Elasteks A.Ş., üretim maliyetlerinde özellikle enerji maliyetlerinden tasarruf etmek amacıyla kullanılan Nansulate uygulamasını yaptırdı. Günümüzde üretim maliyetlerindeki en önemli
harcama kalemi olan enerji giderleri, Nansulate uygulanmasıyla önemli şekilde düşüyor. Nansulate’nin Türkiye distribütörlüğünü Kolorgen Ltd. yapıyor. Nansulate’den sonra gördüğü
faydaları konuşmak üzere dergimiz Genel Yayın Yönetmeni
Necip Güney ve Yazı İşleri Müdürümü Ümit Vural, Kolorgen
Genel Müdürü Dr. Vedat Bilgin ile beraber Elasteks firmasını
ziyaret ederek üretim tesislerini gezdiler, uygulamayı incelediler ve faydaları hakkında Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı İsmail

We are producing Nylon 6 and Nylon 66 texturized and covered yarns, and seamless wear piece dyeing in our factories in
Gölyaka, Düzce and Velimeşe, Çorlu.
Our turnover is about 25 million Euros. We are the biggest in
this field in Turkey, and we serve hosiery, medical and all other
types of narrow weaving and knitting companies. We are well

Energy costs is one of the biggest costs in our production; first
electricity, and secondly natural gas. Energy costs account for
about 5-25% total costs, excepting raw materials.

Fabrikanızdaki enerji tasarrufu uygulamalarınız için
Nansulate'i seçtiniz, bunun sebeplerini açıklar mısınız?
Nasulate 'i secmemizdeki sebebleri şu şekilde sıralayabiliriz:
• Yüksek izolasyon kabiliyeti,
• Uzun ömürlü, aynı izolasyonu sabit tutma özelliği. Zira uygulama yerine boya niteliğinde tatbik edilerek çok uzun vadede
hiç bir şeyden etkilenmeden özelliğini koruyabilir.
• Tüm fittingslere çok rahat tatbik edilebilmesi.
• Göreceli olması ve her zaman tahribatın görülebilmesi, diğer
izolasyonlar üzerinde kaplama olduğu için izolasyon
materyalinin örneğin cam elyafı,taş yünü gibi materyallerin
zaman içerisinde ne şekil aldığı, içine sıvı absorbe edip
etmediğinin bilinmemesi gibi olumsuzlukların Nasulate'de
olmaması.
•En önemlisi de, izolasyon katsayısının diğer ürünlere göre çok
yüksek olması.
Nansulate uygulamalarınız size ne tür yararlar sağladı?
Nasıl ölçtünüz?
Tabi ki enerji tasarrufu sağladı .Nasıl ölçtüğümüzü şöyle
anlatayım: 150 kg kapasiteli iplik boyama HT kazanının kondens hattına 350 TL ödeyip sıcak su saati taktık. Hem girişe
hem de çıkışa diğer kazanlardan etkilenmemesi için çek valf
koyduk.
1. İlk aşamada herhangi bir Nansulate uygulaması yapmadan
30 gün boyunca her jarj başında ve sonunda geçen kondens
miktarlarını yazdık. Yaklaşık 60 jarj civarında.
2. Tüm kazanı 1 kat Nansulate uyguladık ve akabinde yine
değerleri aldı ve aynı kazan da yine yaklaşık 60 jarj lık bir
ölçüm yaptık ve harcanan kondens miktarını yazdık.
3.Tekrar bir kat daha Nansulate uyguladık ve aynı işlemleri tekrar
ettik. Neticede yalnız buhar enerjisi tasarrufumuz %40 civarında

• High insulation capability.
• Longer life, and capability to hold performance over long
periods because of its being a coating, and being highly resistive to everything.
• Ease of application to fittings.
• It is visible, so any damage to it can be easily seen. With
other conventional materials, such as glass wool, rockwool , there are negative issues you have to deal with,
such as its dimensional stability and possibility of water
intrusion under cladding, but these are not a concern
with Nansulate.
• Most importantly, its very high insulation capability.
What sort of gains did you achieve with Nansulate
application? How did you make the measurements?
Of course, we saved energy. How we measured, we mounted
a hot water meter to the steam condense line of a 150 kg
capacity HT yarn dyeing machine; we also ensured by mounting check valves to both entry and exit lines so that the measurements would not be affected by other operations.
1. We measured condensed steam before and after each
batch operation, over a period of 30 days, about 60 measurements in total.
2. After the first Nansulate application, we did another set of
measurements, for approximately 60 batches.
3. After the second Nansulate application, we made similar
measurements again. As a result, out steam savings have been
about 40%. Also our batch processing time decreased by
about 10%.
Nansulate application caused any adverse effect to your business?
No, there was no adverse effect, as it was applied by using

yünü yalıtımı olmuş. Onu kaldırıp, yerine Nansulate kaplatmayı düşünüyor musunuz ve neden? Düşünürüm tabi ki; daha çok enerji tasarruf ederek doğal gaz
sarfiyatını düşüreceği için.

When we visited your dyehouse, we noticed that the
only place there is no Nansulate was the original rockwool insulation on the steam boiler. Would you also get
it removed and replaced with Nansulate, and why?
Of course, I think about it. Because it would cause further
energy savings by reducing natural gas consumption.
According to your experience, what share Nansulate
would have in the insulation business?
I guess it would have a bright future. I think it is not publicized sufficiently.

Tecrübelerinize dayanarak, sizce Nansulate'in yalıtım
dünyasında yeri ne olabilir, ya da ne olmalıdır?
Kullanıcısı olarak bizimle tecrübenizi paylaşır mısınız ve
bir kıyaslama yapabilir misiniz?
Bugün yeteri kadar tanıtımı yapılamıyor ve henüz fazla bilinmiyor ama tahmin ederim ki izolasyon alanında iyi bir
geleceği olacak sanırım.
Buhar kazanının yalıtımının da Nansulate yapılması ile tüm
sıcak yüzey ve hatlarının Nansulate ile yapıldığı ilk fabrika
olacaksınız. Bu konuda öncü olmak, dünyaya duyurmak
istediğimiz bir konudur. Sizin bununla ilgili düşünceleriniz
nelerdir?
Daha çok denek ve daha çok veriyi dünya ile paylaşmak
gerekir diye düşünüyorum. Devlete müracat edip destek ve
teşvik istenmesi gerektiğine inanıyorum.
Türk tekstil sektöründeki başarılı üreticilerden birisi
olarak, özellikle enerji maliyetleri konusunda
düşüncelerinizi bizimle paylaşır mısınız?
Dünyada sektör çok rekabet halinde. Maliyet ve kalitenin
başarılısı ancak yaşayabilir aksi halde rakiplerinin karşısında
çöker.ayrıca ulusal politikada çok ciddi tasarruflar sağlar.
Zira bu gün tüm sanayileşmiş ve gelişmiş ülkelerin en
büyük girdileri enerji harcamalarıdır.
When you have the steam boiler also Nansulated,
your factory would be the first factory in the world
using only the Nansulate insulation in all hot surfaces and lines.
We would report it to the whole world, that you
have become a pioneer in this subject. What are your
thoughts on this?
There should be many more trials and more data should
be shared with the world. Also they should apply for goverment support and incentives.
As one of the succesful producers of Turkish Textile
sector, could you please share your thoughts with
us, especially on energy costs.
Sector is highly competitive all over the world. Only cost
and quality-wise succesful will survive; otherwise will go
under. It offers high savings in national policies. Energy
consumption has the biggest share in all industrialized
and developed countries,
