MARKAS Mühendislik, kurucularının Elektrik Proje ve Taahhüt sektöründeki 20 yılı aşan deneyim ve bilgi birikimi sayesinde; proje, kontrolörlük,

2012 with the aim of.

Kontek Lojistik Merkezi, 32.000 m2 kapalı alandan oluşmaktadır. Elektrik uygulama
işleri tamamlanmış olan bina; ofisler, depo alanları, yemekhane ve teknik mahaller
olmak üzere 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tesisin, 1.000 kVA’lık orta gerilim şalt tesisi ve
trafo merkezi, 2x550 kVA dizel jeneratör grubu dağıtım tesisatı, alçak gerilim ve zayıf
akım sistemleri firmamız tarafından uygulanmıştır.
Kontek Logistics Center has 32,000 m2 covered area. The building, electric works
are completed, consists of 4 departments including offices, warehouses, refectory
and technical areas, Medium voltage switchgear installations of 1.000 kVA and
transformer center, 2x550 kVA diesel generator group, low voltage and weak current
systems have been installed by our company.

Doğuş Perakende Yönetim Ofisi, yaklaşık 1.000 m²

ofisler ve teknik mahaller olmak üzere mimari açıdan
4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Ofis genelindeki tüm

kapalı alandan oluşmaktadır. Binanın, tüm kuvvetli ve
zayıf akım sistemleri firmamız tarafından uygulanmıştır.

Kibar Holding Yönetim Ofisi, 2.500 m2 kapalı alana sahiptir. Ofis genelinde aydınlatma, mekanik ve audio/
video multi medya otomasyon sistemi kurulmuştur. Ayrıca gün ışığına bağlı aydınlatma kontrolü ile doğal ışık
en iyi şekilde değerlendirilerek, enerji tasarrufu sağlayacak çözümlerde üretilmiştir. VRV, fancoil, havalandırma
ve yerden ısıtma sistemi, tek tip termostat ile kontrol edilecek şekilde entegre edilmiştir. Ofis genelindeki tüm
kuvvetli ve zayıf akım sistemleri firmamız tarafından projelendirilmiş ve uygulanmıştır.

Kibar Holding’s Administration Office has 2.500 m2 covered area. Lighting,
mechanical and audio / video multi-media automation systems throughout
the office have been installed. Besides the natural light was used as best
as possible through lighting control depending upon daylight and solutions
to provide energy savings are also found. VRV, fancoil, ventilation and floor
heating systems have been integrated in a way they will be controlled with one

Argos In Cappadocia yaklaşık 18.000 m2²arazi üzerine kurulmuştur. Otel, birbirinden bağımsız
7 konaktan oluşmaktadır. Otelde; oda, süit ve splendid süit sayısı 56 olup, oda büyüklükleri
20 ile 50 m2, suit oda büyüklükleri ise 40 ile 120 m2 arasında değişmektedir. Tesis genelindeki
tüm kuvvetli ve zayıf akım sistemleri firmamız tarafından projelendirilmiş ve uygulanmıştır.

kuvvetli ve zayıf akım sistemleri proje çalışmaları tamamlanmış, uygulama hizmetleri devam etmektedir.
