Bolu ve Adana’da bulunan fabrikalarımızda günde 15.000 m2 panel üretiyoruz; endüstriyel çatı ve cephe
kaplamalarından gıda endüstrisi soğuk depo ve işleme odalarına dek birçok farklı alanda panel üretmenin
yanı sıra bilimsel verilerin ışığında Ar-Ge çalışmalarımıza büyük özen ve emek harcayıp ürün gamımızı
ve kalitemizi durmaksızın çoğaltıp ilerletiyoruz.

Ever since 1983, we have marched forward looking for solutions regarding the conditions of technologies and
industries polluting the environment, with our young, dynamic and experienced crew, adapting to the circumstances
of the changing era.
We have associated our powers, knowledge and experiences with the Irish firm Kingspan Group, which owns
35 production facilites worldwide and is a global leader in sandwich panel sector.
In our factories located in Bolu and Adana, we are producing 15.000 square meters of panels in many different
areas varying from industrial roofing and facing tile to food industries cool storages and processing rooms.
Besides, we continuously invest in R&D, So as to broadenour product range and enhance quality.
Having the environmental protection and human health as the first priority, we offer our environmentally friendly,
smart, hygienic and energy-efficient products to our customers by determining the type of system they need on
place, and we are working on making the most of the indispensible factors of our contemporary conditions such
as time and cost.
Quality is an incontestable criteria by Kingspan Izopoli products, of which every single detail is analysed and
conceived in computer environment and the most correct answers to causal questions are answered with
technologic infrastructure. Our Bolu and Adana factories, which produce roofing and facing tiles, cool storage
panels, trapezium plates and cool storage doors at european standards, accomplishes the needs of our customers
in fastest time both in domestic and export markets as well as realization of the turnkey projects

Paneller oldukça hafif olduklarından, kolayca ve son derece
hızlı bir biçimde montaj edilir.
Kingspan - ‹zopoli panels can be mounted either at the outside or
at the inside supporting constructions whether steel or prefabricated
concrete.
Kingspan - ‹zopoli panels can be transported and mounted without
any problems by cranes and elevators for the purpose of quick
installation. Due to their light weight even mounting by hand is
possible for smaller building projects.

Kingspan İzopoli, mevcut tesislerinde sürekli olarak
geliştirme ve iyileştirme çalışması gerçekleştirmektedir.
Çalışmalar AR-GE laboratuvarında yürütülmekte, belli
bir noktaya getirilen çalışmalar üretim bazında denemeler
yapılarak sonuçlandırılmaktadır. Üniversiteler ve çeşitli
sivil toplum kuruluşlarının katkılarıyla düzenlenen
paneller ile toplumu bilinçlendirerek yerinde ve ilk ağızdan
sorun, öneri ve eleştiriler dinlenmektedir.
Kingspan Izopoli develops its products by combining its
technical expertise and experience from the market.
Development works are done in our R&D laboratory and tested
in the real production line with trial orders.
Kingspan - Izopoli organizes seminars and workshops in
cooperation with universities and associations, informs end
users and receives valuable feedback. That, in return, is
integrated into R&D studies.

Membrane Roof Deck System / Membranl› Çat› Sistemi
Europanel özellikle uzay kafes ve benzeri çelik çatı sistemleri
ile yapılan düz çatılarda kullanılan, üzerine membran
uygulamaya elverişli çatı panelidir.
Europanels are particularly applicable to flat roofs constructed of
space frame and similar steel roof systems. Europanels are also
suitable for membrane applications.

Panel balyaların forklift ile taşınması esnasında, panellerin
zarar görmemeleri ve dengeli taşınmaları için forkliftin
bıçaklarının arası en uygun şekilde ayarlanmalıdır.
During loading and unloading operations by forklift, panels should
not be damaged by fork impacts and also there should be enough
span between fork supports in order to avoid unacceptable
deflection of panels.
Panellerin indirilmesinde bez sapanlar kullanılmalı,
sapanlar çelik bir aparat vasıtası ile vinç kancasına
asılmalıdır.
The panels should be unloaded on site by a suitable crane, using
strapping, not cables.
A load distribution apparatus (as show) should be used for long
panels and care should be taken for lifters not to crash the sides
of panels. Touching edges need to be protected
Panels should be cut to size by using a suitable compass saw or
circular hand saw. The sawing blade should cut the metarial cold,
so that the panel surface is not damaged.

veya özel kesme aletleri tercih edilmelidir.
Paneller bükülmeyi önlemek için dik konumda taşınmalıdır.

The panels must be carried edge wise to avoid bending and the
female part of the male-female joint should not be used as a handgrip.
The protective film put on the panels at the factory should be
removed immediately after installation and certainly not later than
two weeks.
Warning: Long term storage of the panels with protective film may
damage the coating.

Panels should be ept slopy if there is no closed storage so that the
rainwater should not accumulate. Stacked storage for long periods
(more than 4 weeks) must be avoided.
A maximum of two packs are recommended in a pile.
Montaj öncesi bekleyen balyaların altına, azami 150 cm
aralıkla yastıklar konulmalıdır. Yastıklar üzerinde balyalar
eğimli duracak şekilde istiflenmelidir. Panellerin istifte 4
haftadan fazla kalması sakıncalıdır. En fazla 2 balya
konulabilir.
Panellerin kapalı mekanda bekletilmesi tercih edilmelidir.
The panels’ surface should be kept clear of dust and direct sunlight.
They should be stored on flat, clean, and hard surface and preferably
in covered places, at job site.
Condensation should be avoided with sufficient aeration, leaving
the cover open a little at the top but ensuring that the wind cannot
blow it off.
Water must not be allowed to condense or enter between the
panels, since it can cause corrosion.

Warning: It is customer’s responsibility to protect the panels against
fire risks both during storage at site and installation stage.
