Oeko-Tex® Standardı 100 işaretinin „ Oeko-Tex®
Standardı 100’e göre Tekstil Güvencesi –Zararlı Maddelere Yönelik Test Edilen Tekstil Ürünleri“ kullanımı
sadece ve sadece başvuru sahibinin sorumluluğundadır. İşaretin kullanımı için bu yetkiyi tasdik edecek bir
Enstitü „Uluslararası Tekstil Ekolojisi Araştırma ve
Test Birliği” (OEKO-TEX®) bilirkişisinin raporu ve aşağıdaki beyanın verilmesi gerekmektedir.
The authority for using the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100
mark "Confidence in textiles - Tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 " is restricted to the applicant. Use of the mark presupposes
a test report from an institute of the "International Association for Research and Testing in the field of
Textile Ecology" (OEKO-TEX®) certifying the authorisation as well as issue of the following declaration.

Ürünleri“ işareti kullanma yetkisi altında üretilen ve/
veya satılan bütün ürünlerin enstitüye gönderilen numunelerle tamamen aynı şekilde ve yetkinin tanındığı
testlere dayalı olarak üretilmelerini sağlamak için şirket içerisinde alınan tedbirleri tanımladık.
We have described to one of the testing institutes of
the International Association for Research and
Testing in the Field of Textile Ecology the precautionary measures taken within the company to ensure
that all products manufactured and/or sold for which
authorisation to use the mark "Confidence in Textiles
- Tested for harmful substances to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100“ has been granted do fulfil the conditions of
the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 in the same way as the
samples that have been sent to the institute, and
based on those tests the authorisation has been granted .

Üretilen ve/veya satılan ürünlerin test edilen numune(ler) ile uygunluğunu güvence altına almak amacıyla etkili bir kalite güvence sistemi kuracağız ve bunu
Oeko-Tex® Standardı 100’ü “Tekstil Güvencesi –Zararlı Maddelere Yönelik Test Edilen Tekstil Ürünleri“ kullandığımız müddetçe işler halde tutacağız. Bu
doğrultuda, farklı asilleştirme partilerinden veya renk
tonlarında olan ürünlerin, Oeko-Tex® Standardı 100’e
tekabül edip etmediğine dair rasgele numune alımları
ile testlerin yapıldığını Oeko-Tex® Test Enstitüsüne
garantiledik ve tanımladık. Testler kendi işletmemizde
veya Oeko-Tex®’e bağlı bir Test Enstitüsünde yapılabilir.
To ensure the conformity of the products manufactured with the sample material and/or sold we operate
an effective quality assurance system and shall maintain it for the whole period of use of the mark "Confidence in textiles - Tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100", thereby ensuring and proving to the Oeko-Tex® institute that the
products from different processing batches or from
different colours are spot-checked for compliance with
the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. Tests can be carried
out at our works or at one of the Oeko-Tex® institutes.

Rasgele alınan bu numunelerde esas teşkil eden sınır
değerlerden sapma tespit edildiği taktirde, kontrol
amacıyla bir başka numunede bir test daha yapılır ve
bunun maliyeti de tarafımızca karşılanır. Bu testte de
sapma tespit edildiği taktirde, üründe Oeko-Tex®
Standardı 100’e göre “Tekstil Güvencesi –Zararlı
Maddelere Yönelik Test Edilen Tekstil Ürünleri” işaretinin kullanım iznini veren Test enstitüsü, bu yetkiyi
derhal geçerli olmak üzere iptal edebilir. Reklâm malzemesi, ürün tanımlamaları, etiketler v.s. ile ilgili tüketim müddeti, iptal tarihinden itibaren iki aydır.
with the original type twice a year until we indicate
that production and/or sale has been discontinued
and the mark "Confidence in textiles - Tested for
harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex® Standard
100" is no longer used. The costs of testing are
charged to us. If random testing reveals a deviation
from the limit values on which the tests are based, an
additional test shall be carried out on a different sample for the purpose of checking, and the relevant
costs are likewise charged to us. If further deviations
are found, the Oeko-Tex® body responsible for the
granting of the authorisation may withdraw the authorisation to mark the product with the label "Confidence
in textiles - Tested for harmful substances according
to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100" with immediate effect.
The use of existing advertising materials, displays, labels, etc. is limited to two months from the time of
withdrawal.
Oeko-Tex® Birliğinden gelen denetçilerin ziyaretini ve
sahip olunan sertifikanın işleyişini Oeko-Tex® standard 100’e uygun olarak yapıldığını denetlenmesini
kabul ediyoruz. Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 şartlarına
uygun olmayan konularda analitik testlerin (kontrol
testlerinin) ücreti ve denetim ücreti tarafımızdan ödenmek zorundadır..
We acknowledge, that auditors from the Oeko-Tex®
Association are allowed to visit and audit the company in reference to the certification process according
to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. In case of non-compliance with the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 requirements,
the cost for the analytical testing (control tests) and an
audit fee have to be paid by us.
Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 sertifikasyon süreci kapsamındaki kalite güvence kriterlerine bağlı olarak sertifikalandırma enstitüsünün veya Oeko-Tex® denetçisinin şirketimizin denetlenmesindeki yetkinliğini kabul
ediyoruz. Bu kontrol normal şartlar altında üç yılda bir
gerçekleşip; birinci kontrol ilk sertifikanın çıkarılmasından önce veya kısa süre sonradır. Bu ziyaretlerin ücreti bize aittir. STeP by Oeko-Tex® sertifikasına sahip
olan firmalar bu denetlemelerden ve ücretlerden muaftır.
We acknowledge that the certifying institute or an
Oeko-Tex® Auditor is entitled to check our company
with reference to the quality assurance measures in
respect of the certification process according to OekoTex® Standard 100. This control will take place, under
normal circumstances, in a three year cycle; the first
time before or shortly after issuing the first certificate
to our company. The costs of these visits are charged
to us. Companies already certified according to SteP
by Oeko-Tex® are exempt from these additional audits and payments.

We know that the authorisation to label a product with
the mark "Confidence in textiles - Tested for harmful
substances according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100" is
limited to a maximum of one year.

Zararlı Maddelere Yönelik Test Edilen Tekstil Ürünleri” işareti ile sunulan ürünlerin pazarlayıcısı ve/veya
satıcısı olarak, imal edilen ve/veya satışa sunulan
ürünün zararlı maddeler sınır değerleri açısından
Oeko-Tex® Standardı 100 şartlarına tekabül ettiğini
tek başımıza sorumluk olmak üzere işburada kabul ve
beyan ederiz. Sertifikalandırılmış ürünün kalitesinden
sadece biz sorumluyuz. Kalite güvencesine ilişkin kısımları imalatçılara, tedarikçilere ve ithalatçılara devredebiliriz. Böyle bir devir söz konusu olduğu taktirde,
kalite güvencesinin etkinliği sertifikalandırma kurumuna da aynen güvenilir bir şekilde tanımlayacağımızı
taahhüt ederiz.
We, the producer and/or distributor of a product labelled with the mark "Confidence in textiles - Tested for
harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex® Standard
100" declare, that the product manufactured and/or
sold complies with the conditions of the Oeko-Tex®
Standard 100, which are known to us, with regard to
the limit values of harmful substances. We are fully
responsible for quality assurance of the certified product. We may delegate parts of the quality assurance
to producers, suppliers and importers. In the case of
delegation we shall fully acquaint the certifying body
with the effectiveness of the relevant quality assurance system.
