The crosspiece, too, has to take a great deal of stress. It has to transfer the spindle pressure to the hooks. Without
bending or breaking. And we make this possible with the right materials, the right dimensioning, and the primal
force of the forging hammer.
The hooks have been bind to the corrsbeam precisely they can move easily. With minimum dimesional
tolarances in the shaping and the highest machining precision we managed to have rock steady locking of
the crossbeam hooks and an easy sliding action.

The hook goes right to the heart of things. It grabs hold and doesn‘t let go.This is where the strength of the

Tekerleklerdeki bijonlar›n s›kma momentinin arzu edilen de¤erlerde ve eflit olmas›
güvenli¤imiz için son derece önemlidir. Nedenini bir örnekle anlatal›m;
1400 kg’ l›k bir arac›n iki yolcuyla seyretti¤ini varsayal›m. Bu durumda toplam yük
1600 kg’ d›r ve tekerlek bafl›na ortalama 400 kg yük düfler ve her bir tekerle¤in 5 bijon
ile s›k›ld›¤›n› düflünürsek, her bijona 80 kg. yük binecektedir. Düz yolda araçla seyir
halindeyken bu yük darbelerle en fazla iki kat›na yükselir; yani bijon bafl›na 160 kg’a
kadar ç›kar, keskin bir virajda ise bu yük 320 kg’a hatta 400 kg’a kadar ç›kabilir. ‹flte
bu durumlarda kontrollü torkla s›k›lm›fl bijonlar sorunsuz görevlerini yapar ve güvenli
bir sürüfl sa¤lar. Kontrolsüz s›k›lan bijonlar için ise örnek vermek gerekirse;
Varsayal›m ki do¤ru s›kma de¤erimiz 120 N·m ve bijonlar›m›zdan biri 140 N·m, bir
di¤eri 120 N·m, di¤erleri ise 110 N·m olarak s›k›lm›fl olsun. De¤erleri özellikle birbirine
yak›n seçtik. Buna ra¤men tehlikenin büyük oldu¤unu görece¤iz. Zor durumlarda en
çok s›k›lan bijona afl›r› yük biner ve bazen elastiki gerilme s›n›r›n› aflar, kopma noktas›na
gelir. Bu esnada yük di¤er dört bijona da¤›l›r ve kopmalar ard› ard›na gelebilir. Kopmalar›n
çok s›k olmamas›n›n tek sebebi emniyet faktörlerinin çok yüksek tutulmufl olmas›d›r.
Ancak bu sürüfl güvenli¤i için yeterli de¤ildir. Sa¤l›kl› ve güvenli seyir için bijonlar›n
do¤ru ve kontrollü torkla s›k›lm›fl olmas›na çok dikkat edilmesi gerekir.
Tightening of the wheel bolts for all vehicles is very important and vital, as all bolts have to be
tightened at equal and recommended torque values. We may explain the reason why with the
following example;
Consider a vehicle weighing 1400 kg is cruising with two passengers. Total load is 1600 kg and
this means a load for 400 kg per wheel. If we assume that each wheel has five bolts and each bolt
has 80 kg of load. On a straight road during driving this load can only be doubled with strokes
and shocks, which means 160 kg of load per bolt. But on a strong bend that load per bolt can
reach up to 320 kg and sometimes 400 kg that at specific time only bolts, which are tightened
at their recommended torque values can serve well, and a secure drive may be achieved.
Now let’s consider the bolts, which are not tightened at their recommended torque values. In this
case the assumptions will be as follows;
The right value per bolt is 120 N·m and in our case one bolt is tightened at 140 N·m, another at
120 N·m and the rest are 110 N·m. We especially choose close figures in order to show the
extreme danger probability which we may face. In extreme cases, the bolt, which is tightened
most, carries the maximum load and sometimes stretched above its elastic tension limit, which
means that fracture can occur. At this moment load will distributed to the other bolts and break
offs can follow one another. The reason of "why these break offs are very rare" is the calculation
of high security factors. Of course, this is not sufficient for a secure drive and in order to achieve
a safe and healthy drive our bolts have to be tightened securely at the recommended torque values.

göstergesidir ve böylece size tekrar kalibre edilmesi gereken bir sonraki test tarihini
otomatik olarak hatırlatır. Tork anahtarlarınız için yıllık kalibrasyon yaptırmanız›
tavsiye ediyoruz.
Tork anahtarlarının çok sık kullanılması halinde (5000 kere kullanım ve üzeri
hallerde) 1 yılı beklemeden kalibrasyon yaptırılması tavsiye olunur.
FACTORY CALIBRATION
At a glance, the factory calibration stamp is the indicator of verified safety (month/year) and thus
automatically reminds you of the approach of the next test interval with re-calibration.
We recommend an annual verification of your torque wrenches. Remember that the verification
interval can be shorter if you reach the 5000 load cycles earlier on account of more intensive use.
