.

Sabit derinlikli yay sýkýþtýrmalý 90°açýlý bayonet kilitli termokupllar (TC/TR):
Sabit derinlik bayonet dizaynda ölçüm ucu ve bayonet
kulaðýnýn arasýna yerleþtirilmiþ bir yay bulunur. Montaj noktasý
ve yuva yüzey derinliðinin bilindiði durumlarda kullanýlan
bir modeldir. 45° ve 90° açýlý olarak üretilirler. L formundaki
uzatma bölümü gerekli hallerde kabloyu extra korumak amaçlý
opsiyonel olarak metal flex ile üretilir.

The Fixed depth design has a spring located below the
bayonet cap and the measuring tip.This style is used when an
insertion length into a process or onto a surface has a known
dimension. Ýt is produced with 90 degree and 45 degree
bend forms.This model can be producet with or without optional
stainless steel flexible armour protection.

Bayonet kulaðýný çevirmek suretiyle metal flexin komple boyu
üzerinde gerekli noktada sabitleme yapýlabilir.
The Variable Depth design has adjustment over the complete
length of the sensor. It is constructed with a small capped
tip and has a flexible interlocking stainless steel armour
attachment.The bayonet cap is designed to rotate on the
flexible armour to whatever the length of the flex armour might
be. The spiral wound interlocking flex armour has a spring
loading action when a compressive force is applied,beside
prevents inner cable against mechanical impacts.

Screw-in melt thermocouples
Screw-in melt thermocouples are preferred for measuring
melt temperatures in the plastics industry. Depending on the
requirements, sword-sharped or plane probe tips provide the
ideal measuring conditions. Screw-in melt thermocouples
can be supplied either with cable or metal flex armour
termination, is suitable in temperatures ranging from -40°C to
+ 400°C. As measuring insert 1,5 mm diameter mineral insulated
thermocouple is used. The thermocouple base materials are
in accordance with the international standards IEC 584-2.

ve plastik endüstrisinde tercih edilen bir sýcaklýk sensörüdür.
Ýsteðe baðlý olarak kýlýç þeklinde ölçüm uçlu veya düz uçlu
olarak imal edilirler. Bu grupta üretilen termokupllar, kablo
çýkýþlý yapýda veya metal flexli olarak üretilirler. 450°C yi
aþmayan uygulamalarda kulanýlýrlar. Hassas sýcaklýk
deðiþimlerini algýlayabilmek için D2 merkezine 1,5 mm çapýnda
mineral izoleli termokupl yerleþtirilmiþtir. Mineral izoleli termokupl
kablolarýnýn iletken telleri uluslararasý standartllar olan IEC
584-2ye uygun e.m.f deðerleri üretmektedir.
