2003 yılında, öncelikle Türkiye'de üretimi olmayan ve yurt dışından tedarik edilmesi kaçınılmaz olan endüstri ve
sanayiye yönelik spesifik gerekli parça ve ekipman üretimi sağlayarak ekonomik maliyeti düşürüp kaliteyi
arttırmak üzere İstanbul'da kurulmuştur. Kurulduğu günden bugüne üzerine aldığı sorumluluğu layıkıyla yerine
getirerek yoluna devam etmektedir.

Has been established in Istanbul in 2003 for the production of specific industrial parts and equipments that are not produced in Turkey and
imported from abroad, so that the costs will be reduced and quality will be increased. Has fulfilled its responsibilites completely and ongoing
on its own way.

Candyform jelly üretim sektörünün içinden gelen ve yaşanan sıkıntıların bilincinde olan bir firma olarak yılların
vermiş olduğu tecrübe ile yaşanan sıkıntıları minimize etmek, alternatif çözüm yolari bulmak sektörde yeni ürün
ve tasarımlarda bulunarak jelly üretim firmalarının daha sorunsuz bir çalişma hayatı sürdürmasi maksadıyla
kurulmuştur.

Candyform is a company that comes from the jelly production sector that aware of the difficulties faced. So that, minimizes the difficulties
through the experience of long years, finds alternative solutions, creating new products and design in the sector. Thus the companies can
have a better life in the jelly production sector.
TASARIM
Jelly model tasarım ar-ge departmanlarının istekleri
doğrultusunda ürünün gramaj renk ve nozıl plate dizilimi göz
önünde bulundurularak üst düzey verimlilik elde edilebilecek
model ürünlerin çizilmesi ve üç boyutlu teknik resim çalişilmasıdır.
DESIGN
Jelly model design is a study which is considering the weight, color, and nozzle
plate of products in accordance with the requests of ar-ge departments for the
design of model products with high-level productivity and painting work with three
dimensions technique.
CNC İŞLEME
Üç boyutlu teknik resim çalişmaları soucunda modellerin cnc
makinalarında işlenmesiyle prototip modeller elde edilmektedir..
CNC MACHINING
The prototype models are obtained after the painting work with three dimensions
technique are processed in the CNC machines.
UYGULAMA / APPLICATION
Teflon Kaplama Jelly Kalıpları ve Kalıp Tablaları
Jelly şeker nişasta kalıpları alüminyum malzemeden yapılır ve
Teflon malzeme ile kaplanır. Teflon; yüzey korumada kullanılan,
insan sağlığına ve gıda tüzüğüne uygun bir malzemedir.
Teflon Coated Jelly Moulds & Mould Boards
The Jelly starch mould are made of aluminum and Teflon covered.
Teflon is a surface protector which the product property or benefit desired is
to provide the non-stick effect, resistance to high temperature, easy clean and
stain or sail resistance.
These features of Teflon lead the moulds to sensitive working and exactness of
dimension.
In this way; quality of finished jelly product is increases due to clear and
smooth form an starch.
Teflon Kaplama Kalıpların Özellikleri:
• Teflon’la kaplanan kahıplar, nişastanın kalıba yapışarak
şekil bozukluklarının meydana gelmesi problemini ortadan
kaldırır.
• Alüminyum malzeme, kalıp yapımında kullanılan diğer
metallerden daha hafif olduğu için makineye aşırı yük binmez.
Key Features of Moulds;
• Moulds are bolted to mould board one by one. This interlinking eliminates
the demerging of moulds and mould board.
• Aluminium materials ar lighter than other metals.
• Ayrıca Teflon kaplama, kalıbın çizilmesi, kir tutması
gibi problemleri minimuma indirmektedir.
Bu özellikler, nişastada şekillerin net çıkması ve
şekilendirmede hassasiyet sağlamaktadır. Böylece nihai
ürün kalitesi artmaktadır.
• Clear form on starch provide the smooth product surface.
• When the moulds on the way out from starch do not spread the starch
because of their non-stick effect.
• The Teflon material which moulds are covered by is safe for human health
and suit the foodconstitution.
