BS42 TAM OTOMATİK BETON PARKE VE BRİKET MAKİNASI: Çalışma basıncı 100-160
bar aralığındadır. Tahta palet üzerine bir peryotta 42 adet kilitli beton parke taşı ve 18 adet 20x40x20 cm
ebadında briket üretebilmektedir. Üretilen ürünler paletler üzerinde istif edilerek 3-5 ton kaldırma kapasiteli
forklift ile kuruma sahasına sevk edilirler. Kuruyan ürünlerin palet üzerinden toplanması robot vasıtası ile
otomatik olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir. Toplama robotu makineye bağlı çalıştırılabildiği gibi makine
çalışmasını engellemeyecek şekilde bağımsız olarakta çalıştırılabilmektedir. Tesiste harç karışım zamanından
kazanabilmek için kaba harç ve ince harç mikseri , ayrı ayrı tasarlanmıştır. Çimento tedarikinin zaman alması
ve kaba harç için kullanım miktarının fazla olması nedeni ile çimento silosu sayısı veya tonajının artırılması
uygun çözüm olabilir. Kaba harç mikseri üzerinde su tartım sistemide kantarlı yapılmaktadır. Su ihtiyacının
fazla olduğu bu sistemlerde sayaç üzerinden litre okutarak suyu göndermek zaman kaybına neden olacağı için
çok doğru bir tercih değildir.Kaba malzeme silosu ( 0,7 – 4/12 – 4/12 mm mıcır) üç hazneli ve ince malzeme
silosu (0 – 0,5mm) iki hazneli düşünülmüştür. Tesiste toplama robotunun kullanılması nedeni ile üretilen
mamullerin biraz daha uzun süreli kurumaya ihtiyacı vardır. Bu nedenle üretim paletleri sayısınında olağandan
daha fazla düşünülmesi gereklidir. Sistemde 2 adet forklift ihtiyacı olacaktır. Kurumuş ürünler robot vasıtası
ile europalet(sevk paleti) üzerine toplatılabilir. Toplanmış ürünler zincir konveyör üzerinde paketlenir ve bir
sıra ileriye sürülür. Bu sayede forkliftin ürünü alması beklenmeden üretime devam edilebilir.(BS36 MODEL

BS-42 full automatic concrete paver and block making machine Working pressure is 160 bars. It
can produce 42 pieces of interlocks and 18 pieces of 20x40x20 block over one wooden pallet. Wooden
pallets are designed as to stack on each other . By this way, it gives an ability to the forklift to carry 10 or
more pallets together. The products which are carried to the drying area are left to dry for a couple of hours.
After drying process, the products are picked up automatically by automated picking robot. It can be
connected to the machine and each of them can work free from the main machine..
For faster production there are two kinds of mixers are designed; one is for the thick mortar and the other one is for the thin mortar. Since it takes time to supply the cement and the machine needs more cement for production, to make a
faster production it is thought to use 2 or more cement silos and also to make bigger silos. Because of this, it takes time to transport the water by using a water counter it is not a good idea using a water counter. It is suggested to use trio
sand silo for the thick sand (0.7 - 4/12 - 4/12 mm dust), double sand silo for the thin sand (0 – 0,5 mm dust). If picking robot is used in the plant, the products need to stay a little bit more for drying and which means more wooden pallets
will be needed. In this system there is a need for two forklifts. The dried products can be picked over europallet (transport pallet) by the help of picking robot. Transportation of the mortar can be made by a conveyor system. So, the
production can continue without waiting the forklift takes the product (These options can be chosen for BS36 machines as well).

BS36 TAM OTOMATİK BETON PARKE VE BRİKET MAKİNASI: Bir baskıda 36 adet
kilitli parke taşı üretimi yapan makinadır. PLC kontrollü otomatik makinadır. Hidrolik sistem ile
çalışmaktadır. Çalışma basıncı 100-120 bar aralığındadır. Tahta paletler birbiri üzerinde
istiflenebilecek şekilde dizayn edilirler. Bu sayede çok katlı olarak taşıma ve alan tasarrufu sağlanır.
Üretilen ürünler paletler üzerinde istif edilerek 3-5 ton kaldırma kapasiteli forklift ile kuruma
sahasına sevk edilirler. Kuruyan ürünlerin palet üzerinden toplanması toplama robotu vasıtası ile
otomatik olarak gerçekleştirilebilmektedir. Tesiste harç karışım zamanından kazanabilmek için
kaba harç ve ince harç mikseri , ayrı ayrı tasarlanmıştır. Malzeme silosu üç hazneli ( 0,3 – 0,7 -4/12 )
veya mıcırın hacim kaplaması nedeni ile dört hazneli ( 0,3 - 0,7 – 4/12 – 4/12 mm mıcır)
yapılabilmektedir. Tesiste toplama robotunun kullanılması halinde üretilen mamullerin biraz daha
uzun süreli kurumaya ihtiyacı vardır. Bu nedenle üretim paletleri sayısınında olağandan daha fazla
düşünülmesi gereklidir. Sistemde 2 adet forklift ihtiyacı olacaktır. Kurumuş ürünler robot vasıtası
ile europalet(sevk paleti) üzerine toplatılabilir. Sevk paleti kullanılması isteğe bağlı olarak
değişebilir. İster sevk paleti kulanılsın isterse kullanılmasın toplanmış ürünler zincir konveyör
üzerinde paketlenir ve bir sıra ileriye sürülür. Bu sayede forkliftin ürünü alması beklenmeden
üretime devam edilebilir. Makinalara harç aktarımı BS42 modeldeki gibi konveyör sistemli
olabildiği gibi ray ve kova (havayi hat) sistemi ilede aktarılabilir. Ray ve kova sisteminin avantajı
tesiste ikinci makine veya üçüncü makine çalıştırılabilme imkanını sağlamasıdır (Bs42MODELİMİZ
İÇİN DE AYNI TASARIM UYGULANABİLİR).

conveyor and move to the next line. By doing that the production can continue without waiting the
forklift takes the products. The transport of mortar can be made by conveyor system as you can see
on the BS-42 model or it can be made by a rail system which is transporting the mortar on a bunker
into the mixer. The advantage of placing the rail system is that gives the system the ability to work
with two or more producing machines at the same time (These options can be chosen for BS-42
model as well).

BS30 ROBOTLU TAM OTOMATİK BETON PARKE VE BRİKET MAKİNASI PLC kontrollü otomatik makinadır.Hidrolik sistem
ile çalışmaktadır.Çalışma basıncı 100-120 bar aralığındadır. Kızılçamdan imal edilmiş olan tahta palet üzerine bir peryotta (30 sn) 30 adet
(0,83 m²) kilitli beton parke taşı üretebilmektedir. Tahta paletler birbiri üzerinde istiflenebilecek şekilde dizayn edilirler.Bu sayede çok katlı
olarak taşıma ve alan tasarrufu sağlanır. Üretilen ürünler paletler üzerinde istif edilerek 3 ton kaldırma kapasiteli forklift ile kuruma sahasına
sevk edilirler.
BS30 FULL AUTOMATIC CONCRETE INTERLOCK&BRIQUET MACHINE WİTH ROBOT It is an automated machine with
PLC control system. It works with hydraulic system. Working pressure is between 100-120 bars. It can produce 30 pieces (0,83m2) of
interlocks in one press (30 seconds) on a wooden pallet which is made of red pine trees. Wooden pallets are designed as to stack on each
other so that the multi-layered transporting can be done and that gives space savings. Products which come out from production line are stack
on each other and transported to drying area with a forklift which has a capacity of lifting up to 3 tones.
