Lord's View is an elegant 3/4-bedroom detached villa with breathtaking views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bays,
within a sizeable plot of around 430 square metres.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style and we're delighted to add it to our portfolio
of luxury Kalkan villas.
The villa's layout is as follows:
Ground floor:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a large flatscreen TV
(with 60 English entertainment, news, movie and sports channels) plus DVD player. A Bose bluetooth speaker
system is also provided for guests' use.
The dining area seats 6 guests.
The modern kitchen features granite work surfaces and a central island breakfast bar that can seat 3. The kitchen is
fully equipped and includes appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, built in oven, microwave, hob + extractor,
dishwasher and 19 litre water cooler.
Two sets of floor to ceiling sliding doors allow light to flood into the villa and these open out onto the spacious pool
terrace.
A WC is also located on this level.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 - this has a double bed (2 metres in width), private sea view balcony and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - this has a double bed (2 metres in width), private sea view balcony and en-suite bath/shower room
(with Jacuzzi bath).
Second floor:
This level houses the 3rd bedroom - a large double (the bed is 2 metres in width), plus a bath/shower room
(containing a Jacuzzi bath) and dressing area. There is also acess to the villa's large roof terrace from which to
enjoy more of those stunning views.
Lower ground level:
At this level, there is access to a self-contained annexe that's set out over two floors. This houses the 4th bedroom
(a twin) plus an en-suite shower room and a kitchenette. This annexe would suit independent teenagers or adults
who would like an element of privacy (please note, extra charges apply for use of the bedroom within the annexe
for the 2015 season - the extra charge will not apply for 2016 reservations).
The kitchenette within the annexe also contains a washing machine and drier.
Outside the villa:
Lord's View has a spacious sun terrace and large infinity pool (approximately 8 metres x 5 metres) with a separate
Jacuzzi section.
There are ample sunloungers and parasols provided, plus comfortable seating, a poolside shower and an al-fresco
dining area that can seat 8 guests.
The villa is surrounded by attactively landscaped gardens and a closed garage is provided at street level.
Points to note:
WiFi internet access is provided
A freestanding gas BBQ is provided
A twice weekly linen change is provided (ie - if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay linen change is carried out. If staying
for 2 weeks, a linen change is carried out roughly every 3rd or 4th day)
A daily 'light' clean and / or daily bread delivery can be provided at additional charge (please ask for details)
The pool and gardens are tended to daily
Pool towels are provided for guests' use
A welcome pack is provided on arrival
The villa has a security alarm system
We are able to arrange for shopping deliveries on request (minimum charge applies) and / or chef service at the
villa (please ask for details)
As the annexe at street level is separately accessed from the main part of the house, we would not recommend
that it's used for young children who are unaccompanied by an adult. It is however, ideal for teenagers - please
note that there is an extra charge levied if use of the bedroom within the annexe is required (only applicable for
2015 bookings - the charge will not apply for 2016 reservations)
The walk into Kalkan town will take a approximately 20-25 minutes – this is downhill all the way therefore Taxi’s
back are recommended. These are easily available
